Another cleaning service cancelled on me last minute and Purified Cleaning came to the rescue! They were super helpful in arranging the short notice cleaning. We needed a very thorough cleaning and searched for a good company that also respected our concerns about having someone in our home during covid. Customer service was easy to coordinate with and once booked, our cleaner arrived within the arrival window. It was honestly great to have that initial deep clean that gets all the base boards, windowing seal, etc that gives you that extra sense of clean. This was money well vested. So much so, I set up cleaning service for every 2 weeks. Highly professional, very responsive and exceptional cleaning. Found my gem!

Purified cleaning is the best cleaning service I’ve used in a long time. Their website is easy to use to make an appointment. I booked a deep cleaning. I have two cats, two dogs, a 3 year old and a child on the way and I wanted to get my house in tiptop shape before the arrival of my new born. They were on time. They were professional and did a fabulous job. They left my house spotless and feeling fresher. I try to clean my house regularly but it doesn’t compare to a professional deep clean. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again regularly.

Initially, I hired henry after reading his reviews and wanted to give him a try to clean my new home before I move in! However, unfortunately Henry did not meet my expectations for what a a cleaning service company is suppose to entail. After he left, I checked the areas he was suppose to clean and noticed the inside of my fridge wasn't even touched. There was a sticky residue and strange smell left from the previous tenants and I would think he would have cleaned the inside if he noticed. Also, he did not clean inside the windowsills which I would think he would do and lastly he did not clean inside the closet shelves. I felt like he rushed the process to clean my home and due to him being a small business you would think he would take his time as oppose to going for a large cleaning serving company. Sadly, it was the complete opposite and the fact I paid around $200-$250 for a mere hour is unacceptable.

Henry walked through the rooms of our newly purchased old house. He told me his game plan of the order of cleaning. I stayed out his way and he got to work. He stayed longer than expected which was much appreciated because he wanted it completed. It shows he cared. He gave me the opportunity to do final walkthrough and bring up any outstanding issues. The old house feels fresher.
