Repeat customer. Once again they knocked it out of the park installing a brand new AC unit. The quality of work is simply far, far superior to the big brand names I used a decade ago, and they're more affordably priced. I've felt nothing but really, really great about both of my upgrades over the last year.

I have found them to be professional in their service - handling inbound service calls, arriving on time, focused on fixing the problem-at-hand, courteous and persistent. I say 'persistent', because in the real-world, some problem are intermittent, hard to recreate and therefore, a challenge to solve. I have found Cipollone's service techs to always work through to a final solution.

John Cipollone installed a whole house humidifier for us. The project was delivered to our high expectations. Our installer, Matthias, was extremely knowledgeable about our entire heating system. He went above and beyond by directly calling the manufacturer of our our existing smart thermostat and even helped with some ideas for improving the overall efficiency of our duct system. I would use them again and quickly recommend them to others.

We used John Cipollone for a large renovation of our home. Matthias did a great job explaining what would be done during all the phases of the work and priced the job fairly. His team ( Larry, Taurino, Sebastian and Kevin) worked on site and were clean, friendly and helpful with any issues. Matthias contacted us to do a final walk through of the project which was perfect!

John Cipollone Inc replaced a whole house air purifier for us. I was super satisfied from begining to end. Matthias is the most knowledgable technician I've ever met. From our initial consultation up end to the project completion, he explained to me everthing that I was curious to know and he would come up with to figure out my issue, not only patiently but also professionally. Most importantly, Matthias did not sell me a single screw ( contrast to some other sales ' technician') instead he has always been helping to find out what the problem really is. Their crews Tim and Dave are as well hard working, creative, and experienced. I was so happy working with these guys! I would say it can't be wrong to have John Cipollone Inc as your HVAC specialist. Mark was polite, thorough, knowledgeable. He arrived after the appointed time due to an unexpected issue with the previous client, but we did receive a call to inform us of the slight delay. He explained what he was doing as the work progressed and recommended a follow-up plan to insure everything continues to function well. Another positive Cipollone experience, as always.

I scheduled an appointment with their office to have my oil burner annual maintenance. The associate told me it would be $299. She asked me if I had an oil contract with them and I said no. When the serviceman came to do the cleaning he asked me what I had been quoted and told me that the price was actually going to be $350 and that did not include any parts like the nozzle and filter and that I should call the service manager, Mike, to see if he would honor the quoted price. I called Mike and he said that the price was going to be $350 plus parts and that they don’t usually service people who do not buy oil from them. I asked for their oil price and it was much higher than where I buy oil. He was not willing to budge on the price and was not very accommodating considering the serviceman was already here. Not to mention the fact that they were supposed to come the prior day and never called to tell me that they had to cancel due to an emergency. I found out because I called their office when they did not show up. On another note, the serviceman, Dave, was very kind and considerate and felt bad about the whole thing. In this day and age customer service should be a high priority and this whole experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I immediately called another reputable company, was given an appointment, and was quoted a much lower price that included the parts.

They installed a new carrier unit, walked me through the process, did a great job at assessing the original issue and got me back up and running with a new unit asap. Could not have asked for better service!
