Hired Molly Maid to clean after obtaining quotes from a few cleaning companies. Impressed with their service and professionalism and their price wasn't the lowest but it was competitive. The cleaning ladies were nice and did a great job. I look forward to having them in my home monthly.

My apartment is *sparkling* clean thanks to Ingrid & Vanessa!!! I could not have asked for a better, deep, deep clean. They even resolved some of my spacial challenges and had better placement to help re-organize my things. Didn’t miss one detail, I still can’t believe it. Highly recommend this service… much better than the other local cleaning services that I’ve tried out previously.

Had my condo cleaned last week and team 1 (Yanely, Brisila, and Jennifer) did a fantastic job. My kitchen is spotless and bathrooms are pristine. Very well worth the price, I'll definitely be using Molly Maid again in the future.

Extremely poor customer service. They keep trying to ignore your concerns or issues, hoping that you'll go away. We paid for the move out cleaning package. They sent a team of non English speaking staff. Nobody was bilingual so we had to use Google translate, not cool. They didn't clean the kitchen floor, my wife ended up doing it. They also caused some water leaks by moving the toilet while cleaning around it, i guess. We've never had issues with water dripping through the kitchen ceiling, but anyway! They ended up skipping that bathroom, and then charged for more time when they were questioned about the bathroom. The bottom line is, they over charged and did a poor job to boot. They refunded a whopping $25, for our troubles. I'd never recommend them, or use them again!

I contracted with Molly Maids to have a deep cleaning of my house. They did a fantastic job. My kitchen appliances looked brand new. Our primary bathroom never looked so good. They were professional, respectful, and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Molly Maids to anyone who wants to feel like their house has been transformed into a squeaky, clean and great smelling home.

It started out fine. I requested a move-in/move out service for an empty 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. They estimated 3 hrs. for a team of 2. Agreed to that. Toward the end the 3rd hour, they said they needed an additional ½ hr. for the kitchen. I agreed. There was a plumbing issue that occurred while cleaning the upstairs bathroom, and as they weren’t bi-lingual (they used a translator app), they thought they should stop cleaning the bathroom and left tub undone. I found this out when I went through the house while they were working on the kitchen. I mentioned it, and they said they would need to add another 15 minutes. I agreed to that. They said they were finished and it was getting late and I knew they were ready to go. So, all together it was 3.75 hrs. When I returned to the house later that week, I noticed that the kitchen floor looked dirty. I ended up scrubbing the floor myself. If they even cleaned it, it was only superficially. This was totally unacceptable and I contacted Molly Maids and sent pictures. They said they understood and someone would get back to me as the manager was busy. Called again 2 days later, manager was again busy, and they offered me $25 for my inconvenience. I was not happy with that especially since the team did not mention that floor was not done, and I had to do their job for them! At one point, the woman on the phone said that the floor wasn’t included! She said she would speak to the manager and get back to me. Again, I had to follow-up only to hear that there was nothing more they could do. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated. The discount they offered was not even 5% of the total I spent. And, it took another call requesting proof of the credit before I got the measly refund. This is a customer service business, and I feel they are truly lacking in that area. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

First time using Molly Maid, and the first time our house was professionally cleaned in years, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Miranda and Guadalupe did such a good job cleaning each room of the house. Bathrooms and kitchens were our main ask, and they delivered! The level of detail that went into the cleaning was great. I would highly recommend using Molly Maid.

I had the pleasure of having Yanely and Betty clean my home, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every room looked fresh and beautifully organized. I appreciate their hard work and will definitely be booking them again!

I used Molly Maid of Valley Forge for a "move-out" clean on a rental and am absolutely astonished at how wonderful of a job they did. I keep a clean house, but since we were moving I held off on cleaning for the last week and WOW!!! The place looked brand new...newer than it was when we moved in and the place had just been flipped so everything was new!
They kept in touch with me the week leading up to the clean and on the day of called to confirm some things. Very professional. The crew of 2 were there for 2 1/2hrs to clean a 1900 square foot Townhome, which isn't bad at all and the price was just under $300.00, can't beat that! I would definitely recommend Molly Maid and would absolutely use them again!!

Excellent work. Arrived right on time, polite and left the apartment sparkling. The team cleaned up places I couldn't reach. The fridge looked brand new. Definitely worth it for moving out.

Absolutely wonderful cleaning service provided by team #1 with Yanely, Beatriz and Jacquelyn! They were so thorough with my house and didn’t miss a spot! As soon as they got to my house they introduced themselves and got to work. Such nice ladies with a great attitude! Always happy with my service from Molly Maid!

We have had great experiences with Molly Maid of Valley Forge so far!! We have had both teams #4 (Karina and Yuliana) and team #5 (Daniela and Jacky). In both instances, our house was left spotless! It brings us such peace of mind to have a clean house during a busy time in our lives. Molly Maid has been on time, thorough, and they have attention to detail. They go above and beyond, making sure even our toilet paper rolls look neat and tidy and leave perfect “carpet lines”! We plan to begin a monthly cleaning with them and the price for that is reasonable.

It has all the usual items in this big box chain. I prefer their Behr paint brand over some others (so does Consumers Report). They have a garden center.

We purchased our Christmas tree at this location. The employees were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The tree was in good shape and decently priced. Hard to ask for more than that. :)

This afternoon we tried to return a clearly defective string trimmer to this store (it was melting the $100 batteries and nearly caused a fire). The woman at the return desk was very nice but the manager of the garden center and the store manager were both incredibly rude, accused us of "overusing" the product and ended up telling us to go back to the manufacturer for assistance.
Honestly I don't care how much you use a product it shouldn't melt the battery and catch it on fire!!! The managers were both over the top nasty and rude and made us feel like we had done something wrong or were trying to pull something over on them even though we had absolute evidence of a seriously defective product. The manager even tried to justify his behavior by saying he had the same product without a problem.....yeah? So that proves there's something wrong with this one!
Will not return to this store again. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"?
At the very least, be freaking NICE and not a total jerk.

These guys do impeccable work. They did exactly, to a tee, what they said they would do. They are coming back in the Fall to do all of our Plantings. Highly recommend them:)
