I've had to call Davis on several occasions with furnace issues. Each time it was fast responses pleasant & friendly technicians they were very informative & got my heater up & running fast. 5 stars from me.

Recently Davis replaced my boiler as the old one cracked. Scheduling a routine check-up was easy, the staff was friendly and responsive. The technician who came out was professional, friendly and explained what he was doing and why.

Tom, Julian, and Collin did a fantastic job replacing my oil furnace with a natural gas one. This was a very involved oil to gas conversion and they did a fantastic job running the gas lines and installing the new water heater. They were very courteous and did a great job explaining everything. Fair pricing, I would highly recommend!

Hassan came out as part of an energy assessment I had a few weeks ago with PECO. He did a through check and tune up. He was polite,professional and very knowledgeable. Great work!

They recently installed Minisplit units into my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. The turn around time was only a day or 2, SUPER FAST!!! The technicians that came to my home were knowledgeable and respectful. They worked fast but efficient and left my home looking better than before they arrived. I love the new Bosche units that were installed and looking forward to a warmer area in my home. Thank you Davis, I would recommend them to anyone!

Furnace was clicking but not igniting. Called Davis and they said they were backed up but would try to get to me. Half hour later they called and said a technician was on their way. Nick arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Am up and warming up! Great service! Would highly recommend

Had 5 companies come out to bid converting from Oil to Electric heat pump. Jim spent the most time with us to go over every aspect of the project and took our concerns of sewer line going through an open air return seriously (older home).

The contract provided was extremely detailed, and Jim took feedback in how I wanted certain sections to be worded. The price was reasonable compared to the other quotes, and the most descriptive.

The guys took a couple extra days to complete the project then initially planned. They had to get creative with the returns due to the architecture of the home, creating two new return locations and sealing the system off from the sewer pipe. And they had to remove our old oil tank. They were always courteous, efficient and cleaned up all their mess.

Very happy with our decision to go with Davis Modern.

Even so, I was surprised by the outstanding quality of their service. My aunt (90 y.o.) wanted to have a dual split system in her older home. Their quote was more than fair, and came in under others.

They scheduled us within a week (it was installed in December) and the service was outstanding. Chan and Julian were gentlemen, and were very considerate of my aunt and her home.

While we haven’t used the cooling yet, the equipment that they installed looks great, and the outside looks great too.
