Henry did an amazing job with our move-in cleaning when we bought our new house! Henry made sure that we were satisfied with the cleaning before leaving the house. After seeing the great work he did, we decided to schedule monthly cleanings moving forward. Highly recommend!

Henry was very diligent with his work, he’s very personable, and most importantly very honest about what he should clean and what he shouldn’t clean. He’s not here to take your money and run, you can tell he genuinely wants to help give you a clean home. We’ll absolutely be using his services again and we highly recommend others to use his service as well!

Had a great experience setting up my first appointment and was happy with the flexibility showed to me due to my crazy schedule. Cleaning was great, I had no issues with my cats, and communication is amazing.

I highly recommend Purified Cleaning for move in/move out services. Henry was really friendly and communicative and talked me through exactly what the services would look like, including some of the products he would be using. He arrived on time for service, we walked through the home to talk through areas of interest, and did a final walkthrough at the end to make sure all looked as it should.

I had received a handful of competitive quotes from cleaning services, but Henry's proactive communication and clear dedication to understanding what services we needed set Purified Cleaning apart from the rest.

If it's been a while since things have been tidied up, and you know who you are, this is the best kept secret in cleaning. I had Christine come out to help with my parents' house that had been neglected since Seinfeld was on the air. We came up with a plan and she took on every job on the list, bathrooms, grout, wood floors, appliances, even sorting socks. If you have older family members or are trying to prepare a home for sale, you owe it to yourself to give her a call. You won't be disappointed.

Team #7 (Blanca and Marbel) did an amazing job completing a whole house clean for us. After they left I was so pleasantly surprised to find all of the little touches that they left behind. Highly recommend!

Molly Maid is our to-go cleaning service and we love their professionalism, their work quality and most above their attention to details. Daniela and Priscilla made our move out and move-in process much easier and we will definitely be a repeat customer.

Molly Maids has been cleaning my house for a couple of years now. They offer top notch service. In addition to the thorough cleaning Jasmin and Mayra (team 3) give my house every two weeks, these lovely women leave little touches of sophistication, like shaping the throw blanket on my bed shaped into a heart. It only takes an extra moment to do but it makes me smile every time. Thank you Jasmin and Mayra for all that you do!

I used Molly Maid in a last minute booking, and I was absolutely blown away! I utilized the move-in clean and Team #8 Miranda and Betty left this place sparklingly! I am very pleased with the services and will be recommending to people in the future!

I called on a Friday afternoon and Molly Maid was able to have a team clean our home Monday morning. Team #8, Miranda and Betty, did a thorough job cleaning our home and as I face surgery on Thursday I am so happy to not have to worry about this. Communicating with Allandra was easy and she followed up the next day to see how things went which I appreciated. We hope to continue with Molly Maid's services in the future pending an estimate for biweekly cleaning. Highly recommend!

We are so pleased with the efforts of Sonia and Marie in cleaning our new house. A rather daunting task considering the amount of cleaning that was needed, but they worked for several hours to get it done well. The difference is very noticeable, and we look forward to having them back to start regular cleanings once we have moved in.

So thorough and so sweet! Our house cleaning was accomplished by Team #3, Mayra and Jazmin... and we cannot say enough about this highly positive experience. They caught up with EVERYTHING needing cleaning in our multi-level house, including the glass fronts of every framed picture. Their efforts were very well worth the necessary cost. Then, on top of all that, they left "rosettes" atop every tissue box and a bow-tie on the kitchen's paper towels. Thank you to these conscientious, efficient and thoroughly lovely people.

We have had Molly Maids clean our apartment for over a year, and as we were preparing to move, it was a no brainer for us to ask for a quote for them to clean our new space. They consistently have provided fantastic service and we're very appreciative of their attention to detail and care to keep our home looking its best.

I was excited to work with Molly Maid after scheduling an in-home estimate. But on the day of the appointment, the estimator was 30 minutes late. After 15 minutes of no communication, I called to check in. Eventually, they called back and said they were on the way.

When they arrived, we had great rapport and I felt optimistic about moving forward. I was told I’d get a call the next day to schedule my first cleaning.

That call never came.

I followed up multiple times by phone and email—nothing. No response at all. I’m not sure if they only prioritize higher-paying clients, but being ghosted like that left a bad taste. I ended up going with another cleaning service I’m excited to support.

This isn’t a knock on Molly Maid’s cleaning staff, but it does reflect poor communication, weak systems, or customer neglect. And if I’m trusting someone with the key to my home, reliability and follow-through matter.

Recently had a deep clean with team 7 (Marbel & Monica) of a 2 bed/2 bath condo and they did a great job! Especially cleaning the shower and kitchen which were the dirtiest parts.
Only deducted a star because they tell you additional cleaning time costs extra during the cleaning (you can choose to decline) and we paid in cash but they charged my card anyway so i had to call and make sure that was taken care of.

I requested a deep clean service for my messy 1 bedroom apartment and Molly Maids sent Team #7, two very polite women, Blanca and Marbel, who were also very nice. I explained briefly what I needed done and I left for work. When I came home, i am completely shocked & amazed at how great of a job they did. My apartment is spotless from the ceiling to the floors and they even organized things I told them to ignore. Very, very clean. Very, very thorough. I'm extremely satisfied and happy and highly recommend. I hope to have this team back every 4 weeks or so. Thank you ladies.
