I arrived at this place at 4:00 p.m. the person who works here told me that I had to wait after 5:00 p.m. The person came to work at my trailer at 7:30 p.m. and he said that he charged $450 an hour. I thought it was quite an expensive price.

Went up today to get details of an installation with full payment in hand. I was quoted $13,500 for the Evolution. My friend is getting one next week with every option for $13,200. My install is without the Espar heater and inverter. No California compliance. Mines a glider so less stuff in the way. Salesman said if I were getting the Espar and inverter it would be $400 more. Something shady going on here!

Never fixed apu that won't regen. Just highlighted sections of some papers as if I didn't already know how to initiate a regen. Perhaps if you had actually tried to regen it you'd have discovered it won't regen even if the fake mechanics from my company's shop didn't tell you it wasn't regenning. I'm stuck in a cold truck because you couldn't be bothered to investigate.

Thermo King is the greatest!! I work for a large food distributor in Pittsburgh, delivering groceries all over the place. So obviously I drive a refrigerated van to keep the food frozen or cool. Twice I’ve had to pull into Thermo King unexpected, b/c of my refrigeration unit malfunctioning, and both times they’ve helped me out. Now the correct way to handle a business like this is to schedule an appointment, but both times I was out on the road with perishable food in the back, and they got me fixed and running in no time. So thank you to the staff at Thermo King for being awesome!!

We had a difficult time teaching the right person over the phone. Once we went to get the parts the employees were very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a good parking tip to keep.our vehicle safe

Called for parts for my apu i was swapping on trucks. Gave the guy the info and he looker it up and told me good luck on that antique running. Mind you it's a 2011 low hrs. Does this reflect poor quality of the unit from the maker. Do they not expect their product to last. The overall rudeness on the phone almost pushed me away. In store it was a different experience for the first runm second run parts guy kept telling me what I would like to do won't work meanwhile they are the only thermo king to tell me this and others even showed me the recommend upgrade from thermoking. Gave them a 3 because 2.5 isn't available

Dear truck driver. I do not recommend turning to this shap. Repair thermo book can cost you too much.
