I absolutely cannot recommend this company. While the technicians were nice enough they didn’t explain that they were cutting holes in my duct work or that they were going to leave the sharp, discarded piece of metal laying around for my 10 year old son to pick up in the basement and subsequently cut himself on. Furthermore, while they charged me for all the vents to be cleaned they blatantly missed two of them. Lastly - the air filter in my newly purchased house was easily 5-10 years old, they could have removed it and recommended no air filter in the unit until I could go out later and purchase one, which they did not. After speaking with the furnace and ac technician I had come out (from a different company) he stated that he would not have left that filter in there, period.

Reaching out to the company and pointing these things out, with photos, lead to absolutely no apology - only an offer to have the technicians, responsible for leaving sharp debris around my basement, come out and clean the two vents they missed. Absolutely no apology or anything. I will not have people with disregard for my space or family come into my home, ever.

We are always extremely happy with A1 sparkles with deep cleaning of our house. They take their time and make sure every area is covered, even add little touches with designs of the napkins! Thank you for doing an excellent job!!!

A1 Sparkles Cleaning is the BEST! They are super versatile, offering carpet and tile cleaning along with air ducts and vents in addition to home cleaning. And the house smells amazing when they are done! Highly recommend. And I'm picky!

I had a terrible experience with A1 Sparkles. The first job, carpet cleaning and duct cleaning seemed to be ok. The 2nd job went horribly wrong when the left with the bathroom cleaning work half completed, which I later found they used something other than caulk which never dried and left a huge sticky mess to clean up. They charged my CC $600 for this 2nd job...apparently they decided to retain my # unlawfully after I paid for the first job. 3 weeks later I can also see that they didn't properly clean the dryer ducts. They flat out screwed up my job and stole my money. Stay away! Edited 5-28-19 The review is very "just" This company retained AND charged my credit card without my permission.

A1 Sparkles, prompt, friendly service, and are always available to answer and questions or concerns. I have personally used them to clean duct work, sofa's and area rugs. They will continue to have my business because they are reasonably priced, detailed oriented, and reliable.

Thank you for doing a great job on my Dryer Vent Cleaning. What set you apart from other companies was that you were the only company that disconnected the Dryer and ran a compressed air hose thru the whole duck venting system. The young fellow who did the cleaning was very professional and knowledgeable.

We own multiple rental units in Horsham and got to know A1 Sparkles through our friend Laercio years ago and have been using this company many times since. Dennis and Faye are very friendly to work with and their crew members are professional, friendly and skillful, the carpet always turned out to be nice after each cleaning. The guys always put on plastic booties and treat the properties gently, the cleaning equipment is powerful. The free spot treatment solution provided after each service works very well on small areas DIY. Although we only use A1 Sparkles' carpet cleaning service, they also provide a full array of cleaning services. I look forward to continued working with A1.

I cannot say enough good things about this carpet cleaning company. Pleasant and easy to deal with, more economical than most, and they do a great job. This has been a great find for me. They will be my guys to go to.

Our white carpets are about 10 years old. A1Sparkles has been my only cleaning company. Excellent results every time. And the spotter product that they leave at the end of the visit works wonders on small spots. You won't regret having them perform their magic.

I was not satisfied with this company given my minimal dealings but I have to say I didn’t use them so can’t speak to the quality of their work only the issue that came up with being billed for a canceled appointment despite it being canceled weeks before the schedule date. I wrote a review they didn’t like but only spoke the truth. They have since reached out to rectify the situation and I appreciate that but it shouldn’t have taken a review to get their attention when I had been emailing and calling and only getting more bogus bills without another response. I understand they are a small business and perhaps I could give them the benefit of the doubt although This was extremely aggravating. I have since replaced my review with this one. I am happy they fixed the issue.
