Had Horizon out on Monday for an issue. They fixed one thing that I knew needed fixing but then mentioned another thing that they claimed was wrong and quoted me $975. No actual use of diagnostic tools, just based on what they were hearing. Wanted a Second opinion and had Alpha 1 scheduled for Friday but we woke up Wed morning with a inoperable furnace. Texted Mike and he had the office juggle some things and Justin came out. He did an actual diagnostic. A few hours later he determines that it was a much less expensive fix and we have heat again. Thank you that kind of attention to detail, even though it clearly takes more time.

Mike and Owen from Alpha1 were super helpful. With their expertise I better understand my system and we have the proactive maintenance in place to maximize the life of a unit over 15 yrs old. The relationship and knowledge of the system gives piece of mind if something were to happen down the road I know who to call and I know they can help. Thank you!

Justin did a good job assessing our A/C system and providing a solution to increase air flow to our addition where most of our daytime hours are spent. Our new thermostat allows us to select which area of our home controls the air temperature during different times of the day. The diagnosis and installation were done within a reasonable time. Justin left our home in good condition but first showed us where to find the thermostat's app for instructions and remote access. He also demonstrated how to program it. I would highly recommend Alpha 1 Heating &Cooling. They bought in two portable air conditioners that kept us very comfortable while the work was being done. They were very polite and informative about our new unit.
Any questions were promptly answered. Again I would highly recommend their work.

Alpha 1 is absolutely fantastic! Best experience we have had with a heating and air conditioning company so far and we have used several over a 20 year period! Mike and Justin from Alpha 1 came out today to do some general maintenance. After relaying some concerns they did a thorough check and spent 5 hours working extremely hard to help rectify the issue. They were both super friendly and extremely patient with all of our concerns and questions. Jack who called to work out our payment was also fantastic. They way they all handled themselves with patience and hard work is the way all businesses should strive to be. Thanks Alpha 1!

September update! Justin came for fall service and checked the furnace and system in great detail! The office called me to remind me it was time for my semi-annual service. Justin was fantastic, as has been my overall experience with Alpha1!

I have an older home with a boiler & radiators. The service tech, Justin P, was very knowledgeable and helped very much. My boiler was installed in December of 2001, So I will be taking his advice and joining the service plan.

Very friendly and professional service with a great deal for first-time diagnosis. Justin came out to diagnose an issue with my boiler and was in no hurry to leave until he had a good idea of what was going on and gave me actionable advice should the issue arise again.

Wow, what great service! We had been working with another company trying to get some urgent repairs made and was just so frustrated, Alpha 1 has been outstanding, they actually answer the phone, the repair tech and the communication throughout the whole process was phenomenal, and best of all the repairs finally got done. These guys have their act together.

The team at Alpha 1 has always done a great job for our clients. They provide expert advice without trying to sell you on something that you don't need like some of the other big HVAC companies out there.
