Attilio was so easy to work with. Someone called me back within just a few minutes of leaving a message, and I was scheduled for a same day appointment. Alex arrived right on time, wore boot covers without prompting, listened attentively to my explanation of the issue, thoroughly examined the heater, and gave me lots of helpful information about the system. He was pleasant, professional, and gave clear communication. Pricing for the service call was a very reasonable flat rate, and I was told what it would be at the time of scheduling, so there were no surprises. Very happy with this company, and I’d definitely recommend them!

Attilio, plumbing is the best. We had a leak in our basement ceiling during Thanksgiving dinner. We called them and they responded immediately, talked us through the issue for the night, and were out the next morning. Ethan came out and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and did all the work very quickly. We got a new faucet installed and he did some extra caulking as well. I highly recommend Ethan and Attilio plumbing.

Update January 2, 2025. They continue to impress me every time I need any plumbing work done. We needed a flush and fill valve replaced on our toilet—called them and they were out within an hour to get it replaced. At such a fair price. And the most friendly techs. Thank you!

So impressed with this company! I had an emergency no heat, their office staff called and squeezed me in and kept updating me on status of arrival and SO PLEASANT. Will, one of their certified HVAC techs went right to work diagnosing my York Gas furnace. Fortunately for me he had the gas valve part on his truck replaced a couple of wires that the wheel frayed and Bam within an hour new part, wires and hose replaced! All I can say is amazing! I have watched many HVAC techs he made sure to test everything and was extremely thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, awesome local company in Bridgeport too! Oh and my furnace is purring and we are toasty warm!!! Thank you Will and Attilio

It was easy to schedule our A/C tune-up with the office; they accommodated our schedules instead of just telling us when they’d be out. Will, our service tech, has been out before for our heater and he is quick, efficient, courteous and friendly. He even offered us suggestions regarding a different plumbing situation we are experiencing. We would recommend Atillio for your HVAC needs.

Marty and Ethan are an exceptional team. The first time they came out and gave me a diagnosis, options and were very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable booking with them after numerous issues with contractors. They returned today and installed a new outdoor faucet and new washer dryer hookup that I have been unsuccessful getting someone to complete for years. The turn around time for getting the work done was quick despite the holidays. I really appreciate quality work that makes my life easier! I definitely recommend calling Attilio Plumbing for any repairs or new installations! I plan to keep them as a preferred company for service!

Will, HVAC Technician, came out to service our AC unit. He was able to quickly diagnose why our unit wasn’t running efficiently and resolve the issues. As we have come to expect from Attilio, Will was extremely professional and patient as we looked over his shoulder asking questions while he worked :). We couldn’t be happier with Will’s work or the outstanding service we continually experience from Attilio.

When Customer Service is an anomaly, Attilio Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling sets themselves apart. I had all the faith in the world that this company would come out in a time of need and help me get my unit up and running or at-least do a job to give me an answer after troubleshooting. The tech was out here for 15 minutes. Told me my compressor was bad and that I needed to spend 10k to replace both the inside and outside unit. Keep in mind this system is a Goodmen system(not the best I know) and is 5 years old. They did almost no troubleshooting to make this determination. Fast forward two weeks. I with no experience ordered a few parts to find out that I had a faulty thermostat. I went to Lowe’s and purchased one, returned home plugged the new one in and back up and running with no issues. I called today to speak to a manager to provide feedback (I originally made this call without the intention of looking for a refund) and all the Manager said was that we are a highly rated company, and our tech gave sound advice. He then went on to ask what my intentions of this call were for and again I just said I wanted to provide feedback. After the 6/7 time of the manager asking what my intentions were I felt like I was getting nowhere, so I said I guess I will have a refund. He responded with ok and hung up. It’s unfortunate for homeowners who have no experience to feel taken advantage of, sadly that happens more often than not. If I didn’t troubleshoot on my own, I would be $10k in the hole. Looks to me this company is not looking to help but looking to make money on customers who have no choice. Do your homework and get quotes from more then just one company. Spending an extra $100-$200 to have someone come out and look could save you thousands in unnecessary repairs.

Our plumber Ethan showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repairs. Completely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend Attilio to anyone who has plumbing needs…

Update - 1/16/24:

My sump pump went, and needed help. Called Attilio (again), they were here on time again, gave me multiple options, did the work perfectly, and explained what they did. I actually had the same serviceman as last time. Before they left, I had a few basic questions about some possible future work, he happily answered, gave me some other ideas to think about, and thanked me for our business, and left. This is a great plumbing company, honest, and very professional.

Big thank you to the team at Attilio for helping us out with so much of our HVAC and plumbing needs around the house. We oftentimes work with Will, who inspects and tunes up our boiler every year. Will answers any question thrown his way and always goes above and beyond. Will and his colleagues are knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics, resourceful, and always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Working with Attilio is a pleasure. Their technicians are top notch - knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and neat. Yesterday Erald and Anthony did the seasonal check of our heating system and they were terrific. We use Attilio for all three of their service areas: plumbing, heating and cooling. Couldn't be happier with our association with them.

The most recent time, I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced. They were able to come out the next day after I called them. The team is extremely professional. They answer any questions I may have, walked me through the updates they made, and cleaned up the area before leaving. I cannot recommend them enough!

Update April 2025…
Came back from vacation to an after-hours plumbing emergency. Stacey was sympathetic and helpful getting a crew out quickly. Marty and Tyler were here in less than a half hour, diagnosed the problem, and got us up and running. Even though it was after hours, they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Thanks again Attilio for the great service!

Our AC died late one evening during a recent heat wave. Called around to a few local providers and Attilio was the only one who called back. The rep I spoke to over the phone was very informative and explained how their pricing and appointments worked. And fortunately they were able to have a technician out the same day. Will and Brian came out later that day. They were running a bit behind due to a previous appointment but Attilio was extremely transparent and proactively called me ahead of time to let me know. Within 20-minutes of their arrival though, Will and Brian inspected, diagnosed, tested, and validated the problem. Both were extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Absolutely would recommend Will, Brian, and the Attilio team!

Joe and his team are amazing! I called the night before at 9PM and they were at my house first thing in the morning. The techs were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Attilio for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs!

We had a leak in our hot water heater. When I called Attilio they were very professional and courteous. They sent Ethan over right away to assess the tank. Ethan was very friendly and professional and explained everything to us. He did a great job replacing the tank and we were very happy with his service, as well the owner, Joe. I would recommend Attilio.

Recently I noticed that two of my radiators were not working. I've used Attilio in the past for plumbing repairs so it was a no brainer to call and request service. My technician Will Morrison was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He replaced all the radiator valves in the house (some were original and long overdue to be replaced) and took the extra time to ensure all the radiators were functioning correctly once the boiler was turned back on. Will answered all my questions and made the entire experience stress free.

I had 2 appointments scheduled for the same day. The first was with Allen who rebuilt the toilet. He was efficient, pleasant, wore booties
and did a great job! Also was on time. Allen also told us up front what the bill would be.
The second was with Andrew who did a heater check up. He also was on time, pleasant, efficient, wore booties and to our relief told us our heater was in good shape.
Very satisfied and will use again.

My powder room sink wasn't draining so Joe Marty and Tyler came out to take a look. It was a little more extensive than they originally thought but they got the job done in no time and my sink is back to working even better than before ! HIGHLY recommend attilio and the whole team ! They're all very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonably priced!

So I dropped my clients denture down the drain, sounds funny but was not at that moment! I reached out for help and Attilio sent out Anthony who resolved the problem!! I was highly thankful.. and so was my clients daughters 😂. Also very professional and polite :)
