Amazing service from Keystone Comfort Solutions!!! Filed a claim with my home warranty company about a week ago and Keystone was chosen as the service provider. They arrived today and were friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. Went above and beyond to work directly with the home warranty company over the phone to give their diagnosis of the issue and gain approval to make the repairs. I'd highly recommend their expertise and know I will utilize them in the future!

Keystone Comfort Solutions, did a fantastic job by first diagnosing why are old unit wasn't cooling. Gave us options. We chose to have new equipment installed as repairing would have cost us more in the long run.

We stumbled on Keystone Comfort Solutions by chance when we put in a claim with our home warranty. The warranty was a bust BUT we are so glad they sent Keystone our way! James and Noah are competent, kind, honest, knowledgeable and hardworking. They replaced our furnace and added central air and did so at an extremely good price. We were so impressed by their service that we had them come back within a few weeks to replace our hot water heater. I can't recommend these guys enough. James and Noah are two phenomenal young workers. I had a great experience with them from the time I called up to the service. What I appreciated most about them was their honesty. Upon arriving, they informed me that they could disassemble the entire mini-split unit to clean it, which would have been much more expensive than the traditional cleaning. Instead of forcing the pricier option, which most trade companies tend to do, they recommended the better choice: the traditional method in my scenario. They were very punctual in their arrival and took their time in servicing my unit. I do not normally write reviews unless I am very satisfied, and in this case, I can gladly say I am! I would recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC work completed.

Cannot say enough good things about Keystone.
