Stopped in there today for a part and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and kind!! They went out of their way to get my the part I needed so 5 ★'s to Johnstone Supply!!!

I called before I drove a half hour here and they closed 2 minutes before I got there.. They could’ve told me they were closing, what a waste of time! I will never shop here again the employees were walking out and didn’t say a word to me at all. That’s about as rude as you can get. NEVER COMING BACK!

I have NEVER experienced such rudeness returning UNUSED surplus parts.

Had a couple leftover pieces of duct.
I carefully placed them INSIDE the loading dock.
Not that I needed it, but NO offer of assistance.

Then they tried to blame me for pre-existing minor dents in the material, saying it might not be "resellable".

Then they took a RESTOCK FEE out if my rerund...holy hell...I.practically restocked them myself!

What a JOKE...AVOID THIS PLACE.

Gave me exactly what I needed and quickly, too. Recommended a part that was slightly more expensive but was an exact replica. Worked perfectly when installed. I couldn't be happier. Great service!

So i have been buying parts here for years. Came in to buy parts to fix my broken furnace and was pretty much told that my money as a retail customer is no longer any good. On a cold Saturday when not too many places are opened and you have the part i needed to fix my furnace. But can not sell it to me. Soo my family will be cold without any heat all weekend. Thanks for your help! One day you will be in need and someone will turn their back on you as you did to me!

Very rude salesperson. Never acknowledged me, thanked me for the business, etc. it seemed as though my presence inconvenienced him. The irony is that I chose to go local instead of using Lowe’s or a box store. Figured I would help the local business. Backfired big time. Won’t use them again.

I generally dislike people but I always try to be friendly and mind my manners. That didn't seem to matter. The Sales guy acted like it was burden to check me out. Gave attitude when asking questions and out of no where brought up that they aren't even going to sell to the general public after a few weeks. Ok, great thanks for the tip and the feeling like you want me gone and to never come back.

FFS Lowes and home depot are friendly and more helpful.

Stopped in and bought two large filters and a box of twelve. The items were put in a box and I was told to pick it up by the shipping dock. Drove back home, unboxed the items, and found one of the large filters severely damaged (see photo). It was quite obvious the guy taking the order who also picked the items knew it was damaged. I drove back to get the item replaced and he claimed didn’t see the damage. I have NEVER had any business do something like this. Needless to say it is my last order with this company. They cannot be trusted!!!

Had an absolutely great experience with Humbert Heating & AC. They were extremely professional, easy to work with, and very reasonable with their pricing. We were extremely happy with the entire process and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Great Service! Furnace stopped working in our rental and Lisa, Mike and crew provided quick and fantastic service. Came out same the day we called and installed the next morning. Would highly recommend.

We had another company doing our furnace/ac maintenance, & they'd be done in 10 mins. Never knew any difference, until Humbert's people came, & they did a thorough job that took a lot longer than 10 mins. They did a great job & plan to always use them in the future.

Excellent service, was able to tailor the new system to our house heating and cooling needs, made the best suggestion, and price, was the best deal, Ray, great guy to work with. Also, after installation, made sure the work area was cleaned and gave a very detailed explanation of how to operate the new system and offered to stop by to answer any other questions or concerns. Humbert is a 5 start company.

Back in July 2017, I had called Humbert after seeing the work they'd done installing approximately 26 new furnaces in a high rise in downtown Beaver Falls. Something had happened to the central AC in my home so I called them to see what was wrong. I can't honestly say how quickly they got to my house that time but the technician put system sealant in my unit and two pounds of freon and it worked perfectly for the rest of 2017, 2018, 2019 and it even blew cold this year; just not quite as cold as it should have. So, I called Humbert around 10:00 am this morning and they told me I could get on today's schedule. And I was put on the schedule and the tech fixed it up like new and ahhhhh, it's so much cooler in here now. I was happy first time around and I'm happy again! Quick service, fair price and a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Humbert Heating and Air conditioning was our Hero ! Our AC broke during 95 degree weather and I we have an infant and a 1 1/2 old at home. Humbert gave us the most reasonable estimate like 2-3000 less than the competitors. It was a no brainer, not only were the reasonable in price they got us scheduled within a week. They were prompt and very professional. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!!!

Our heat stopped working due to needing several new parts. Humbert Heating promptly came and repaired and replaced old parts to our furnace. Mr. Humbert and his staff are very professional and very knowledgeable on heating systems. We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you!

We had Mitsubishi multi zone units installed in our house over the past two days. Ray and his crew were excellent !!!!!! They were very clean, efficient and accommodating. Ray was thorough in showing us how to run each unit. The price was much better then other quotes I have received and the service was A+. I would highly recommend them.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Humbert Heating. Called on Tuesday because our home boiler went out. They were at my home that day. We needed a whole new system. They had it delivered and installed by Thursday! I love to support local family businesses and they did not disappoint.

We recently had our furnace serviced with full satisfaction. The technician, Mike worked efficiently, was courteous and answered any questions that I had. Lisa, the office manager was diligent in resolving a mistake made by my credit card posting. I would recommend Humbert without reservation.

WOW! WOW! WOW! These folks are amazing! I knew I needed a new furnace and AC and called them for a quote. They scheduled me right away for the quote, the pricing was awesome because it was no-fuss no-muss, meaning it was direct and clear (no one was trying to sell me things I didn't need (which at times can be a thing in this particular industry). Beyond the great quote I received, Ray and Mike were fabulous! They had my equipment ordered and installed in the blink of an eye. They really made the stress of needing a new system that much easier to handle, and dare I say they made the install look so easy-they really knew their stuff! They truly seem like genuine and caring people, which lets face it, is a rarity in the world and within business anymore...so it was beyond refreshing to have such nice guys to tackle this huge project for me. Also the young lady who handles the calls/paperwork is so sweet and very organized, you can tell they all work well together and have a really good flow of their jobs. I would definitely scream it from the rooftop to use these folks for repairs or installs....you will be so glad you worked with them!
