I meet with Joff and he explained the issue in details along with all the financing options.They did respond quickly replaced my heat pump and blower in record time within an affordable budget. Got heat in my house just in time. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt in their service.

My wife and I hired the Marvin Kanze team when renovating our 3rd floor. When another HVAC contractor could not find a solution to relocate our cold air return, we almost gave up on having enough floor space to justify our renovation. Fortunately, we found online reviews and decided to get a second opinion. Dave came up with an excellent plan that met our needs, which was flawlessly executed by Josh. We decided to partner with the Kanze team again to install a mini split system to control the temperature in our attic and addition. Joff planned the whole approach and even recommended the electrician and insulation vendors we worked with. Josh, Brendan and Mike did an excellent job installing our mini split system and we could not be happier with the end result. We were blown away by the level of professionalism, communication, and even cleanliness throughout both projects.

2 days before Christmas, woke up to a house that was around 30 degrees and a broken thermostat. I called Marvin E. Kanze, Inc. and they had a technician in my house within hours. After a thorough and efficient check, turned out there was no way to safely turn back on the heater and I needed a replacement.

They worked with me that day to come up with options within my budget and helped with financing, but also didn’t rush and thoughtfully looked at the setup and size of the existing unit and were able to suggest improvements to help avoid repeating some of the issues that were inherent with the now broken unit.

Even though I protested and requested no further work until after Christmas, they insisted on coming out the next day, which was Christmas Eve, to help install the new unit and restore heat to the house. They arrived first thing and got to work in the tight space, and by mid-day on Christmas Eve there was heat! A few days in I can already tell there is improved airflow in the house.

Every person in the chain of events, from the initial call, to diagnostics, replacement troubleshooting, and the installation itself was professional and kind. Never once making the time away from their family and friends an issue. I’ve been a customer for 3 years, and hope this review provides some insight into the type of care and expertise Marvin E. Absolutely outstanding and excellent customer service. We found Marvin E. Kanze, Inc. to be extremely professional. When our old furnace broke during frigid weather, Marvin E. Kanze responded in a timely manner and they were very honest and fair. They even tried to fix our 18 year old furnace before recommending a replacement. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan to determine the best possible option for our house and the staff who came in to do the installation were excellent. Very efficient, friendly and professional. They got the job done and the price was fair. I highly recommend working with this company for all of your heating and AC needs.

I purchased my house in 2021 with a brand new HVAC unit. I now rent my house out to a family. I called Marvin E Kanze after hearing an ad on the radio, to do some preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit which was experiencing zero issues. Just wanted to make sure it was performing at optimal levels for my Tenants. So for 3 years my HVAC unit is performing perfectly. 2 months after M E Kanze comes all of a sudden my HVAC unit has frozen pipes and a leak. Seems like whatever PM they did to my unit now is not working properly. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend to anyone.

I’m so happy that I have found Marvin E Kanze! I call the office in the morning because I didn’t have heat, the technician, Jared was here within a couple of hours. I ended up needed a new system. Jonathon was here the same day to get it ordered. I had heat within a few days. Josh and Yuliy were amazing with the installations. Keeping me posted through the whole process in subzero temperatures and didn’t leave till heat. This is my 2nd unit from this company with Josh installing both time. I can’t recommend this company enough. If I ever have any problems they will be my first call. You can’t go wrong with a company that cares about their customers and goes the extra mile.

We have had a really great experience with Marvin E Kanze after a very difficult experience with another company. After we were without heat in extremely cold weather they came out to look at it right away and got someone out to replace our system right away. They seem to be honest and fairly priced too in comparison to other places we called. Josh and Yuliy worked so hard in our freezing house to get our new system up and running! We’re really happy we found this company and will go to them for all HVAC issues in the future. The house is not only amazingly more comfortable but we can keep the thermostat higher during the day.
