I have been dealing with DiRosato Plumbing for over 30 years. They are local and always respond promptly whether it is an emergency or routine maintenance. Work is done professionally and with care. Always explain what their doing and stand behind their work

I had been trying to find a company who would do the work the right way, and went through 3 different plumbers who were unable to help. Dirosato sent one guy out who got the work done in one trip, and I couldn't recommend the service this company offers enough! They do it right the first time

My wife and I had the same experience as others that have posted reviews regarding John DiRosato Plumbing. They charged us $600+ to fix an issue with our dishwasher. When we received the bill in the mail we were shocked. The bill was charging us for 2 men for 2.5 hours. In reality, two men arrived and one man left right away and returned at the end of the first hour. At that point the two men had a discussion about what needed to be done and left together for a half an hour to get parts. They returned and both worked for about an hour. We were charged for 2 men, for 2 and half hours. One man was not even at our home for an entire hour. He was not getting parts, he did not even know what we needed until the end of the first hour. He returned with a soda. We called Keith asking for an explanation and he said he would get back to us after "speaking with his guys". We told him we wanted to pay the bill, but we didn't believe the price was fair. We should have been charged for only one person for the first hour. He then lied to the owner stating that "we refused to pay". We called more than once over the course of months and never received a return call. We then received notice that our bill would go to collections if not paid within 7 days, and we called back asking for an explanation again. My wife was told by Keith that he didn't have time to talk to her and that the owner could get back to her a month and half later when he returned from vacation. She was also hung up on. We received a letter from a collection agency dated one day later than the 7 day notice sent by DiRosato. We paid the bill prior to receiving this and attached a letter asking to be reimbursed with the difference. The check was cashed an hour later. It was convenient that the check was cashed so quickly. In addition, John DiRosato was in fact at the office and not away. I hope people read this and think twice before contacting this company. Do so at your own risk.

Two workers came out and addressed multiple questions and issues I was having as a new homeowner with my HVAC system and plumbing. Both gentlemen were very professional, fixed the problem, and helped educate me around future maintenance. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

Jeff came to my house and fixed the outside faucet.He was great and I will definitely use the service again.

So upset right now... I love writing great reviews for small businesses but unfortunately this company gets the lowest of the low because in my opinion that's what is deserved. I called because I had a clogged drain and needed to get it fixed. I made an appointment and asked the cost. They said they had to see it. Then when they came and unclogged it, I asked how much and the gentlemen said they did not know and would send an invoice. Well... I just got the invoice and am not happy. $270 to do a job that took them 10 minutes. I understand there is a flat rate for these things but if it was that much I would have gone to Horizon quoted me at $170. The reason I went with this company is because I like to support small and local business.. Well I guess not any more...

I even called to just let the manager know that I was going to pay the bill but was upset and how I felt deceived and he just said he would note it on the ticket... He even said it is a flat rate ($270). So.. he should have been able to tell me that when I first called..

Dirosato does more than plumbing and heating! They built a door frame for us for our basement. They did great work, in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy and will use again!

Dirosato plumbing and heating guys were very efficient in getting our gas line extension for our dryers and installing double washers and dryers. They tested that everything was operational and got everything done in time.

They provide solid HVAC services and have been in business for many years. They have excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I have to ding them one star as they are a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for when it comes to these services,

I called and explained that I thought a pipe exploded because water was pouring out of the ceiling and we had a flood in the kitchen. I turned off main water valve and cleaned up as best I could. Had no war we for a couple of days. I called DiRosato and they were so nice and they sent somebody to the house within the hour. The young man was great. He explained everything and fixed it perfectly.

I recommend Johnny DiRosato and his people anytime, anywhere, for anything. John is one of the nicest people I ever met and his people obviously follow his lead. Sincerely, Steve Dimitry

Mark arrived about an hour earlier than expected, and was very polite and professional. He and his partner removed my leaking hot water heater and replaced it, leaving the area spotless. Would definitely recommend!

I called Dirosato for service on my HVAC. Dave came out and the service was 5 star! Dave was on time, very knowledgeable, and fixed all my issues and tuned my machine up. It's running beautifully! I will 100% use Dirosato in the future.

I used DiRosato Plumbing & Heating to perform the required sewer lateral inspection for a Use and Occupancy Permit. The first company I hired tried to get me to make expensive unnecessary repairs. I called DiRosato to redo the inspection and provide a second opinion. I explained what the first plumber told me and rather than use that opportunity to take advantage of me, they operated with integrity and provided honest, accurate information. I would definitely use this company again.

Our toilet overflowed into our kitchen on a Friday night, and Ted was amazing in getting plumbers there to remedy the immediate problem as well as the following week come up with different options for a permanent solution to a recurring problem. They also trouble-shooted the most economic way to solve the problem and gave us options. They were professional, courteous, clean, and always on time! Refreshing to have a plumbing company do this--definitely using them again and referring them to all my friends and family!

Wonderful service. The plumber called when he was on the way. On time quality workmanship, courteous. The professional service will be my reason to make DiRosato my go to plumbing Co tractor.

Cant show you how happy I am over a review. I own property in Norristown and they are one a very few that still service steam boilers. I am more than happy with the response rate, service, and professionalism that they provide. Even one of the owners themselves came out to look at it. That shows you a lot! Can't say enough of how great they are. I recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I was in a jam and they came all the next day. First thing in morning.
