One of my box trucks was rear ended and back had some damage. We tried to go to the local dealerships but since it was a box no one wanted to fix it. We came to thermo king and they thought outside of the box. They added diamond plating to the rear and made it look like it came right out of the factory. We will defiantly use them again.

I want to give Scott in parts a huge shout out! He help me solve an issue that I have been working on for 11 days nation wide, in less than 15 minutes. After finding both parts in their amazing inventory UPS had already picked up for the day. They were very professional and they did everything they could do to fix my reefer on a Sunday. They did get it to run with out any codes and they made sure the unit wouldn’t switch over to electric while I was on the road. They recommend that when I get my trail back to my terminal that I take it to our thermo king. I would recommend these people to everyone.

So I was making a delivery at this facility in a tractor trailer. The freight that I was delivering were lift gates for the tail end of either box trucks or tractor trailers to assist in delivery of freight. I pulled in there at 8am, and before I was out of my tractor the receiver was opening my back door to unload me, a nice change from having to wait in line at other facilities. I was unloaded and in less than 10 minutes and was pulling out of the facility on to my next stop. Thank you guys are Thermo King, I really appreciate your fine work!

On a work trip from PA out to Ohio and found out our lift gate was leaking hydraulic fluid. We stopped in to see if they could check out the issue. The guys at Thermo King diagnosed and fixed the issue in not even 10 minute and didn't charge a dime!

Thrmo king of Pittsburgh are out heroes, my tk keeps shutting off , and one tech had a call , but the tech called a another tech to help since there was 1 person ahead , and they knew our load was super sensitive 🥺, and they fixed it lickety split 🙂, very friendly super duper awesome , will recommend this to anyone , also to my fellow fedex custom Critical drivers, thank you again TK tech Chuck and TK techTyler ,ya'll are super heroes 🫶🫶thank you so much 5 thumbs skyward 👍 👍👍👍👍

I was backing in at door my trailer hit the top of the building. My trailer is 13’6 which is standard height. I was told I would not be held liable. Then they requested my insurance information and put a claim on my insurance. They told me most of the trailers that they get in there are loaded. I was empty and also an employee of theirs was instructing me well I was backing up in the door. When I asked what the height of their door was they did not know. Horrible way to try to muscle their own customers of their own incompetence. Would never do business here again!!!
