We just want to say how grateful we are for the wonderful job Matheus did today. On the coldest day of the year with temps dropping into the teens, our heater stopped working. Matheus came out promptly, assessed what was wrong and went back to the shop to find the part. He then came back within the hour to install it and got our heater up and running saving the day. Thanks again for going above and beyond to help us.

We had a great experience purchasing a new heater, AC unit and some duct work from Cipollone. Mattias reviewed all our options, answered a lot of questions, was knowledgeable and professional, and his team was really skilled. He followed up with us about a month later, and offered to come back to make some adjustments to the ducts, which really improved the air flow to two bedrooms. This kind of service is hard to come by. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

Matthias and the team did a great job working with us to choose the right heating/AC system to install in our new home. We had a Mitsubishi Ductless Heating and AC unit installed by John Cipollone, Inc.. Our experience was extremely positive. The installation crew was very knowledgeable, professional and neat. Matthias (Company President) and his team took time to answer all of our questions, and provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this company for your heating and AC needs.

We got three bids on installing a new mini-split AC unit with heat pump to replace an aging central air conditioning unit. The bid from John Cipollone Inc. was mid-priced, and offered the best value of three. The result was a top-quality unit installed in one day and very soon after we accepted the bid. The unit is whisper quiet and very effective at cooling our space. We are very satisfied overall.

We recently had a heat pump failure that was evaluated by John Cipollone Inc. & Team, in particular Matthias. Matthias provided various options, but ultimately arrived at a solution the was half the cost of replacement and involved evaluating the entire heating system and ductwork. The work was cost effective, done timely and Matthias kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We recommend and will use them in the future.

John Cipollone Inc recently installed a new Carrier heater in our home. I can't say enough about the professional and excellent work that they provided. After hiring John Cipollone HVAC to install central air in our home around 6 years ago, we have had regular / standard periodic service appointments with their thoughtful, polite, and prompt techs.

Recently, our hot water heater went bust and they were our first and only call...

The very next day, there were technicians at our door with a new replacement heater. Cipollone had pictures, measurements, and make and model of our old one so they knew exactly what we needed - and had it in stock.

We continue to appreciate the professionalism, care, and responsivity of these guys!

There are not enough stars available for the Cipollone team. Matthias was honest, trustworthy, and efficient in explaining the central air options for our 100 year old house. Larry and team had surgical-like precision in cutting our walls for vents and returns. I didn't have to paint a centimeter of wall/ceiling space. It was as if the vents were always there. They were on time, clean, and courteous and came back to explain our new high tech system control. We are thrilled to have gone with John Cipollone for air conditioning and would recommend them to anyone.

Not sure how they're getting these 5 stars. On TWO separate occasions we scheduled work on our furnace. No one showed up. No one called or texted to alert us or to reschedule on either of those. I now also have a
On another occasion, an estimator was supposed to call for giving us an estimate for installing ductwork. It's been over a week and we have not received any communication from them. Sorry, I can't recommend anyone use this business.

I had an issue with my heating system due to an incorrect installation from another contractor. Matthias, Larry and Tim took the time to investigate the issue and determine the best solution for our home. Their repair resolved the issue and they even followed up a few times to ensure we were pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

Two years later the same Cipollone team came back to install a new high efficiency combination boiler for my home heating. Same excellent service and technical expertise. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I had a complex project. I needed to replace a 30+ year old gas furnace, an old compressor, split the fist floor and finished basement into separate zones, and add a duct to the laundry room. I had an existing Aprilaire humidifier/dehumidifier I was keeping.

Right from the point of the estimate, Matthias came up with a detailed plan to address not just my needs, but other issues he found examining my system. The estimate fairly reflected the needed work, but it underestimates the dedication to excellence I saw throughout the installation process.

I got estimates from three different installers, and they were all in the same ball park. My decision to go with John Cipollone Inc was based on the detailed plan Matthias provided in the estimate process. The plan was unlike anything any other company offered, and made me very comfortable with the project.

Even with a detailed plan, there were all kinds of issues discovered throughout the installation. Some basement duct work was insufficiently handling flow. Return duct wasn't connected. Some duct work had to be modified or replaced. Some duct work went to nowhere and had to be removed. Condensation drainage had to be newly fabricated. New coolant lines had to be run through a finished basement. The dozens of issues that sprung up would have confounded a less skilled and clever installation team. The way Matthias and his team handled all these issues reinforced the fact that I made the right decision choosing John Cipollone Inc.

Throughout the install, Matthias and his installers focused on getting everything right. They went out of their way to identify and address any and all current and potential issues, and found solutions to solve the problems. They also addressed any concerns and requests I had. The team had just a fantastic attitude, skill, and work ethic all around.

Additional things to note:

- Zero percent financing was simple to secure, and only a small down payment was necessary to start the project.

- PECO rebates were handled by Matthias, and I received the checks without issue.

- Installers explained how the new system functions and made sure I was comfortable with the new system.

- In the weeks after the installation and throughout the months after the install Matthias periodically called and checked to make sure everything was functioning properly and I was comfortable. This is a level of customer attentiveness I have not seen before.

- The permit inspection was completed, and no issues were identified. Unsurprisingly, it was a very smooth process when everything is done perfectly.

From start to finish, John Cipollone Inc was extremely helpful and professional.
From the installers Larry, Tim and Vince- and the office- crew and my initial contact Matthias , who was the initial contact-all went above and beyond in the project at my home. Everything was clearly explained with every option available and recommendations were given for the size of the space.I HIGHlY recommend this company and staff- the project is now over but to this day the whole company is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when questions are asked.

It’s not just dealing with a business, but they are so kind and knowledgeable and friendly. It’s like dealing with family.

We had an emergency this recent Sunday when the temperatures were dropping towards single digits. Our heater for whatever reason suddenly wasn’t functioning and we were frantic, we called Cipollone and immediately spoke to a person, and she very graciously told us that the service technician would call us back. In short order, he called back and walked us through a few steps by phone to get the heater working ……this fix worked for about an hour, but then we were losing heat again. We called back and the technician responded and he said he would be there in three minutes . Mathias, the technician, arrived very promptly and spent about an hour plus going through the heater and adjusting its parameters and by now we were well into the evening……. it’s been several days now and everything is working perfectly. We are so grateful that Mathias was able to come so promptly, especially in this busy holiday season. We can’t say enough positive things for the professionalism demonstrated by Mathias and Cipollone.

Buying a new steam boiler is not a cheap endeavor. I spent a lot of time trying to find an HVAC company that I felt I could partner with to install a new boiler and maintain it going forward. Cipollone checked all of my needs by being professional, timely, detailed and competitively priced. I recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We needed service when I unit stopped working and received service on a Sunday. Great. We went out of town for a few days and the unit our Carrier AC was repaired while we were away. When we came home the house was cool as if the problem never happened . Great service and nice people. Always turn to John Cipollone Inc.

As a new homeowner I contacted the company because their sticker was on the heating unit from previous servicing. I contacted the team to come out and assess the status of our very visibly old unit to see if it would be safe to run this winter, our first in the home. The person that came out would not open up the unit to inspect it “not without signing a contract” for a year and approximately $300-400. He turned it on to see if it would work, and it made audible concerning noises but he said “it just needs a cleaning.” I’m glad I got a second opinion from Wm. Henderson, who gave a detailed look at the full system, both inside and out with no money required, and let me know it would be very dangerous to run our system as is. The Henderson tech even did the leg work of calling the original company that manufactured the unit to find the approximate age of the unit - which we now know is from at least the 1930s.

I highly recommend John Cipollone Inc. We have used their services for oil for several years and have just converted to gas furnace and water heater. They have always been professional, courteous, and responsive. We are so happy with their service from the office to the technicians.
