Kenny (BVSM VA) was very gracious on the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions - he came out right away and within minutes, had my Water Heater back up and running. I will definitely use them in the future with any of my HVAC needs!

6 year old Rudd AC unit i stalled by BVSM.

They showed up at my door for 85 dollars just to show up! They were at my house for no more then 10 minutes to tell me I was low on refrigerant 120 dollar. When they came back they wanted nothing else to do then charge me 250 dollars to put refrigerant I to my AC unit. Leak test takes to long (they were out two days prior and could care less)

Question?? Why is it leaking and why don't I have refrigerant. Their only response was it was evaporating. Complete scam, put a bandaid on the problem so it keeps them busy 3 years down the road.

And the office people are clueless. Just make a paycheck and not be informed about what you sell

So very pleased once again with services from Beaver Valley Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning! Technician Grant White worked on my A/ C this time. He has been here several times with my furnace too! He is so professional and well- mannered. I trust my needs with this company owned by Jodi Franchino Carrier and husband John Carrier. Great family!

Jeremy came out today, Sunday morning, about an hour after I called BVSM Heating and Cooling.
My heat pump had quit running.
He got right to work and had the AC back on in under an hour.
Super friendly and professional.
I will definitely call them again.

Gentlemen showed up on time (just as a bad thunderstorm was ending). He diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning within a half hour. Very nice, very polite, actually told me that my ac unit which I thought would be on its last leg was in good condition. Didn't get pushy and try to sell me things I didn't need. He made a few suggestions about service deals, charged me a very reasonable price and was off to his next call. Very pleased with the service and l highly recommend this company.

No-one can compare to this company. The customer service rep that took my call went above and beyond and showed genuine care. She sent Jim to fix our furnace and he explained everything he did and answered my questions. This company put my mind at ease and I sleep better knowing that I can call them if I ever have another issue. I definitely recommend BVSM Heating & Air Conditioning

Hands down the best. From start to finish. 100% professional. They were on time with all of their visits. The pricing is spot on and the service is first class. The job was done quickly and on time. They also took the time to put down drop clothes on my carpet before anything was brought into my house. The technicians were extremely friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. 5 star rating is not enough. Should be a 10 star rating.

These guys know what they're doing! We had some company assigned by our home protection plan come 3 times and never got the furnace fixed, BVSM came once and fixed the original problem AND what the other company messed up!
Very reasonably priced, and if you get their maintenance plan, it is sooooo worth it! I will always. E grateful we found BVSM!!

After listening to popping sounds in our duct work for 2 nights in our new home I called this business. Spoke to the dispatcher and explained I was hearing popping sounds while the heating system was one and even when it was off. I also mentioned that it typically occurs during the night when it's colder out. She said she will schedule someone to take a look and determine the issue. She also said it's likely something in the duct work and that she could schedule a cleaning . After waiting nearly 2 weeks (of listening to the popping every night) finally a lady showed up. She told me she only looks at the physical furnace and doesn't have the man power to look at the duct work. She said the filter looked dirty and removed the old one and replaced it with the new one we had (that was sitting right next the furnace). I asked her why she was here if she can't fix my problem and she said could leave and she wouldn't charge me for changing the filter....LoL. Crazy. I ended up having her just look things over and payed the woman 94 dollars to change a filter and say everything looks good... And now I have to find someone else to fix the popping noises coming from the vents at night..... Ridiculous... Completely disappointed and there seems to be a serious disconnect between the operator and crew...

Our furnace shut itself down and another company, that was providing semi-annual service, told us that we needed a new furnace. Since we were going to spend so much on a new furnace, we contacted BVSM for a second opinion and a competitive new furnace quote. They pointed out that our current furnace was in fine condition and only needed a heat exchanger replacement and that the part was covered under warranty! The service team was professional, very competent, and explained what they were doing along the way. The service labor charge cost us a very small fraction of the price of a new furnace.

It is refreshing that there a still companies that focus on what the customer actually needs rather than what they want to sell us. They probably could have made a lot more money from the new furnace sale and installation. Instead they have won a new customer for life because of their honesty and great customer care. When I do actually need a new furnace, I will purchase it from BVSM. Additionally, I am transferring my ongoing semi-annual maintenance contract to BVSM. Thanks for the excellent experience, restoring some faith in the service industry, and bringing the warmth back!

Called about a servicing/cleaning. Bought the house 5 years ago and never touched the boiler since, I don't think it was touched 5 years prior to that either. Grant presented exceptional professionalism and knowledge of every thing that he needed to do, that I needed to do, and things to be attentive to in the future. I'm a firm believer in "Good work isn't cheap/cheap work isn't good" and this company supported that statement. I wasn't over charged, and was treated very fairly. Will be using them again.

New first time homeowner whose 28 year old AC unit broke during a 90F+ heat spell week. I saw a BVSM sticker on my equipment and gave a call since they already knew my heating and cooling. When I gave them a call they were pleasant to work with and very responsive. They arrived 15 minutes early and were able to assistant, gave me option quotes on the spot and were pleasant to work with. I had another quote from a different service provider and one service provider not not call me back at all but BVSM was a great value and responsive. They arrived 15 minutes early for the job, workers were professional, answered questions I had and did a great job. A little after I received a card thanking me for their business. I will use their service again and recommend to a friend if asked.

We have used BVSM for replacing our furnace, AC, and water heater. It starts with the phone call which is always courteous, friendly, and professional. Then there’s the service. They are so courteous and careful. I don’t have to worry about my floors or carpet because they are meticulous. The units we’ve bought from them are excellent quality, and I know if there’s a problem, I can call them. I cannot say enough about how much we trust BVSM. Their technicians are great!

Jordan was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and had my unit working again in less than an hour! I had previously had another company come out unprepared to fix my a/c unit and quote me an outrageous amount. BVSM had fair pricing, and they were out here the same day. Had to wait a week for the last company to come out only to not do anything to it. Highly recommend!
