I used Trustwell for my annual HVAC inspection/tune-up for a rental property and they were fantastic. They communicated. They showed up on time. They respected my property and were clean. They charged a fair price. All the things you want and need from an HVAC company and none of the high pressure sales tactics you don't. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will absolutely calling them for next years inspection or if/when I need service.

I called Trustwell when I woke up this morning and my house was a very cold 53 degrees. I got a text notification alert that Tim was on his way to us and he actually arrived when it said he would. He ran a few tests to see what the issue was, explained the issue to us in a very clear and easy to understand way (our auxillary heat wasn't kicking on because of the control board) and then fixed it for us in the same visit for an extremely reasonable price! Best HVAC experience and would recommend Trustwell to anyone who needs HVAC work!

Tim gave me an excellent price for a one zone mini split HVAC system. He arrived for the estimate on time and gave me the estimate on the spot. Tim and a colleague arrived today on time to install the system. The installation was done quickly and very professionally. Tim protected my floors and furniture and the clean up was perfect. Used Trustwell for the first time and it was a great experience! Had an issue with water in my unit and they promptly scheduled for a tech to come out. The tech (Tim) showed up on-time (bright and early at 8am!) and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! I asked a TON of questions (whats wrong with it, how did it leak, what causes it to leak, etc) and Tim was able to explain it in a way I understood. He identified to issue, had all the parts in his van to make the repair on the spot, detailed what he was doing and how long it would take. Tim was pleasant throughout (never seemed impatient or frustrated, even with my barrage of questions!) and looks to genuinely enjoy his work. A great experience all around and my unit is back to normal!

Outstanding service. I had Trustwell come out twice for what I thought were major issues. The technician that came out, Tim, was very knowledgeable and assured me they were not major issues. He was honest and did not try to up sale me on repairs I did not need. Everything was repaired in a timely manner. Very prompt service on both appointments with text messages when they were in route.
