Ray Ross is our family go to plumber. Ray is the first person I think about with a plumbing issue or request, he's also the neighborhood and twp's choice based on FB post in twp group, he and his team do great work, affordable, and he will always come out in an emergency. Highly recommend Ray Ross and his team for any plumbing job, I recommend Ray to anyone I know who mentions a plumbing issue and they have the same feedback Im sharing here after using him and his team . .

Our Hot water heater broke so it was definitely emergent. I reached out to Ray Ross. They immediately got back to me gave me a quote and within three hours were at my house placing the new water heater. They were very professional, very quick and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for any future issues.

250$ to unclog a kitchen sink. They've been in the house for less than 10 min is ridiculous. I brought another plumber for more work and they only charged $145.

Our hot water heater busted so reach out to Ray Ross. They immediately had someone come out to get the old one removed and get the new one installed. The serviceman Chad was extremely helpful, proficient, and kind!! The owner is the man too! Can't beat the service.

For the 2nd year in a row, we have enjoyed a Christmas miracle - a plumbing emergency on the holiday's eve that Ray Ross Plumbing & Heating has responded to in a timely and complete fashion. From the answering service to the scheduler to the field tech, everyone was courteous, thorough, and professional. This is what a successful service business looks like.

Ray Ross was able to come out to replace our leaking propane water heater quickly and did a great job! He explained everything and was very knowledgeable on top of being a really nice guy. The office staff I spoke to were excellent as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future next time we have any plumbing needs!

He explained the work that would be completed in an understandable way and priced the job very fairly. He was on time, kept the work space clean, and had excellent communication. Jason at Valdel helped with a few plumbing jobs, including installing a new toilet, fixing a pipe for the outdoor hose, and repairing a leaking pipe. He was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job on all tasks. Jason explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs

Tim Cullen did a great job moving our laundry hookups into the basement, running a gas line for a dryer, installing a laundry pump and laundry sink, and fixing the janky hookups left by the previous owner. Super nice guy who clearly knows what he's doing. Would definitely recommend Valdel to anyone who wants the job done right. I really like how every time I call them, they already know who I am and they have my quotes and work history right in front of them. Everyone on the phone is super nice, scheduling was easy, and of course the work is great.

Highly recommend. We’re on a well & lost all water pressure. Technician Steve Harris came out and had us up and running within 24 hrs. He was AWESOME!

Technician did an excellent job clearing the washing machine floor drain blockage! I tried to using my home warranty plumber and they were a rip off! I paid for treatments that didn’t work. Then I got estimates from 3 other plumbers but I didn’t trust them either! Then I saw a ValDel truck looked them up online and they had over a hundred 5 star reviews. After 5 months of going to the laundromat, I can finally wash clothes at home!

Bill the technician took the time to get us the best deal possible considering our limited budget. He was also very courteous and helpful with our situation. He had our water heater installed quickly and left the area clean. I want to thank everyone at Valdel plumbing. I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

We had a toilet seal that was leaking into the basement. I called to have Valdel plumbing fix the leak. I had to be at work so they worked with my scheduled to arrive and fix the issue so I could still return to work. They arrived right on time and had everything fixed and cleaned back up.

Steve was super professional. He explained everything in detail and wore booties to protect our flooring. It was raining that day so the booties we’re a big plus! The leak is completely gone! Steve was great. He came on time listened to what we said diagnosed and fixed the problem. He wasn’t here that long either. And no more leakage! As far as the company they were responsive and very nice on the phone. The only issue I had was the cost. But not knowing plumbing pricing these days I could be way off base. We did qualify for a senior discount which made it a little easier to swallow. Steve also recommended a mold remediation company which they use often. I gladly accepted because I was very happy with all of the service we received.

We were very impressed with how quick and efficient Valdel was at replacing our hot water heater. Steve, our technician, was incredible and very pleasant to work with. The customer service agent who answered the phone was also very kind and helpful. We had a great experience and loved how easily Valdel resolved our emergency. We would definitely recommend them!

Valdel Plumbing was awesome! My in-laws had a new Bradford White gas water heater installed and they couldn’t me happier. From the beginning to end it was a great experience. Erica at the office was so nice and responsive. Eitan came couple days later and gave a competitive estimate and was able to do the work that day. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very kind to my in-laws and did a great job. Also Valdel offers 6 years warranty on parts and labor!
