If you're looking for a plumber who will provide TERRIBLE customer service, not provide estimates and call you the wrong name repeatedly - then this is your plumber. We engaged DiRosato twice this past year. They performed work on a house we sold earlier this year and then again on our new home. I was hesitant to use them the second time because Debra Ruggieri the receptionist continually called me the wrong name, and when she called to confirm the work, quoted me the wrong work to be done. But they came recommended so we decided to give them a second chance.

Bill the tech came out on Thursday 5/2 for a backed up tub. He ran the auger and determined there was no clog, it was the drain pipe that needed to be repitched. He did not provide me with a quote but did claim he needed to collect payment from me even though he did not find a clog nor did he solve our issue. He said he felt bad for charging me because the issue was still present. I was to expect a call on Friday 5/3 with the quote and to schedule the repair. Friday Morning Debra called me - it started off on a bad note as she continually called me Denise - when my name is not Denise, and even though I corrected her nicely, she continued to call me Denise. Debra only wanted to schedule the repair - she did not have a quote or estimate for me - she could only tell me time and materials. I wanted an estimate in advance so I could determine how I would pay for the repair - not because I was being difficult but the company charges 3.5% in fees to pay by credit card, up 0.5% from earlier this year and I wanted to make sure I had the funds to cover without using a credit card. Debra promised a call back that afternoon - I did not receive a call or email from her.

We roll through the weekend - my tub is continuing to back up and is getting worse each time we try to shower. We only have one shower so using another bathroom was not an option. By Monday morning 5/6 it is taking over 30 minutes to drain after running the shower for less than 5 minutes. I called DiRosato and was sent to voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back - we needed to get the issue fixed. I called again in the afternoon and was again directed to Voicemail. At this point I called another plumber who was able to come out and fix the issue within 24 hours. I didn't hear from Debra again until 3:20 pm on Tuesday 5/7 - after the issue had already been fixed. She started out the call again asking for Denise - which is not my name. At this point I emailed Debra explaining we were not going to move forward with DiRosato. I also asked for a refund of the $325 I paid the week prior because the issue was not resolved. I received no response so I sent a follow up to Debra, asking for a refund on 5/14. On 5/15 I received a response BUT it wasn't actually a reply to my email - it was response to a Brian, asking for certificates. I politely responded that she emailed the wrong person and inquired about the refund. Debra responded - apologizing yet again for the mix up and informed me a Chris will be reaching out to me on 5/15. Spoiler alert - it's now 5/17 and I never heard from Chris.

Our issue is with the management of DiRosato - Bill was great but Debra Ruggieri's lack of professionalism and slow responses cost this company a customer. If you're looking for a plumber with terrible customer service, who will call you the wrong name and charge you for work that does not resolve your issue and only makes it worse- DiRosato is your plumber. Otherwise stay far far away

Requested a free assessment to upgrade my water heater to a tankless one. Was given a window of time between 2-3 PM for a visit from a tech. Three o'clock rolls around and no call, so I left a voicemail. Called again, and spoke to an individual who said they "needed to figure out where they [my technician] were". Finally got a call at 3:30 from a tech that they were hung up on another job and would have to reschedule. I can understand emergencies come up or jobs can take longer, but to not have the common courtesy to let your office or other customers know that you're running late is pretty careless and tasteless. But it was a free assessment so I guess it didn't matter when they visited considering the company wouldn't get any money out of it. Now they won't get any of my money period!

James and Milton did amazing work. I always rely on DiRosato because I know his team knows how to get the job done. Very reliable and professional work. Thank you and your amazing team.

Had a leaky toilet. Bill came out & diagnosed the problem the same day. He and his assistant did a great job fixing it the following day. Couldn't ask for better service.

Bill resolved my S-pipe sink drain overflow issue on very short notice! He called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. After completing the work, he kindly offered me some guidance on troubleshooting before reaching out to a professional. Dirosato Plumbing and Heating is fortunate to have someone like Bill, and I'm deeply appreciative of his work and Dirosato's responsiveness to my issue!

Bill was prompt and courteous. He explained his work and was very professional. Thank you for the service...I highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars based off Jeff and Ian, I would !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The 5 stars given was just based off Ian's honesty from the phone so I know the service given will be 10 stars. I appreciate his tentativeness to listen, evaluate the issue, give advice on what to do and of that didn't work, schedule a visit to fix the problem. The other plumbing companies didn't have time to listen and was rushing to come out and charge $$$$$$$$$$$. Not to say people time isn't worth money but treat your customers like you care because I do in my establishment. I highly recommend and will give the same great review on Yelp. Honest & trust worthy! Had Bill & Chris come out to inspect was I thought was going to be a complete gut job. Replaced a simple $50 piece of equipment and the heating is working like a charm!

Cannot recommend enough if you’re just paroozing Google reviews for a good, local, affordable company.

I highly recommend Dirosato Plumbing and Heating! Milton & Jim were very professional and thorough. They arrived on time and left with everything fixed in about an hour. They also instructed us on replacing a simple piece on our own to save some money. I always appreciate honest people who get the job done. Thank you Dirosato!

I’ve had Dirosato come to my houses twice and both times they were exceptional. The plumbers, Bill and Marty, explained the work to me, worked quickly and were very pleasant to have in our home. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the work done and Dirosato will be our go to plumbers going forward

After three years of heating companies coming in and out, Dirosato was able to fix everything. Mark and Marty were very professional and were very communicative along the way Marty was an expert at Oil Heating and understood everything that needed to be done. Thank you so much this winter I am going to be warm.

A great team of Plumbers and crew who are knowledgeable and professional at work.He was on time Melton and walked me through with what I needed for my repairs. Also,gave me recommendations on other work issues like valve replacement that needed replaced.

I had a problem with my main sewer line, I called multiple plumbers and they were unable to resolve it. I called Drainmen Plumbing and not only were they able to respond to my problem in 30 minutes but Mike was able to identify exactly what was going on. At $150 they were also much cheaper than anyone else that I had called. I was so greatful to finally have my problem solved. I would recommend Drainmen Plumbing to anyone.

DONOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME. They are not knowledgeable, they will leave you with more problems than you started with & very dishonest. They came for a clogged kitchen drain & left me with a water mess then promise to compensate & never did. They wanted to dig up the concrete in my home & that was not even necessary. Thank goodness I have some common sense. I regret letting them in my home. The owner Mike does not stick to his word about a very unsatisfactory service & customer. He can care less that I’m unhappy with the quality of work provided!

If you have any plumbing issues these are the men to call. I called this afternoon about an issue and was expecting to have to wait a few days to a week for someone to come out. They have me a time of 4pm and were at my house before 3pm. They fixed my issue, even helped me identify poison ivy in my garden!! Two of the nicest guys ever!! Will definitely use them anytime I have plumbing issues.

Mike is a genuine honest person who was a pleasure to work with. He and his team were very professional. He did everything he said he would do when we first discussed the job. He just finished up and everything looks great. Very satisfied. I will definitely call him again when needed and will recommend him to others.
