A1 Sparkles cleaned my house for first time today. The girls were Caterin Cabrera and Delma Cabrera. Both girls were very professional and did an excellent job. Work that was done was totally satisfactory. I have already scheduled this company for additional work.

Senior cleaning technician was very accomodating. Did a great job with the carpets and we were very pleased with their service and the result of the cleaning. Will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

Very professional service with customers being their priority. All employees who I've spoken to over the phone for scheduling and those who have worked in my house are polite and do a great asana thorough job. Been using them for the last 5 yrs. They get out every stain, including a gravy stain from last year on my white dinning upholstered chairs. I highly recommend this company.

Mary and Caterin are not only great at what they do, but are wonderful to work with. They pay attention to detail and my house always feels fresh and clean after they have been here - no easy feat for a house with three small children. I am comfortable with them in my house whether I am there or not and would highly recommend their cleaning service.

A1 Sparkles saved me a lot of money. No way did I think that they could get rid of the oil spill on my carpet and tracked throughout the house that was caused by a leaking clothes dryer. I had already determined that I would have to replace the carpets at a significant cost but decided to give A1 Sparkles a chance to back up their claim that they could remove the oil mess. So glad I did because the carpets look as good as the day they were purchased. Once in a while I make a good decision and this was one of my best.

The technicians arrived on time and I asked for one additional job - to clean a carpet that had pet stains on it. They were finished in an hour and a half and the carpets looked SO clean! Very professional!!! The only thing I regret was not having them clean my steps - which I'll certainly do next time! Many thanks, A1 - you totally deserve your name!!!

I was able to schedule a dryer vent cleaning for the day after I called, which seems so rare these days. Ray arrived promptly near the beginning of the time window and was very pleasant and informative - the work was done efficiently and well. He even vacuumed up all the dryer lint that had collected & blown behind my washing machine - something I had not expected but highly appreciated. I would call them again.

Would not recommend. Hired them to clean my dryer vent, they took apart the entire system only to reattach it with a rubber backed tape (fire hazard, HVAC aluminum tape should have been used) The owner then called me and accused me of lying saying his team didn’t do that, despite me having proof of before and after pictures. The the owner had the audacity to tell me that his team didn’t charge me enough for the job they did - total joke! Even if his team did not use the wrong tape (which they did) you would think THEY would be the ones to see the wrong tape was used and recommend or replace with the correct supplies? nope. The owner was so arrogant, I ended up checking my original listing on Zillow for photo evidence that there was no black tape on my dryer vent before his team came out, and can confirm that tape was placed on there by his team.. terrible experience with even worse customer service… would not recommend.

I needed a house cleaned quickly and A1 sparkles came though for me. They showed on time, we’re very professional, thorough and did s wonderful job. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

They did an amazing job! My house was in desperate need of a heavy spring cleaning and wow, did they get it done! Even the inside of my oven is spotless, which hasn’t been that way in years! Will definitely be having them back. I highly recommend them!!!

My experience with A1 Sparkles was great from start to finish. The appointment was set and confirmed. The technician took his time to really clean all carpets - and I had most of the house cleaned. It was not the rushed, upselling kind of job that I was used to getting with Stanley Steamer. I will only use A1 Sparkles from now on. Thanks so much.

DO NOT HIRE FOR WOOD FLOORS. My husband and I hired this company to rejuvenate our hardwood floors as a treat for me as I'm heavily pregnant. My husband explained over the phone to a gentleman (the owner?) the condition my floors were in. 80 year old house, I just removed the carpet, he seemed to understand, he asked me to guess the size of the rooms for the estimate, and I was not comfortable with that so a crew came out to assess the floors and give me an estimate. A technician came and was complete gentleman, and he did the best he could, however he was not provided adequate tools nor manpower to complete the job right which astounded us considering all the information we provided. We contacted the company to explain that the job overall was not satisfactory- dusty, dirty, dull, patchy. The company said: "Oh that's too bad would you like to pay us again to come and try again." No way and how unprofessional!

The same tech cleaned the carpets and did a good job, so perhaps that is all this company is good for. If you have wood floors, don't hire them as it's sort of a scam. Please see attached photos for the AFTER results.

Judith and her team are fabulous! They are in and out in a timely fashion leaving the apartment fresh, clean, and sparkling! I have 5 kids, multiple activities to attend to, and I teach. This is a gift I give to myself to spend more quality time with my kids. They clean around us if we are here and always clean whatever requests I have. Fantastic service! Clean less, stress less, enjoy life. I highly recommend this service.

The team are friendly professional and efficient. The rugs had some stains and these young gentlemen worked very hard to remove stains and clean the rooms. We have used them one time before and I guarantee we will Use this company ongoing for all needs. Great company , great staff. A Big Shout out to Cam and Austin !!

This company does not have good customer service. There was an issue with my carpet cleaning, some of my carpet stained and my staircase still looked dirty. I politely sent photos and asked for their attention to fix the cleaning damage and to address the dirty looking stairs, they completely blew me off after multiple polite emails. They do not stand behind their work. I even originally gave them an excellent review as the service person was very polite. I did not see the issues until the carpet dried.

I’m glad I hired A1 Sparkles Cleaning to clean my HVAC ducts. Nick and Antonio were friendly, thorough, responsive, honest, and reasonable. They did a fantastic job.

Edited to add: By ourselves we entirely eliminated the odor, so their response is completely inaccurate. All it took was going over the carpet with a wet/dry vacuum, some vinegar, water, and baking soda. That they said they would get rid of the odor is also completely true. I had asked, "Which package do I need to get rid of the musty smell," two employees told me which to purchase, and that is what I got. They said it might not be permanent, which I accepted, but there should have been /some/ difference. Since we eliminated the smell ourselves, it clearly was not coming from the carpet pads, etc.

My original review:

They may as well have not touched the carpet, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional.

I explicitly asked which package I needed to remove a musty smell from my basement carpet. I explained that was all I cared about because the carpet was otherwise clean. Two employees assured me they could remove it with the recommended package. One did say the smell might return in a few months if there is a water source, but they would probe the carpet to test for moisture. I thanked them, verified that they would remove the smell at least temporarily, and scheduled the service.

The carpet stank when I got home after the cleaning. If they tested for moisture, they did not share the results. I left polite messages for a week before getting a call back. The owner (I think) cut me off repeatedly and called me a liar for saying that I was told they would address the smell. He said for any musty smell, they would need to rip up the carpet and replace the pads. He was extremely rude and dismissive and refused to do anything to compensate for the complete lack of results. It is hard for him to credibly state that I wasn’t told they could address the smell when my primary question before they came was which package did I need to get rid of it. If they had said it might not work, I would have accepted that. To lie about what I was told, and worse, to not let me finish a sentence without cutting in with, “I won’t get into he said/she said. No one told you that,” was inexcusable.

This is the first time I’ve had my vents cleaned, but I think they did a good job. They called when they were on their way. Suron (spelling?) and Alex answered my questions and were very nice. They kept their masks on and wore gloves, as requested. Eric was the person who sent me the quote and followed up to setup the appointment. He was also very nice, knowledgeable, and responsive which is incredibly rare in customer service anymore. He actually called back when he said he would! : )

A1 Sparkles is the best! Our rugs were in bad shape from pets. They now look like brand new rugs. Ingrid made scheduling so easy. And Nick and Sam are professional and so friendly! I won’t contract with any one else from now on.
