Came home from work to no water. My neighbor recommended Ray Ross, so I called after hours and their tech came out first thing in the morning. Diagnosed the problem with our well, made the repair, and left! We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

From getting the estimate to getting the work done, everything was great! AnnaMaria in the office is AMAZING! I called right after we had some major rain in the area so she was extremely busy but she was still very kind and didn't get annoyed when I kept asking questions. Ray and his worker showed up on time, and when they were done, Ray explained what, where, and why he fixed what he did.

Life savers! Trying to put our house on the market and we decided to renovate our bathroom for added value. We ran into an issue when needing to remove our 25 yr old rusted faucet. Tim and his helper came and saved the day with an expert removal of the old equipment and installation of the new equipment at a great price. Great service!

Saw the business get local very positive reviews on a Facebook page so I figured I would try them for a plumbing leak. Was very pleased with the responsiveness from Annmarie in the office. Extremely friendly and gave me options for a technician. Turns out I had to call back for a immediate service and they had someone here within one hour. Found the problem quickly and soon to be fixed. Just overall a great experience and made my problem seem like it was their only problem. Highly recommend and will use again.

Ray Ross did a great job replacing our pressure reducing valve in the meter pit. They came quickly and their price was reasonable. I highly recommend and we will certainly use them again.

After being unable to find any decent rated plumbers in the area, I found Ray on Google. I called the office and explained to the receptionist what the issue was and she was super helpful. She mentioned that due to the somewhat complex nature of my call, she'll send me the owner so he diagnose the issue himself. Ray arrived on time on his appointment time and he was thorough, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. Not only was he able to identify the issue right away, he fixed it immediately as well. 5 stars.

I recently moved into my first home and was without hot water for an extended period of time. I held off reaching out for a plumber due to most businesses being closed and the risk of having someone new in my home.

The answering service was so responsive and immediately had Ray the owner coming out to my property to assess the issue. He was fully gloved and masked and was beyond professional. Turns out the issue with my bathroom was due to a careless mistake from the previous owners contractor.

Ray was in and out of my home in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me. I am insanely grateful to Ray and his entire team for their immediate response, amazing customer service and just being wonderful human beings.

During a large electrical upgrade my electricians alerted me to my bathtub trap leaking due to the previous owners doing a home owners special job on it which seems to be a common theme with this house. Anyway they recommended Ray Ross so I gave them a call. Jake came out, identified the issue and also discovered another in the process which was also leaking. They got me on the schedule - came out and did an amazing job repairing both tubs, showing me what they found and how they fixed it as they went along. All staying within budget. Much appreciated guys!!

Great service all around from Ray Ross. Both Steven and McKenzie were very careful and professional in replacing a couple toilets and adding a water softener system to our home.

Our kitchen sink faucet had very low cold water flow. When I called the lady was very courteous and asked me to check the aerator for any blockage which I had already done. I got an appointment a week later as this wasn't an emergency and we were fine with that. I understand plumbers are very busy nowadays - many of them don't even return calls and I was pleased to hear back within hours. The tech - Steven - was very friendly, courteous. Asked a few questions and quickly narrowed the issue to possible clogging of the newly installed faucet. He fixed the issue quickly and put in new shut-off valves as well upon my request. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with RRPH. Highly recommend them; they will be our go-to plumbers going forward.

This company is a gem in a world where good contractors can be hard to find. Their whole team is fantastic! Annamaria makes scheduling easy, and she is so kind. The professionals who come out and complete the work are intelligent, prompt, detail-oriented, efficient, and clean. We have used them for several projects, from emergency services to installing all the plumbing for our gutted bathroom. We confidently scheduled them to upgrade our whole home to Pex. I have even spoken to Ray Ross. Beyond impressed. Thank you for all you have done for us.

Our plumber technician was Jake and he was amazing. He responded to our emergency phone call this weekend and came out to assess the situation nearly immediately.

He installed a new water heater and water main emergency shut off valve within a few hours of receiving the emergency call. What could have been a large disaster on a holiday weekend ended up with no property loss and everything drying up.

I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber (emergency or not.)

I have been working with Ray Ross for quite a while now, and have always been pleased with the work they have done for my customers. Today, I had them out to my house for the first time. We had an issue with our toilet, and shut off valve. Corey came out and evaluated the situation. He let me know that it was nowhere near as bad as I thought, and also did a check on all the valves in the house to make sure everything looked good. Thank you for your work and the piece of mind! And Annamaria in the office is the best!

Unimpressed with the effort their subcontracted drain clearing folks put into solving the drainage issue I was experience. They came out twice and tried snaking but did not even attempt to access clean out points to get to the clog before prescribing video scoping and assuming my pipes had collapsed or were sagging. The fix was not simple but just required someone spending more than an hour to figure it out. I ended up buying a $30 jetter from Amazon and resolving myself. The administrative folks were nice but the contractors effort was minimal before they threw their hands up and suggested other services that would not have solved the issue.

We had our first experience with Ray Ross plumbing yesterday. Around 7:00 am, I noticed our water heater was leaking, on the Thursday before Good Friday and Easter weekend. I called, spoke with the night answering service, and Ray Ross called me back about 15 minutes later to say they were opening soon and someone would be in contact. When she called, she was able to give me a price up front, over the phone, that was less than I expected. I was given a one hour window for arrival. The installers of the new water heater arrived on time and were friendly and helpful in explaining everything. By 2:30, we had a new water heater. Amazing. If only everything could be so easy!

We have used Ray Ross multiple times including most recently for a new hot water heater and humidifier pump. The team provides such amazing service at extremely fair pricing that if we need plumbing services - there is no need to shop around. We just call them.

She scheduled the appointment at a time that worked perfectly for my busy schedule, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood what to expect.

When the plumber arrived, they were prompt, professional, and thorough—everything you could hope for in a plumbing service. Anna Maria even followed up and scheduled the dry Waller for the work that was done. and that I was completely satisfied.
