Tom was very polity and professional. He explained certain steps of the inspection to help us understand the current action. He made sure his worarea was clean when done and he wore protective gear on his shoes when he entered the house. My dog was happy to get a playing minute with him. We liked the report we received after all work was completed. Tim was thorough with the inspection report as well. We are very pleased with the work done at our house. I feel safe to use my gas heater fir the winter to come.

Tim came right back to fix our church's heat, diagnosed an old, complex system, gave us a clear explanation of the issues and got us back up and running quickly. We're also discussing other cooling needs we will be addressing in the future. Glad to find someone knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be calling him to service my home system too.

Although no same day appointments were available when I called Tim reached out within an hour to say he could come by to check it out.
