Nick and these guys were very professional, and kept me updated, they did great work on my retaining wall in a timely manner and kept the area clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Snow removal is absolutely terrible! Instead of plowing the snow first and then spreading salt they just spread salt and leave! I was stuck on my apartment hill for over 2 hrs until I called management of where I lived and waited for them to come plow and salt and still just spread salt!

Nick was very responsive and on the job daily. His crew was professional and courteous. They did a retaining wall for me and the wall looks great! Would recommend them for sure.

We chose to work with Sunset Landscaping because they were responsive, personable and professional. They got the work done quickly and exactly how we wanted it. We would defintely recommend them to our friends and family. And we will be calling them again should we have any landscape needs in the future.

We had a large and complicated retaining wall replacement in a tight spot that a number of other companies balked at. Sunset came in and did a great job. There was no point in the process where I felt like I had to intervene or fight on the details, and they stepped up to fix and replace other smaller issues that had not been in the original scope. It was a frightening project for us, but they made it a whole lot easier.

To control a nuisance vine at my rental property, Nick, the owner of Sunset Landscaping offered a lower price, or for $848, he guaranteed total removal. I paid for total removal, but the vine soon grew back. So I called Nick to ask him to remove the vine again, and he initially said that he'd send someone out, but never did. I left messages and e-mailed half a dozen times, even ignoring the guarantee of total removal and asking him to put the vine on a regular maintenance contract, but he wouldn't return my calls. Two stars for removing the vine the first time, but breaking promises and giving customers the silent treatment is unprofessional.

Update: Nick contacted me a long time later and said that he had lost track of things when his wife was sick, so my experience may not have been typical of him.

I've hired Sunset Landscaping for many jobs. They have put in Arborvitae trees, river rock beds, versa-loc retaining wall, and graded my yards. Nick does great work for an honest price. I would definitely recommend Sunset.

Removed our old 6 x 15 ft retaining wall and installed a new/updated in less than a week. The team was efficient and professional. Will have them back for future projects and would recommend.
