Fixed an issue with a Nest thermostat two other HVAC companies couldn't. Provided honest, accurate and quick estimate on other services. Great client service. All the employees I've dealt with have been wonderful but Tom deserves an extra shout-out for being particularly helpful and clever in determining the issue!

Great experience!!! Our generator stopped working. We had a referral contractor come out to assess. After several hours, this other contractor suggested we needed a new motor or a new generator and was more interested in signing us up for service 2x per year.

We got Regnier as a preferred vendor on the Generac Generator Co. website. Frank came out very next day and diagnosed the problem, advising it was likely covered by warranty. He confirmed with Generac and had them ship him them parts. It was almost an all day project to install and test new installed parts, with the majority of costs covered by warranty.

Frank advised he would return in 6 months to do a check on system, but would discount his normal service fee as no parts would be needed for this next service checkup. Going forward, Frank's 1x per year service fee is reasonably less than the fee the other contractor wanted to do 2x per year. We could tell we were dealing with someone very honest right away, who was prompt and explained everything. Very pleased and will be using again!

Of course our furnace decided to go out the day before the first snowstorm of 2022. Called GoGreen and spoke to Vince and he was able to get out to our house to diagnose the problem within a couple hours. Both Vince and Frank were able to fix a difficult problem with our furnace and the exhaust pipe leading out from our furnace. They were both patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair in pricing. Very thankful that they went above and beyond to restore heat to our home. Would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys are the best!! They have helped us twice with our HVAC, and once replacing a water heater. They have become our go-to for servicing our two-zone home. Super responsive, knowledgable, friendly, and patient. If you like the idea of supporting a small enterprise rather than one of the big conglomerates in the area, call them!

Go Green Maintenance and Repair was absolutely terrific. Our heater stopped working over a frigid weekend and he kindly came out to help us on a Sunday afternoon. Vince was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain to us what happened to our heater while providing clear solutions to prevent future issues and restoring our heat! Vince was great! He answered our call after hours and came over within a few hours. He came through for us! He helped us figure out the problem with our AC and stayed till the end to make sure our issue was resolved. He even followed the next day to make sure everything was working. We will definitely be using Vince again for anything we need. Great service and customer service!

My AC unit was not cooling during this most recent heat wave. I called 4 places on a Friday morning and Vince was the first to respond. He was able to get to my house within 1.5 hours. Not only did he identify and fix the problem but also gave me knowledge on how the hvac works and tips for optimizing function. Summer heat is my worst enemy so I’m grateful Go Green was prompt and professional!

Frank and Vince were fantastic! Replaced our gas boiler and hot water system with a Combination Boiler system. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent work start to finish. Vincent came out to inspect my HVAC system today. He did a thorough job and made some repairs to some pieces that were wearing. Vince replaced a bathroom vanity in my row home. He responded to my request for quote within minutes, showed up on time and worked quickly. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using his services for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Go Green. Vince provided A++ customer service and an efficient turn around time..far exceeding my expectations. He was at my mother's house within an hour of our initial contact and displayed GREAT communication skills keeping both myself (who was at work) and my senior mother in the loop throughout the whole process. He accessed and determined what the cause of her plumbing issues were and gave options on how to correct it. We went with his suggestion and he completed the job. So far so good...Its been about a week now. He is not the 1st person that came out as this has been a nightmare but he was LAST person and i truly grateful. I Wish i had called him first.

They responded quickly, explained the process, fixed the problem & took care of all the in home clean-up when I had an emergency pipe back-up on a summer Friday afternoon. So thankful for Frank & Vince. Highly recommend.

Vince and Frank were professional from the start. Vince came in for the estimate in a timely manner and gave me a quote soon after. But what impressed me was their work ethic and their desire to get the job done right.

We had an HVAC and a mini split system installed by Go Green. They showed up on time, and they were constantly working. When they hit a snag in the installation, they came up with a solution and discussed it with me. And even though the snag in installation resulted in extra work/hours, Vince and Frank stayed and got the job done, even later into the evening. I appreciated that they took pride in their work and making sure that it was quality. We've had the mini split and HVAC system for the past 2+ months now, and we are very happy. When there were cost adjustments due to supply chain issues, Vince was very upfront with me, which was appreciated.

They even installed a broken outdoor pipe/faucet for us during the project that wasn't part of the initial work. That was a nice bonus!

Totally recommend these guys. We will be happy to call on them again, for sure.

Great, quick and reliable service! Vince and Frankie made sure they were at my house within a day to look at my hot water heater after we started having issues. They made sure to check every possibility before determining the issue. The new part I needed was still under warranty so Vince took care of contacting Rheem for the new part. Unfortunately, the part was backordered and Rheem could not give any estimation of when it would arrive. Vince went out himself to see if he could find the part on his own. He was able to find it within a few hours and came back the same afternoon to replace the part. Everything has been back to normal and we have our hot water again! I’m so grateful for the prompt service and willingness to do everything they could to fix the problem as quickly as possoble.

Go Green successfully repaired my air handling unit when the cooling coil froze earlier this week. They made quick work of the diagnosis and repair and had me back up and running. Vince is very competent, courteous, quick response. I would highly recommend them.
