Eric was absolutely fantastic. He came out same day for an evaluation and then came back later the same night on a separate issue after a cooling emergency! Top tier service and honest pricing. I will NEVER working with another big service agency like Oliver or horizon ever again! Local services like Eric with Rocket only! Cannot recommend enough!

Eric and Sam did an excellent job. My ceiling was dripping near one of the vents in my house. After calling multiple HVAC companies in the area, Rocket Services was the only one willing to come out the same day during one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to correct the problem and came back the next day to redo the drainage from my unit to prevent the issue from reoccurring again along with other fixes. Eric also provided other options. They arrived on time each day and were very professional. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely be using them again in the future.

Eric first visited my house for a service call because my central AC stopped working. This was fixed quickly, at a fair price, and wasn’t there to try to sell me a new system. I then had him to take a look at my unconditioned sunroom and asked him suggestions to heat/cool the room with a mini split so we could use the room year round. He gave me a fair estimate and he got the whole job done in a couple of weeks. It was done with attention to detail and with high quality components. Thanks for the service, highly recommended.

My old heat pump decided to die on one of the coldest nights last week. Eric and Sam came out the next day and were not only able to diagnose the problem, but got my electric heat running to get me by while I made a decision on what to do. Rocket Services offered me a fair and competitive price to install a brand new Heil N series heat pump. Based on their honesty with fixing my old system, I gave them a shot on the new install. They did a fantastic job and my new system is running way better than my old heat pump! Thanks Rocket Services!

Eric was great! I called and he was at my home within 30 mins. He diagnosed the issue, got the part and repaired the heater all in under 3 hours from first call to completion. Eric was so great to work with! He responded quickly to our concern and worked hard to problem solve. Very upfront with all costs and great communication. Our heat was not keeping up with the extreme cold before a snowstorm was coming. Eric came out the next morning and did an evaluation. When the part we needed was back ordered 4-6 weeks he found another solution that got our heat back within a few days. He also helped us understand our unit and how to maximize our heat/air. Would 100% recommend Eric and his team at Rocket Services!

Marty came out and gave us top notch service! He replaced a connection between dishwasher and garbage disposal that had been leaking since it was installed. Thanks for the plumbing tips!!!

Will and his tech partner came out to address our broken boiler emergency on a freezing cold within a few hours of calling. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and their professionalism. Out particular unit posed a unique challenge but after a few phone calls and a quick trip to grab a part, they had us up and running in no time. We have used Attilio in the past and will so again in the future.

This was my first time using Attilio , they were top notch, from my service appointment with Stacey to the service tech Marty who did an outstanding job.

Will was excellent. He gave us great recommendations on what we needed and gave us options that fit our budget. He was professional and answered all our questions. We needed our entire HVAC system replaced as it was decades older than us and he and his team handled everything with care and professionalism. We will definitely come back to Attilio for any other needs.

I've been an Attilio customer since 2018, and they are the best! They are easy to contact and schedule and always on time with their friendly and reasonably-priced service. (Granted, I did not shop around, because I've never felt compelled to; a service is often worth more than just what it costs to get the job done.) I appreciate their being locally-owned and operated, and Francesco (who I've had a few times as my technician), is always ready to answer my questions. Highly recommend!

After going about a week and a half without hot water and waiting on the home warranty company, Attilio was recommended to us. I called on a Friday morning they were here within two hours and gave me a price to put in a new water heater that day. The guys were clean and curious and it only took them about two and a half hours start to finish. They asked if I wanted to move the water heater back a little bit closer to the wall. They didn't even mind the dog barking in the backyard the whole time they were here. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

I have nothing but amazing words to say about Geoff, Tyler and the rest of the team. I had a really bad situation with another company that was sent to me through insurance. I had Geoff’s phone number from a previous job and remembered his honesty and professionalism during the last visit so I gave him a call. He came out the next day, confirmed the job that needed to be done and gave me a fair price and expectation for what needed to be done. On the day of the job Tyler and the team showed up on time, kept my house clean and tidy through the whole process, and finished a full day ahead of schedule with fantastic work done. I was confident that they knew exactly what to do and handled my house and work area with care. The service and professionalism was impressive. Our heater quit on the coldest day of the season so far. Not having a service contract with any company I had called a couple companies and Attilio was the only company to return my call. I was able to get an emergency repair technician out that day. Will was our technician very polite and knowledgeable of our system. Kept us informed and updated on the status of our system. The system was not repairable and had to have a new system installed. They were able to install a new system a day later. The whole team showed up, they were very professional and prompt and polite. A job well done. Cleaned up after themselves and went over operations and warranties of the new system. I would recommend Attilio and Will the technician to anyone who needs either heater repair or plumbing work. Great job team.

We needed attention to a plumbing need and with no references or recommendation we had Attilio address the issue. It was a pleasure to have the office set up an appointment and Ethan was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Ethan did an awesome job considering the factors he was presented with. I cannot comment on the value of charges for this service, as I did not get any other quotes, however, it seems very fair and reasonable considering the time and service provided. I highly recommend Attilio for any service they provide.

We have used Attilio Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for over 2 years now and only have positive things to say. We recently needed a new furnace installed and Will, Nabeel, and Erald were all fantastic. They were on time, friendly, and helpful in explaining our new system. I called their office to have someone come out to assist with a quote for some plumbing issues at 3pm one day and they were here first thing the next morning to look it over. Updated review: I called Attilio yesterday with what I thought was an issue with our water line. Ruth the receptionist was extremely helpful in setting an original after hours emergency visit, since everyone was already busy when I called, but then was in regular contact to get more information for their techs and then to let me know when someone could get here sooner. It ended up being a true emergency, and within an hour of Ethan coming for the initial diagnostic visit, we had a plumbing and electrical team scrambling to make sure they had all the equipment to get the job done immediately. Marty and Joe were extremely helpful and thorough to ensure our home's safety. I am so glad I didn't ignore my gut and called Attilio.

Original review: I've been using Attilio for three years now and I won't call anyone else for my plumbing jobs. Nick, Geoff, Joe, the whole crew are friendly, professional, and do a damn good job. They are very thorough in their work and also do a thorough walk-through to explain everything they've done. I highly recommend calling Attilio for your plumbing and HVAC needs!
