Very professional, reliable, kind and knowledgeable! My furnace went out Saturday, I called them Sunday afternoon, they were at my home Monday morning, determined my 40+ year furnace needed replaced. Back on Tuesday morning to install my new furnace! It was a cold weekend, but thanks to Humbert, I'm having a cozy evening!

Ray and Mike were fantastic with the dismantling of the old Boiler and installation of the new boiler and hot water combination furnace.
They left the work area cleaner than when they started the process.

We had furnace problems and called Humbert Heating, They were here that morning to diagnose the furnace, a part was ordered and was here that afternoon and the furnace was repaired the same day!! Our furnace started acting up on Saturday. We called Monday morning and Ray was here to look at it the same day. Our furnace was 22 years old and needed replaced. Ray got us on the schedule for today and arrived at the scheduled time. Communication was effortless and service was spectacular.

I highly recommend Humbert. Very professional and quick to respond. Got on the schedule within days of calling. Showed up on time and got the job done in the time frame given. They installed a ductless system for reasonable price and also checked out our heating system because we had a concerning noise coming from it. The receptionist is very nice as well. Ray and his team were great! My furnace stopped around Christmas and he came out Christmas Eve to get me a quote and they came the Monday after Christmas and installed a new furnace. They were fast friendly extremely well priced and honest! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Humbert Heating was extremely professional! Their estimate was the best we received and the gentleman who did the quote and eventual installation was very knowledgeable and helpful, as was Lisa in the office. The new system is great (even though we dragged our feet in turning it on for the season!) and we would highly recommend them based on price, quality and professionalism.

We needed a new air conditioning unit. Humbert was 1 of 3 bids. They were not the least or most expensive. Rather right in the middle of the cost spectrum. Ray does the quotes himself and I appreciated the time he spent explaining options and the unit in general. I was able to be scheduled promptly and without issue. The install was professionally done.

Humbert Heating was by far the BEST to work with. They were up front and honest about everything regarding our old units and the best options to take in replacing them. They actually listened to the customer concerns and questions. (I had other contractors not even come to the house for a walk through of the units). They were super easy to work with and got the job done fast. (Event though at the time it was hard to get units they still made it happen in a timely manner).

We needed to have both our AC and furnace replaced in Fall of 2020. An associate of my spouse recommended Humbert Heating and AC. Ray stopped by and gave us a quote which was half of a local competitor in Beaver County, PA. The furnace quote was for a single stage unit while the unit to be replaced was a two stage. Ray said that we did not need a two stage. We questioned it but he convinced us. The single stage worked fine and provided good heating for half the price. While we were prepared to have the AC installed at the same time Ray recommended we hold off until the spring for purposes of the warranty which we did. He had it installed within a few weeks of the phone call. His AC was half the price of the other competitor. I highly recommend Humbert Heating and AC.

Great company and staff! Lisa at the office was very friendly and responsive. My house has a really old hot water baseboard heating system. When I called Ray about the costs to replace, he advised that hot water systems are really reliable and we arranged a P.M. call. The technician arrived promptly and advised my system was running fine after a thorough inspection. Reasonable price for a service call.

My husband and I came home from work one evening to find that our air conditioning had stopped working...Of course, on one of the hottest days of the year! I called Humbert heating and they came to our home the next day. I have used this company for years and fully trust them. He went to our home to find that it was an easy fix. He fixed it in no time and by that evening, our house was starting to cool down again. We are so thankful to Humbert Heating for great service and ALWAYS being so kind! We wouldn't call anyone else!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ray and everyone at Humbert! These guys have come through huge for us twice now, our boiler died near Christmas 2021, Ray and his team came out on a Saturday and installed a new one saving our pipes from freezing, then again just this past Saturday when we had a water leak from a failed part. Thank you, everyone at Humbert for coming through for us anytime we need you!!

I wouldn't call anyone else in Beaver County. I needed my whole AC sytem replaced during the hottest part of the year and they made the entire process painless from start to finish. Timely responses, fair quote and pricing, professional and courteous. Don and Mike were able to come out in less than a week and had the new system up and running by 3pm. Lisa registered my system for the factory warranty and I had the paperwork in the mail a few days later. It's always a very stressful time as a homeowner when you need to make a major repair or replace an expensive system, but they made it so easy and hassle-free. Thank you!

We called Humbert to ask about a first-time installation in the 1950s Center Township home we bought last year. They were at the house for the estimate the next day and we were scheduled for installation within a week. I'm not sure they can always turn things around quite that quickly, but the fact that they were able to do it in this case was very impressive. On the phone and in person, the crew members were professional and courteous. And they beat the other guy's price by a lot. This summer has been SO much more comfortable thanks to the good work of Humbert Heating & Air Conditioning.

My experience with Humbert is great. I called about my furnace not working, they were here in an hour. Fixed the furnace, parts still under warranty added a new filter and done. They have always been nice.

We had issues with our furnace right before Christmas, called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Which was great for us since the temperatures outside were in the single digits and the temperatures inside were in the low 60’s and dropping.

They were able to get the part the next morning, which was Christmas Eve and came out and installed. The job was completed professionally, quickly and very reasonably priced. This was our second time using, as they installed a new AC unit this past summer. Would absolutely use again.
