I found flooding in my basement from my washing machine hook up not connecting to the correct pipes. Within 45 minutes of me calling, I had two technicians at my door, and an hour later the problem was solved. Michael and Mo were respectful, pleasant, and thorough, the dispatch I originally spoke to was lovely, and overall I couldn't be happier with the service. I hope I never have to call them again, but am relieved to have found a good service provider in case I do!

This is the second time we’ve used Ray Ross plumbing in the 2 months we’ve been PA residents. They were always on time, fairly priced and so great work.

We had very low water pressure in our house. They came out quickly, diagnosed and replaced our water pressure regulator valve. They did a great job. We will definitely be using them again.

One of the best Contractors, I've ever worked with. Fair Prices, offers alternatives suggestions, shows up when they say they will. Installed a utility tub and fixed a sink drain for me with no drama, met all my expectations.

I used tham for pumbing services, they were on time and worked quickly, they installed a kitchen faucet and installed a new outdoor pipe and spicket for a hose. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Prices are very reasonable.

Ray Ross was hired as the plumber by my general contractor. I was definitely disappointed in all of their work and willingness to correct their mistakes.

1. They installed the faucets incorrectly which my general contractor fixed for them.
2. In my eleven foot closet they used five foot sections of hydronic baseboard which left a small one foot splice. In my opinion most contracotor would have used and trimmed six foot sections to alleviate a one foot section which is an eye sore.
3. In one bathroom they installed the element with the fins incorrect oriented which restricts air flow and functionality of the element all together.
4. In the other bathroom they didn't even install the element and installed a bleeder in the middle which was left sticking out of the fixture.

I contacted the company and arranged to have the element in item #4 above corrected. They scheduled and cancelled last minute. The owner of the company visited and agreed he didn't know why the heat element was installed the way it was. I rescheduled with the owner and again, last minute they cancelled. This was two months now I've been waiting. They do questionable work and have proven that they are not reliable. I had to hire another contractor to correct their work and I'm probably better off that I did.

We have a major plumbing emergency. The basement pipes, nearly 100 years old, are on the verge of bursting and need replacement. We called these guys up, and to their credit came over right away to take a look. They told us they'd be in touch with an estimate, and we never heard back. We won't be using or recommending them to anyone for any reason. Our pipes are still ready to burst but finding a decent plumber is proving quite the task.

I can't say enough good about Ray Ross Plumbing. I called today with what I considered an emergency. They had someone out to my house within an hour of my call. From the phone call to the completion of the service, everyone was so very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ray Ross Plumbing.

Simply put - The best. Honest, hard working, integrity, knowledge and concern for the client. His office manager is a saint. She got me scheduled the same day I called. Ray Ross will do the right thing and not take advantage of you in an emergency or in my case a "kinda emergency I'm having a meltdown situation." Highly recommend.

Wanted to give a big thanks to Ray Ross Plumbing. Had an issue come up this week and they took care of it professionally, quickly, and as always, with top quality. If you need any plumbing work done I highly recommend them.

A young man came to inspect the PVC pipe connection of my battery backup sump pump because I was having issues keeping it from coming apart. He tightened all of the connections of both the main pump and the battery backup. I haven't had a problem with the discharge pipe becoming disconnected, but in tightening up the connections the switch on the backup seems out of position because I have noticed that the backup pump has cycled a few times even though we have not lost power. I might try to adjust it before calling them back again. He also helped with a minor issue with my dryer vent. I asked him if he would ask the owner or office manager if they would be able to do more work on that but haven't heard back from them.

Exceptional service at an affordable price. On short notice replaced a broken PVC pipe at the discharge point of my sump pump. Pipe was imbedded in hydraulic concrete, so not an easy fix. But Ray had the job completed in a half hour. Moving forward, Ray Ross will be my plumber of choice.

Responsive, professional, quality service. All around good guys doing great work in our community. I’ve used Ray Ross Plumbing and Heating for years and I can always count on them.

We had a leak in our front yard towards the sidewalk and water was running down the street. We called Ray Ross on a weeknight around 8:30pm not knowing if this was an emergency or not. The answering service took my contact info and Ray called me directly just a few minutes later. After explaining the situation, it was agreed upon that he would come out the next morning especially because of how dark it was being so late at night.

Ray actually showed up 20 mins after our phone call to assess the situation! Such an awesome professional. Turned out to be an issue on the township side that they are responsible to repair.

Called the township and water service the next morning. Was told we’d get a call back. Water guy shows up and says that Ray is the one that called him! Ray works miracles I tell you.

I wish I could give more than 5 starts. Ray Ross is a true professional with a passion for what he does and care for his customer base. You won’t get this anywhere else. We are lifelong customers now!

Great experience with plumbing needs. Ray, Annamaria and their team were responsive, timely and very professional in their work. The internal and external replacement of the waste pipe went great. Recommended.

Tim and his apprentice Brandon came out. They got a ton of things done for us and a short time at a cost-effective price. Most importantly, Tim was extremely knowledgeable and happy to teach me things that help me be a better homeowner. Excellent service and will return from anytime in the future! :)
