Tim my service technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with my kitchen facet issue. First thing he did was put covers over his shoes to protect my floor. Pricing was fare.

The process of working with Valdel was efficient. The technician, Stephen arrived within an hour of my request. He quickly identified the issue, explained the repair process, and provided a verbal cost estimate. In less than an hour the issue was repaired. I will be using Valdel Plumbing for any future needs.

Valdel did a great job. We called them on Tuesday for a water heater issue. They responded quickly and installed the new water heater that day.

From the quote to the repair the service was excellent. They were patient with my questions and gave me the time to make the best decision for the work and the cost. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Our plumber Steve and his helper did an excellent job of installing new shutoff valves below our new utility sink. They showed up on time, got the job done in 15 minutes and left the work area clean.

I installed the sink myself, did the connections and drain pipe, mounted the sink to the wall after Vadel installed the new shut-off valves.

Highly recommended...a bit on the expensive side. We would use Valdel plumping again.

Steve was good people. Came in and replaced our old 80 gallon with a tankless unit. Knew his stuff beforehand and answered all my questions and concerns. Took the time to show me everything and how to operate it after.

Its only been one day since the work was done, but I trust all will be OK. Since my first call and throughout the process, Valdel has been impressively professional and thorough. Had Valdel out to replace quite the mess left by a previous home owner. They did a great job filling me in on the different options I had and providing suggestions for the new system. Jerry was on time and very knowledgeable and when it came time for installation they did great work. They vented the new unit properly, installed the necessary bypasses and shutoffs and it’s been working great. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them out again.

We had a pretty bad leak at our outdoor spigot, and Valdel Plumbing came out and fixed it without any hassle. They also updated some of the interior plumbing so we now have a proper shutoff for the outside line — something we’d been meaning to do for a while.

The work was done professionally, everything was explained clearly, and they made the whole process easy. It was an great experience overall.

2nd time I have used Valdel. They are professional, courteous, fast, clean and do an excellent job. I’m always quite surprised with the cost of hiring a plumber, and Valdel is right up there with the rest of them (competitive with other plumbers). But with Valdel, I am confident the job is done right the first time, and they have been there when I needed them. Aside from cost, they provide an excellent service.

Steve and the entire staff from Valdel were awesome. No strong arm sales pitch. Told me both what we needed and what we didn't need. Install of water treatment system took about 4 hours and took us through the entire process for its upkeep.

this plumbing company in norristown is fantastic to work with. i was helping a friend who was having some money troubles, and she had a shower that was leaking down into her basement. i gave her their number, and she spoke with thomas, who took extra time to explain things over the phone and really made sure she understood everything, even though she didn’t know much about plumbing. then brantley came out to her house for the repair. brantley was great—he explained what he was doing each step of the way, and was very polite and professional. my friend was really thankful for how well they treated her and the excellent job they did fixing the leak. whenever someone asks me for a plumber recommendation in norristown, i always suggest this team!

i've had issues with my main sewer line backing up every few years and needing a good clean out. usually, i call my regular plumber, but this time he was away. i looked online and found a local plumbing company with solid reviews. they answered my call quickly, and malachi and his apprentice came over the same day, just a couple hours after i called. they worked really efficiently—cleared out the whole sewer line and even used a camera to check things out. turns out, instead of tree roots, the problem was a 'belly' in the pipe, which causes stuff to get stuck and build up over time. now that i know what's really going on, i can plan a long-term fix. overall, malachi and his team were fast, tidy, and very friendly. they used modern plumbing tools and explained everything clearly. happy to say i've found a new plumber i can rely on!

Bradley's Plumbing & Water Heaters is a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. I had a plumbing emergency when my toilet needed replacing right before a holiday weekend. Even though their schedule was packed, they made time for me and sent Seth and his helper out to my house right on time. They finished the toilet replacement quickly, within an hour, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They were very respectful, listened to my concerns, and gave me a fair price. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out.
