What a GREAT experience!!! We recently moved to an older condo and decided to have the ducts cleaned. A1 Sparkles was recommended to us - and I can understand why.The workers arrived on time, and only entered after putting on the shoe covers. They inspected our condo, made a few inexpensive suggestions, and completed the work on time. They are very easy to talk to, the pricing is very resonable, and they all care about their work and customers. I highly recommend them!!!!

Mary and Katherine do a wonderful job. They somehow manage to be both fast and thorough at the same time! My husband always comments about how clean and fresh smelling the house is after they’ve come. But perhaps most importantly I feel comfortable having them in my house and around my young children. My three year old once followed Mary around from room to room asking what she was doing and Mary was so sweet and patient with her. I highly recommend them.

We had Louis and John come out to clean out our dryer vent system and they did a wonderful job. They actually had to go out onto the roof because of where the outside vent was located and they did it cheerfully--we were so impressed by their great attitude and professional work that we had them back today to clean our 15+ year-old carpets. They did a high-quality job again, and were so great with our cats who were a bit underfoot during the process! Our carpets look brand new, and they used an environmentally-friendly product, which we appreciate since we have allergies to many chemicals. We are planning to have them back to clean the grout on the kitchen floor tiles, which has darkened considerably. It is a real pleasure to work with friendly, competent professionals like Louis and John.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by A-1 Sparkles. The first time I called I spoke directly with the owner, Dennis Myers, and I could tell immediately that this is a company that takes pride in the work they do. I explained that my carpet was very dirty, and Dennis said they could come out and work on an area of the carpet to see if they could clean it to my satisfaction. If I wasn't satisfied, they wouldn't charge me! The technicians who came were polite, professional, and very thorough. They spent an hour and a half working on my four rooms, stairway and hall. They scrubbed the heavily trafficked areas and even scrubbed the stairs by hand. (A previous company I tried spent about 45 minutes, didn't do any scrubbing, and left the carpet dirty).
I honestly don't believe the reviews by Steven and G., and I suspect they were posted by competitors who don't do as good a job. As a business owner myself, I value integrity and excellent service, and that is what I got from A-1 Sparkles. I highly recommend them.

Our house is 50+ years old and duct cleaning has been on our bucket list since we purchased the home 5 years ago. Choosing A1 Sparkles was a great choice to complete the job. The cost was reasonable and the two technicians who did the work were excellent. They explained everything they were doing and took pictures of the dust build-up in the ducts. On our part there was no heavy furniture moving or clean-up, they took of everything. The whole process took about 3 1/2 hours. Very satisfied and highly recommend A1 Sparkles.

I used A1 Sparkles to clean my 2nd floor laundry dryer vent. They were very professional and extremely nice throughout the whole process. Wore masks and boot covers and cleaned up after they were done. And the price was very reasonable! I would definitely use them in the future for other cleaning needs. Very satisfied!!

Have hired A1 now 3 times and they have always delivered. This past week had a renter move in with limited time for cleanup for the move in and they went up and beyond the call of duty to accommodate the timing and also making sure the job was throughly done. If you need a cleaning service A1 will deliver.

I was very pleased with A1 Sparkles. The cleaned the vent from my dryer. The crew was polite, organized and efficient. The price was very fair though higher than the original estimate because the vent is longer than initially thought. They were responsive and very punctual. I would recommend them highly and will certainly use them again.

We had our home ductwork cleaned for the first time in 32 years. The two young gentlemen that arrived were polite and efficient. They brought all their equipment quietly into our house and did a walk through to orient their work. It took about 4.5 hours to complete the work on our house. They also cleaned two carpet stair cases and they came out looking like new. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

We have never had a better carpet cleaning company in our 66 years of living! There was rust, oil, and VERY heavy grime on the carpet of a house we were moving into. We thought it would have to be replaced. The previous owners of the house thought we DID have it replaced, after having A1 Sparkle Cleaners come out and clean it. Incredible job. We moved to Florida about 5 years ago and we still refer our northern friends to them and we talk about them to our friends down here! Almost too good to be true...but true it is!

We used them for dryer vent cleaning twice and they did a great job each time.
The technicians are honest and very helpful with issues that we were having.
Highly recommend them!

We just changed the central air, and the guys who changed it for us said the air duct in my house is dirty. We had to clean it, so we decided to do it. I'm delighted with what they have done for my home. It was estimated to be about 3 hours, however, they did it quickly (about 2 hours). They are professional, and the price is reasonable. High recommend

Keep all your invoices and receipts in PDF!

11/5/2024 I was very confused when they emailed an receipt and charged my credit for partial of the cleaning service 2 years ago. During the phone conversation, I was told that I must pay the remaining balance, and they didn't charge me for late fee.

The email link of invoice is dynamic and indicated I owe the balance.
So I dig into my emails and found a pdf format invoice attached in the original email showing I have pre-paid the deposit which they charged me again.

I emailed them the original invoice and requested refund.

11/6/2024 I called the business again, and the owner was upset that I give them bad review, and told me he hasn't read my email.

I am still waiting for the response and will update accordingly.

11/8/2024 They refund the money with an apology email. No one is perfect. As a loyalty customer since 2019, I hope this business would become better and better.

Do not use the to clean your house. We asked them to clean the whole house before new tenants move in. They show up with only a few things of spray a super old vacuum that they where going to use on hardwood floors. We told them not to use it because it was obviously going to stretch our floors. When they started on kitchen the stood on countertops and told us that. When they clean cabinets was a striper and they would probably damage all our cabinets. So we told them get out. Couldn’t believe a cleaning company actually told us that there cleaning would cause damage.

We hired A1 to do HVAC vent cleaning and carpet/rug cleaning. The technician was punctual and extremely thorough, he took his time to make sure everything is done perfectly well. He also offered a lot of important pieces of information and advice throughout the day. Everything went very smoothly and communication was prompt and clear. I'd definitely recommend A1's services!

We selected A-1 Sparkles as our vendor to perform a building-wide (25 condos) dryer vent cleaning project and couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from A-1 and especially Marcus!

Marcus is pleasant, professional and willing to take the time and explain the process to keep his customers informed. He was happy to answer any questions and is just an all-around nice person!

Having used other services in the past, A-1 did a fantastic job and did not leave behind any debris like our previous companies.

Looking forward to booking them again next year for this project!

We used A1 to clean our dryer vent. Robert showed up on time. He took video of our vents and told us what work he would be doing. Robert did a thorough job and cleaned up afterward. He was very friendly. Hen also gave us tips on maintenance going forward.

If zero stars was an option that’s what they would be getting from me. I had 2 services with them. The first one they did so bad that I called and the second time they sent 4 people out, and still did terrible so I cancelled all future monthly appointments. I paid the cleaners IN CASH both times with an extremely generous tip each time yet have still been getting past due invoices. I called this morning to inquire and was told I was a difficult customer… no. Your cleaners just actually suck. I shouldn’t have to go behind them after they leave and re-clean my home anyway. You would think 4 cleaners would be competent enough to handle a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I had no intentions of leaving a review until Dennis just decided to tell me I was a difficult customer when I was nothing but polite to him when addressing my concerns. Please do not consider them if you’re looking for cleaners. They do the BARE minimum for a deep clean. Terrible cleaning and customer service. So glad I found a new cleaning service that is absolutely amazing because this place is trash. The photos attached are immediately after them walking out of my door.

EDIT- Dennis (I’m assuming the owner) called me back right after I posted this review and wanted to make an “agreement” for me to take this post down yet offered nothing in return and basically stated that if I didn’t take it down that he was going to pursue me for the balance owed (that I already paid in full) 🤣
