Furnace quit working on Christmas eve, I called about 17 places total. Eichelberger was quick to respond and said they had several calls but could let me know shortly when I could expect someone. I got my furnace issue repaired very quickly and at a good price. Very happy, will definitely save their information for future work!! Thank you

Simply the best! Over the past 17 years I have used Eichelberger & Sons for my old oil furnace from checkups, to parts and even emergency calls. They are always so friendly, quick and fair priced. From the person that answers the phone to the techs at your door, every experience with them leaves me wishing all businesses were like them. Over the years I've had contact with so many of the employees and every time its top notch service. Feels good to have a place you can trust. Highly recommended and I am so glad we have them here in North Huntingdon.

PHENOMENAL service and great company to dal with. My ex-HVAC guy went strictly commercial. Of course, as soon as it gets really cold, my furnace acts up. I called another company that came out a week ago . . .and completely messed things up (didn't fix a thing and only made it worse). My husband said to call Eichelberger, as they have been his family's HVAC for over 40 years. Called in the morning, they were there in the afternoon and were fantastic! It was an igniter causing the issues (my furnace was behaving itself making a fool of me until it finally did what I said it had been doing when they were here), replaced, cleaned everything up and BEYOND reasonable cost, especially on a 20 degree day. Lydia communicated with me all day as to when they would be there (seriously - 3 calls!), which itself is something rare today.
I laugh when I see people complain about cost - then do it yourself I say. If you can't, then definitely call Eichelberger. Friendly and competent service. You can't go wrong.

Called them in the morning. Within 2 hours they sent a very professional young man who knew what he was doing. Very polite. Curtious and friendly. We have used them before and we will continue to do so. I highly recommend them

Took a week of calling to get my furnace fixed and when they did they left my house covered in salt and snow and took my expensive reusable furnace filter without permission. Most companies will use plastic or the booties to cover their shoes to avoid leaving a home a mess. Was very disappointed in this company. I’ve seen them be so much more respectful to others so I don’t know why they didn’t respect my home, especially with an infant in the house.

Arrived quickly/early, furnace control board replaced fast. Issue clearly explained.

Malachi responded within minutes on a weekend emergency call I made for my 85 year old stepfather. The coldest night of the year and his gas furnace went on the fritz. In less than an hour he arrived & had it fixed. Fast, courteous & arrived prepared to solve the issue. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend this company.

Great experience! Both this winter and this summer, I have had to call for service to my aging furnace/AC. They responded quickly and had me up and running in a short time. They are always courteous and friendly.

Absolutely forever-loyal to this business. Fast, efficient, friendly. Lydia at the desk is superb. Service tech Nate, great guy, had been to our home before in 2022, two days before Christmas to find a bad inducer motor. He ran downtown to get exactly what we needed and was back just as quickly to get the heat back on. Today, another small repair need done by Nate. Beyond-grateful & blessed to have such a genuine, knowledgeable outfit here. Thank you sincere for your help again!! 🙏

Technician Noah came to look at our heating system that stopped working about a week ago. He was extremely friendly and informative. He wasn't here long and he talked to his superiors regarding a new furnace installation. We also were not aware the furnace we currently have is from 2005. About four years ago we had a "new" furnace installed. Clearly we were lied to. This is of no concern whatsoever with Keystone Comfort Solutions. Great professional, accomodating business. Will refer friends to them.

James and his assistant were able to diagnose the issue and correct the problem quickly. They were both polite and worked very efficiently.

Keystone Comfort Solutions provided and installed a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air conditioning system with excellent filtration, plus a programmable thermostat. James and Noah are prompt, efficient,, knowledgeable, and wholly-likeable people. Their installation replaced our much older gas furnace that had died, as well as our 17 year-old backyard air conditioner. They ran into some problematic, older house situations; but for them, it was "No Drama." I give them the highest recommendation possible.

Words cannot express how awesome these guys are. I've used them for commercial work, and had them do a residential installation. They know their stuff. Fix it quick. They are super professional. Other companies can't even compare.

Do your self a hugh favor. Run from these guys!!! Very slow and lazy. More worried about fantasy football than my needs. Completely messed my job up!!! Way over priced and very arrogant and unprofessional. Biggest regret ever with contractors.

First I have to say that the people from Keystone Comfort Solutions is very polite, the whole work performed by them was great, very professional and neat. They identified very well the problem and propose an immediate solution. We are very happy with their service, we extremely recommend this company. For sure we will contact them again. Also the communication is so easy, they always answer your questions and left my place very clean!

They was very professional..they examined our unit and gave us their recommendations..They never pressured us into another unit..we are very happy with their service. They told us to call them when we need them..We highly recommend them..
