The two men who came to my apartment in Las Vegas NV from Murphys plumbing were very professional and friendly. They completed the job of fixing a leaking hot water pipe. They were very polite and helpful. I was told by one of the plumbers that the young man that came in when the two plumbers were done that he would clean up the mess and put plastic over the open areas on the drywall (5 areas). The young man covered one with plastic and then another person came in he had an attitude and said they were done. He said “we don’t do that it’s not our job so we are done” I explained that the plumber told me that they would cover the area’s with a piece of plastic. He replied “my boss just told me we don’t have to do that “ This guy had a really bad attitude. If it wasn’t for him being rude I would have given Murphys Plumbing five stars!!!!

Mike Camphill did an excellent job replacing my AC unit. He was very thoughtful and professional. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and always asked me before doing anything. He went above and beyond in everything he did and left my home the way he found it. Also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The other men who worked with him where very good and respectful of my home and to me.

Murphy's is a wonderful company to work with. They are responsive, kind, supportive, and do great work at a great value. They really have the customer top of mind and help the customer to make the best decision they can. I have had a great experience with their HVAC service plan, and recently had them come out and replace my AC unit. You can't go wrong with this company. I am truly impressed at how wonderful they have been to work with.

Great start. Easy to schedule and good communication. Service call resulted in the need for a specialist to come out. Advised that they would reach out to schedule follow up. Didn’t receive follow up. Called, did not receive call back. Murphy’s is aware of an outstanding issue, yet, no sign of keeping commitment to resolve.

I've been a loyal customer to a certain heater repair company for a few years now, relying on them for my heater replacement and HVAC issues. Their team, from the administrative end (Harrison) to the technicians (Earl, Avery), has always been extremely responsive. They are always ready to explain the issues, possible solutions, and the costs associated with each option. I've also signed up for their yearly maintenance contract. Under this, a technician comes in twice a year to conduct preventive checks and replace filters, among other things. Overall, I'm quite pleased with their service - they truly deserve 5 stars. However, I'm awarding them 4 stars as I have a slight suspicion that their rates are a tad higher than average.

Their customer service was top-notch, they even reached out to us after business hours. As mentioned in many other reviews, avery is outstanding (5+stars). He assessed our furnace, elaborated on the issue (displayed and explained the flame pattern) and his concerns, and responded to all my questions in detail. I felt at ease talking to him as I always have numerous questions and follow up questions, which he answered thoroughly. I never felt as if he was in a hurry or needed to be somewhere else. Despite our furnace needing replacement, avery managed to get our old furnace working until the new one arrived. avery and his team removed the old furnace, installed the new one, and explained the operation and work carried out. We'll be reaching out to them for both heating and ac preventative maintenance in the future. We highly recommend and are grateful for their help and service in newtown square.

earl and his partner did a great job cleaning my hvac ducts, including the dryer vent, at my home in newtown square. some people told me not to bother, saying duct cleaning doesn't help or it could harm the system, but i could tell the difference right away. the air smelled fresher even before they used any deodorizer or antifungal. my vent covers are clean and look bright now. they even put my flow diverters back to keep my plants safe. after they finished, the place was tidy and i didn't have to clean up anything. as an older single woman, i liked their neat appearance, and that they spoke clearly to each other and took time to explain what they were doing. it's nice to feel respected, since some service folks ignore seniors like me. i'm glad i called comfort zone heating & air conditioning.

John and Harrison are incredibly prompt and communicate with utmost clarity. Their price estimates are competitive and transparent. Avery has been our go-to for multiple HVAC services. His attention to detail and wealth of knowledge is commendable. John and Avery also carried out an installation of a mini-splitter. Their meticulousness and careful execution highlighted the deficiencies of a similar installation done by a different company. Harrison and John also recently installed a heater, and they did it promptly. We're ecstatic to have found a company that prides itself in its expertise and values.

Phoned several heater repair services for a furnace installation. Every place I rang up was booked solid for a week. One company, however, promised to do it in 2 days. However, they rang me up the next day to push the date by another 2 days. Although I wasn't thrilled about it, I had no choice but to agree. Luckily, there were no more date changes. come Thursday, landon and avery were on my doorstep ready to install the furnace. These guys did a stellar job. The furnace is top notch and my home is now warm and snug. I would give the company a solid 4 stars though, for the initial date reschedule. I get that they're swamped with orders, but that doesn't make it any less inconvenient. I appreciate their heads up about the rescheduled installation date though.
