Our heating unit stopped working prior to the upcoming winter storm. Vince and Frank came out the same day to inspect the problem. They are very knowledgeable, identified the issue quickly and was able to get the heating unit working same day. Vinny is the best. First time using his company. Called him and within 30 minutes he arrived at my house, and an hour later the problem was fixed. Our house has two heating systems - a boiler and a heat pump. We use Trustwell to service both systems which is very convenient. I trust the quality of work and appreciate the detailed visit summaries that come after the visit. I don't always remember all the technical jargon that the technicians mention so I find the summaries very helpful. I also love that the company alerts me via text when a technician is on the way. This is my go-to HVAC company. Highly recommend!

It was Sunday morning at the temps were -1 and our heat turned off. I called the company not knowing them or worked with them, accept saw their trucks in the community. Tim came over exactly at the scheduled time on Sunday. He looked around and was trying to figure out why the heat did not connect and apparently voltage issue which once the system got it worked fine. He could have easily said this is wrong or that is wrong and charge me. But believe me he did not even charge diagnostic fee. I told him I’ve never met an honest company like Trust Well Heating & Cooling. I’m a customer for life!

Trustwell Heating & Cooling will be my new go to! I had the tech Tim come out to our house to do a check up on our system. We just recently had our first baby, so it was one of those things I wanted to be sure was in working order and be proactive to prevent any potential issues this winter. Our AC system wasn’t getting cold enough on the hot summer days. The guy who installed it came out and couldn’t figure out the problem. Then we had Trustwell come out. The tech took his time, found the wiring was wrong, and the thermostat that was used for the heat pump was wrong. The auxiliary heat was running while the AC was on!!! He fixed the wiring issue and installed a new thermostat. The tech was professional and competent, ensuring we were nice and cool again! I am happy to highly recommend Trustwell for its outstanding service! 12/13/2025: I don’t normally post updates to a review but felt it necessary since more work was needed. STILL 5+ stars! Once the cold weather hit, our system was running in ‘emergency heat’ mode. I called Trustwell back to come take a look. They responded quickly. After diagnosing that the compressor needed to be replaced, the part was ordered and Trustwell returned to replace it and we were back to running efficiently. To me, excellent customer service is THE most valuable thing a company can deliver. Trustwell’s quick response and communication with me on status of parts, when they’d be here, when they were en route, and fixing our problem efficiently made me come back and re-endorse the 5 stars they’ve certainly earned!
