Showed up on time, very friendly, would answer my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything, but offered sound suggestions for repairs that should be made. No complaints.

The guys gave me a thorough and professional and out-of-the-box quote on a new AC unit. Others were a little more “plug and play“ where these guys did a more thorough assessment of my system and ended up having a different approach to solving my air conditioning needs! They aren’t a gigantic operation, and you can tell in a very good way!

Highly recommend Keystone Comfort Solutions. They are quick to return calls and set up an appointment to give an estimate. They do a great job with installation and clean up and leave no mess behind. All for a reasonable cost.

James and Noah were very efficient at fixing my AC and they also did furnace maintenance. They explained everything very well, and were very polite workers. I would recommend James and Noah, as well as this company to anyone who needs their furnace or A/C fixed.

Came right in. Found out that it was in fact a bad thermostat, replaced it with a new one.

These guys definitely know what they're doing. They came in and conquered the outrageous pipe display that I had going on. Reconstructed everything down there while they put in their new system. Heating system works 100% better than what I had with my old boiler. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that needs a new heating system or who's having trouble with their existing one. Their knowledge rules!!!!

Needed my furnace serviced for the 2023 winter season. Keystone Comfort Solutions was able to service it the next day. Joe and Noah were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Price was very fair. I’ll use this company in the spring to service my AC as well.

My husband and I had to replace our furnace and AC. Keystone Comfort Solutions came out to the house to give us a quote within 24 hours of contacting them. They took the time to give good explanations about how things work and what we would need done. They got the job completed as soon as possible for us. They are very professional. The two guys that came out to evaluate my system were great. They listened to the issues I've experienced with my system, did their evaluation, and will be making their recommendation to my warranty company for a replacement. They also helped me figure out an issue I was having with my warranty company and told me to reach out to Keystone directly if needed. Great customer service!
