We had Humbert Heating and AC install our new air conditioner. Ray and Mike did our installation. Within a few hours of calling, Mr. Humbert came to our house to give us a quote. The quote was reasonable (way below the other quote we got) and they were able to come to install it within the week. It was extremely hot that week, so we were very grateful! They took care to install it in a way that was easy for us to access it and made sure our unit was elevated, unlike the previous one. Ray ans Mike we’re both very nice and courteous! I definitely recommend Humbert for your heating and air conditioning needs! We will surely call them next time we need heating or AC service!

Ray and Mike, both experienced technicians, did a wonderful job installing our new Fujitsu ductless air conditioner. Within the allotted time that was given, they removed our old unit, installed the new and had the work area cleaned as it was before they started their work. Ray and his crew were so great, I called in the morning and they came out the same day and gave us a quote.. I called them the next week to get the furnace installed and they were out in 2 days and installed the furnace it works great we have had no issues.. will definitely recommend to others…

Humbert Heating is definitely in the top 5 of HVAC systems. We could not be more pleased with the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. We have been a customer for 25 years.

Our furnace out of nowhere went out on one of the coldest days. With one phone call they were at my home within 2 hours. Found a huge issue with the gas and my furnace not working. They were there first thing the next morning and installed a completely new furnace, for a great price. I never expected service that quick and thorough, especially this very cold Jan. I can not recommend them enough.

I was so impressed with how quick they came out, gave a quote and had our new boiler installed within 2 days and a couple hours each day they had it removed and the new one installed. Mr Humbert is truly a great guy. He works with you and is looking out for your best interest. They literally had my old furnace out and a new one installed in three hours. Great work!!!!!!!!!!!

Our furnace went out over the weekend and I called Humbert Heating as soon as they opened on Monday. They squeezed us in that day to see what our issue was. Our 30 year old furnace had to be replaced. We called Tuesday morning, got the payment settled and they came out first thing Wednesday morning to install. This is the second time I have used them and not times we’re effortless. I definitely recommend them!

Would definitely recommend. Ray replaced my AC and furnace. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Actually returned my phone call. Came out to measure everything then the next week came and installed. Made everything easy and my AC and furnace look and work amazing.

Had trouble the first time I turned the A/C on this year. Ray installed my furnace and a/c units 21 years ago. Ray and his crew are true professionals. He measures 5 times and cuts once. Everything square and plumb. Ray and his crew work very well together and compliment each other. I had many questions with the new refrigerants and he was happy to answer them without any trouble. His prices are very fair. If you need him for service, he's there quickly. His daughter, Lisa is the secretary/ scheduler, she's great as well. I highly recommend using Humbert Heating for any of your HVAC needs.

Very disappointing experience. Humbert Heating came out twice in two business days because my heat wasn’t fixed the first time, and they charged diagnostic fees both times. They installed the wrong thermostat — one with features my system doesn’t use — and charged an extremely high price for it. I would not recommend this company.

Highly recommend! The condo we own in Hopewell was leaking water into the unit below ours. The next day Ray was there and found the drain from the air conditioner was clogged. Fixed that problem but advised that both the furnace and air were original to the building (which made them over 40 years old) and not up to code. Quoted a very reasonable price to replace both, went up and measured and had everything installed within a week! Awesome service and everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty sure I’m going to switch to them for my own home!

They came so quickly to fix our furnace. Had to buy a part. Within one hour it was fixed. $845. Our first crooked company quoted $4000. CROOKED! Thanks Humbert Heating. You have our loyalty!!! 2/10/26 they came to our rescue AGAIN. Thermostat was broken. They were here and gone in about 15 minutes with a very reasonable price so happy to have heat again thanks Humbert Heating!

Ray, Mike AND Lisa from Humbert Heating were absolutely amazing this week! Our furnace is over 50 years old and it went on Monday morning we woke up to a 48 degree house. Needless to say we call around and Humbert Heating was the BEST quote we got, we saved over $500 compared to other companies by going with Humbert! Lisa made it so easy and painless in this stressful time by sending an estimate and getting us scheduled! Ray came to take a look and they got the furnace installed today! I thank them so very much especially in this freezing weather! They will always have my loyalty! Can’t wait to get our AC in the spring! Give Humbert a try, you won’t regret it!

Blower motor and thermocouple needed replaced. My furnace is 20 years old. Ray diagnosed my problem the day before and was able to locate the motor. He installed it the very next day. Winter temperatures were in the 20’s. I have been using Humbert’s services for over 30 years. Very nice family business. Prices are reasonable. Never had a problem using his services. He treats you like a friend, not a customer. Give Humbert Heating a try. You will be glad you did! I have no problem referring family and friends to Humbert’s.

Guy came out today to fix my disabled father's furnace that went out. He came extremely quickly and had it fixed in no time. It is extremely appreciated on this cold morning. He couldn't remember his name so I can't thank him personally, but thank you for helping my dad.
