Highly recommend Valdel Plumbing. When our toilet was leaking, Valdel was able to send someone out quickly (even with the holidays) and provide a photo/contact details for who would be coming to our home. Jason was awesome! Turned out to have more underlying issues than expected, but Jason laid out all the options, explained everything clearly, gave detailed pricing upfront, and made sure to answer any questions along the way. 10/10 recommend this company and would call Jason again for any future plumbing needs!

VALDEL PLUMBING did MAJOR work on our OLD House in Upper Gwynedd, including removing and replacing 90' of main sewer pipe, main drain hub, very old water lines, and installed new sewer and water lines in a new addition. Very professional, excellent work of Steve Harris & Stephen Braedy. The best plumber's I have ever worked with and I have worked with quite a few with over 40 years in the contracting business myself

Wow, Steve Ault did a really great job!

I'm impressed. From the minute he and his colleague walked in the door they were professional, respectful and courteous. Great qualities for sure, but especially for a plumbing company.

They wore face masks and put on boot covers, which my family appreciates inside our home.

He took a look at the issue (water heater leaking) and gave his assessment of what could be done about it. Came up with a couple different options and laid out the pricing on the spot.

Willing to work with you to figure out how to resolve problems and get the issues solved - all with a positive attitude.

I didn't have high expectations but he made Valdel Plumbing shine.

They finished the job in really good time but also did a professional job. It might sound odd to say this about plumbing work, but it really looks skillfully-done. It almost looks like a piece of art - I cannot believe I'd ever say that about a water heater hook up, but they just did a very clean job, organized and it looks better-done than the old one for sure.

Steve should be proud of his work and he made me a believer in Valdel Plumbing.

Certainly deserves a 5-star review. I hope that it's not soon, but I'll call them back when needed for other things. Definitely recommend them and Steve in particular.

Our technician, Justin, was absolutely awesome! Super personable and all around great guy! Quick turnaround, I called this morning and he was out within a few hours and got a new toilet installed for us while onsite! Cleaned up his workspace and communicated the entire way through the job. Highly recommend!

Valdel provides reliable service at reasonable prices, and unlike other plumbers, does not constantly try to upsell memberships or service plans that you may not need.

Had a garbage disposal and faucets replaced. Steve Harris did a great job and would highly recommend this individual for any future plumbing requirements. Very considerate and very professional and he explained everything before he started and when the work was completed.

10 year old water heater started leaking from the top! Luckily had a WiFi water sensor and we got an alert before it was crazy! But we wanted it fixed fast and for a reasonable price, so we asked ChatGTP... they said to call Valdel. They were fast, friendly, and even fixed a leak that dripped on their hand when they were looking at the water heater! from first call to done probably took 5 hours. Amazing! Pros. Explained everything. Not pushy on sales, and gave the facts. Reasonable price which some may say was cheap. Wish they did more than just plumbing and may need to ask. Not adding pics since it's a water heater and you know what they look like.

There are not enough accolades to give Valdel Plumbing. Starting with the representative who I first spoke with, to the technician that was sent to my home, Valdel provided an amazing service. The representative who I spoke with was understanding and expressed concern. Within a few minutes I was provided with not only the arrival time of the technician, but a name and picture of the technician who was coming to my home. The technician was Jason, who was kind and respectful not only to me but my home. Within in moments, Jason was able to identify the problem and took the time to explain and educate me on the issues and how it will need to be fixed. Knowing that I was on a set income, Jason took the time to work on three quotes that would fit in my budget and how the job could be done in two phases. Jason completed phase one of the project leaving my home safe and leak free and will be returning to complete the second phase of the plumbing job. I appreciate all that Jason did and thank him for being so awesome.

Had a leak occur in my basement with a ball valve to my outside hose connection. It was not a real emergency but needed it fixed asap. I called after 5:00pm on a Friday, left a message on my issue and got a call back within 5 minutes. They set up an appointment Saturday morning. Their man Steve, who was courteous and explained what he would do, gave me the price to do everything and then fixed that issue along with some other repairs. I highly recommend Valdel plumbing for their prompt service and for their professional and knowledgeable staff.

I found out I needed a pressure reduction valve installed. The service technician sent was Justin and he was extremely kind and explained every detail of what and why it was needed. He installed it with no problem and will return to replace a shut valve that is needed. I highly recommend this company.

Every part of the experience with with Valdel Plumbing to replace our water main was good. If I were to comment on anything I wasn't crazy about, it would have to be the backhoe used to punch through the concrete cutout of the pavement. This left the remaining concrete cracked and will need a little attention to prevent further damage. I was also surprised at the size of the hole made in the basement wall to feed the the new pipe through.
Friendly, cooperative and I would probably go with Valdel Plumbing for future projects.

After a local plumber in Lansdale ghosted us to start a major plumbing job days before work was to commence to replace original plumbing/sewer in a 1940’s home Valdel came to the rescue! Steve and Steve, yes two of them, responded quickly to meet and review the scope of the project, provide estimates and timeline. We received reasonable, professional estimates from Valdel the same day and assurances we were a priority to schedule the work. Valdel was contracted and completed a large amount of work efficiently and quickly. From the office staff to the multiple technicians who completed the work we received exceptional service. Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged a $65 service fee which seemed reasonable but then received this as their “itemized” charge:
GD101 Install 1/2 HP Badger 5 Garbage Disposal – $889.00.
That’s nearly $900 for installing a $145 disposal that took about 15 minutes. The math just doesn’t add up. The installer was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable during the visit. When I called the office to express my concerns, no one seemed to care or even try to explain the breakdown of the charges or make it right.
This company’s pricing and customer service are unacceptable. I would strongly recommend getting quotes elsewhere before agreeing to any work.

The Valdel plumber (Billy) was pleasant, prompt, and knew his stuff. He fixed a gas leak, restored heat to the house, and even turned the gas on. I think Valdel could be my go-to plumber from now on.

I contacted Valdel Plumbing to have someone come to check my sewer drain pipes as I had a leak. A technician came out in under an hour. After checking the leak and a price quote to fix it they proceeded to remove my old rusted cast iron pipes and replaced them with PVC pipes. I was very satisfied with the quick repair and the quality of work by Billy and Steve.

Valdel Plumbing was highly responsive from my first outreach to them through job completion. We had old shower hardware replaced with new, and an upgrade of behind-the-wall connections from PVC to copper. Steve was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the work in two hours. All told, from my first contact through completion was all of three days. We now have our go-to plumbing service...highly recommended.

I have been a loyal customer to Valdel since 2019. Since buying our home, we have had a variety of plumbing issues (laundry and bath drain replacement, toilet replacement, sewer line clearing, new water heater, garbage disposal) and Valdel has been able to handle everything that pops up. Scheduling is easy and service calls have always been same day, work is done well and cleanly and employees are friendly and are able to explain what is going on. I have also joined their loyalty program and will continue to use their services.

Pump malfunction. Tim came promptly, assessed the problem and explained we needed to replace the sump pump. He had all the parts needed in the truck and replaced it efficiently. Tim is a pleasure to work with. He explains the problem and the fix. Does his work very quietly and leaves the area tidily. The entire process is very efficient.
