Really detailed deep cleaning of an old house. We had construction dust and storage room dust that they really got out for us. Were incredibly helpful.

Molly Miss was incredible to work with! Excellent staff that was knowledgeable and polite. The apartment was cleaned to look just like new! I even had messes in the fridge that were cleaned! Pricing is incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend!

I had such high hopes for this company. I was left with a poor customer service, a mediocre cleaning, and damage to my new hardwood floors. Dealing with Veronica was pleasant and she was very helpful. Unfortunately when the cleaners were cleaning our new house they picked up a can of primer that is a dark purple. They put it in their trash bag that they took all over the house. The primer was not sealed and leaked out of the bag on our new hardwood floors that were just done. We found the primer in their garbage bag that was in our trash can. We contacted the company to get a resolution as the repairs were going to cost around $1,000. We suggested that the company give us a refund of what we paid, about $700. We provided pictures and saved the garage bag with the primer. They refused and said they would need to send someone out from their end to evaluate the damage, and they would get it fixed. A refund wouldn’t be possible. When speaking to them they were not flexible or understand. Almost making it seem like it wasn’t their problem. We submitted a case with our credit card. Once we received an answer from them I called the owner/manager Terrence as there was still not a resolution. Terrence said it was now too long since the incident took place and they would not do anything to provide any resolution. The only way we would have gotten a resolution was if we did what they wanted, rather than working with us for a solution. We even said we would eat the $300 difference. It was their way or the highway. That was extremely disappointing. Extremely poor customer service. Use a company that actually cares about your home.

This is my first time using a cleaning service, and they were fantastic! We had Team 8 come into our home and these two ladies were quick and efficient! Daniela and Priscila of team 5 did an amazing job on our house. This was the first time we have had a cleaning service and they left everything spotless!

Agreed to hire them to do a deep clean and then clean my dad’s house once per month. I called the sales rep or maybe owner this past Friday and left a voicemail and sent a follow up email letting them know we are ready to go. I heard back over email Saturday and they asked what times work. I proposed Weds. Sunday they said Weds is booked and would let me know Monday if a spot opens and also that the team would call me to schedule. It’s Tuesday night and no call or email. I’m pretty sure there isn’t a “team” at all. This scheduling thing is a red flag and the response time from the sales rep or maybe owner has been very slow from the start. There are much cheaper places that are faster at communicating so I’m hiring another company.

I love using this company for residential cleaning. They are extremely good at their jobs. Very quick and efficient, timely, and trustworthy. Also I looove how they leave clean lines on the sofa!

My wife hired Molly Maid of Valley Forge to do spring cleaning. They did a wonderful job with great attention to detail. Very pleasant and overachieved on our expectations. We will definitely use them again. Laura, Ingrid and Paty all get 5 stars.

I used this service for a move out clean and was very disappointed. My sister has stage 4 cancer that has progressed, so I had to move her out of her home. In the midst of all of the pressure to move and care for her...I thought that getting Molly Maid to come clean the place after it had been emptied would take a load off of me and just ease some of my pressure.

Let me start with the positive. The two women that came to the house were pleasant and professional. The work that they DID complete in the upstairs bathroom was excellent.

Now with the not so positive. I told Molly maid the dimension of the house, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and was quoted a time frame and amount for those specifications.
$318 to $488. For two to 3 hours of work. I was told that the $488 would be if they needed to spend more time..an hour more.
I agreed and they came. I left them in the home to prepare for my trip out of town..and reveived a call after about the 1.5 hour mark which stated they would need to spend 5 hours in the house at a cost of over $750. I said.. no. And asked that they simply clean the kitchen and bathrooms and sweep the floors in the original time frame.

I returned after two hours and they had cleaned 1 bathroom and half of the(very small) kitchen.

In two hours.

I told them that I needed to leave and could they please just finish the kitchen and bathroom. I left for out of town to find that they cleaned the ceiling fan in the kitchen, half of the stove...one counter top (there are only 3)
And half of the downstairs bathroom.

This morning. I went into the house at 7:30 AM.vacuumed, swept and mopped the entire 3 story home..scrubbed the baseboards..wiped the walls, door handles and light switch panels. I finished in 2 hours. Alone.

What were they doing for the two hours that they were there? Were they counting on me saying yes and paying more than twice the original quote ? I am just so disappointed.

I received a cleaning service (my first ever) with Molly Maid back in August, and I have to be honest that I was very disappointed with my cleaning. Almost all of the pictures on the walls in my house were crooked, curtain rods completely extended, things not put back where they were, and it seemed like a very rushed cleaning. I had to spend a considerable amount of time recleaning my home to fix the issue. I reached out to them immediately about the issue, and I was told that I would receive a call back— which I never did. They also never processed the payment for my cleaning. Since they never called or charged my card, part of me believed that they weren’t going to charge me because of the terrible cleaning job. Fast forward to November (over 3 months), I receive a call and voicemail that they failed to charge me and are now processing payment. Who charges someone 3 months later? I would not recommend and will not be using them again.

Update: Thanksgiving week 2025. It has now been roughly four months that Molly Maid has been cleaning for us every 2 weeks. We have enjoyed our cleaner home throughout that time. This week as we anticipate family visiting from out of town, it has been a great relief to have our Molly Maid team get our home in great shape as we prepare to host our extended family. We are a retired couple, and I am now engaged in full-time caregiving for my wife who is dealing with dementia. It has become increasingly difficult to keep up with routine home maintenance, it is great to have Molly Maid make our home comfortable and presentable. We are very happy we chose to hire them!

We recently had Molly Maid clean our home that suffered from long neglect and the accumulated dust from renovations last year. We hesitated to bring a service in due to clutter we have been struggling to get ahead of. The team of Daniela and Priscilla tackled the job and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up. It looks so much better! We are delighted with the job they did and look forward to having them keep us clean with visits every two weeks.
