They knew exactly what I needed, managed to get everything together within 2 days, then explained to me in detail what I needed to know in order to maintain my cranky Furnace!

Furnace not working, temperature dropping. I left a message and was called promptly as soon as store opened. They came out quickly job was done. Heat is on.

Horrible slow service. Took all day and our house was ridiculously hot all day while they replaced it. Understandable... except the fact that they took a 2 hour lunch and didn’t finish until after 5 pm. They started at 8 am btw. Ridiculous! My whole day was ruined.

Went in with a bad fan. They were super helpful and had the part in stock. They put the blower fan in the unit cheaper than I could have bought it off line. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with HVAC.

Installed my central air system in my home back in 2019. Completely professional services with very knowledgeable experts. They have great yearly maintenance package to keep everything up to par.

Furnace quit working and needed replaced. The furnace was replaced in one day. The crew was very professional. Service was great and price was fair.

Honest company to deal with. They replaced a heat exchanger in my furnace. The furnace was purchased 9 years ago from another company. Eichelbergers price came in less than the company who sold the furnace and also specialize in. It's hard to find a company you can trust. I'm glad I came to Eichelberger and sons.

Good prompt friendly service. However, price was a bit unreasonable. $95 for an ignitor that cost $30 - $60 at Home Depot. Labor was $85 for about 20 minutes to install.

I had called to hopefully find a part for my AC which is an older model and apparently har to find. Called gave them the info waited about ten days and called back to see if they had found anything. Was told they would check with a certain person on it. That was almost a week ago. I know my part is hard to find but at least as a business someone could at least call and say we are looking but avent found anything yet or just " I am sorry , but we can not find what you need." Basically at least a phone call from someone there letting me know that they have even looked at my info and are trying to find he part.

This company is great to deal with, from the initial call to the time of service they treat you fair and with respect. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted a bid to install a new Furnace and the guy came and looked at everything and said he would call me the next day with the price And he never even called me at all... I called 2 other local contractors and they both gave me a price that very same day they came out. I picked one contractor and scheduled the install within 1 week.

I've had them out for a dispatch as well as sell me parts. From my limited interactions... Stand up guys and a great local business. When my HVAC is ready to go they are my first call for a new install.

Waited weeks for the guy that installed our heat pump and finally asked for referrals ... Eichelberger came highly recommended.
In spite of having no previous history with us they got somebody out SAME DAY (a Friday) to diagnose the problem and scheduled Monday to resolve the problem.
Price was fair, Service was great, Timeliness was much appreciated.
We run a towing business and know ... when it's broke you need help.

Fantastic service! Called when the furnace was not working properly. Called and Paul was able to come out immediately. Found that the blower motor was bad and replaced it. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Fast service, professional technician and reasonable price!

I had a furnace issue and called around 9am and they had a tech out same day by 10.30am. Super fast, friendly and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend!

Zeb & Eli came to do service on both Furnace & A/C. Was on time an did a lot of work on my A/C. Explained what was need to me, etc. It needed cleaned badly for it had not been done for years. Replaced some parts that the A/C needed. Went over my furnace. cleaned etc. an all good now in my all electric mobile home. Thank You - BOTH for the job well done.

Had a terrific experience with them. I called on one of the hottest days and they were out within 2 hrs. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, hard the part on the truck, replaced it and were on their way in under an hour! Did an overall check on the rest of the system, found it in good shape. Gotta love it!! ❤

Called them late afternoon and Nate was here at 7:30 as promised after working all day and and went over this old unit with a fine toothed comb, fixed the problem with parts he had! He stayed until he was sure it was fine and smoke burned off from me pushing the reset on this oil furnace too many times! Price was more then fair for the service! I am very impressed! On Christmas Day with an outside temp of 13° (feels like 0) just HAS to be THE very worst day for your furnace to quit! Right? Well it happened to us today but I called Eichelberger & Sons, left a voice message and in under 30 minutes their on-call technician called me back. He came out within another 45 min and all told everything was fully repaired in another hour! I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional customer service focus and the skill of their techs to get the job done! Thank you so very much for getting us fixed on Christmas Day!!

Called for service and an issue with my oil furnace. First of all, it’s hard to find someone to work on an oil furnace so that’s a plus in my book. Second, the price was far cheaper for service and maintenance from two years ago. Finally, I needed a new part and they had it on hand which many places don’t. This is a family owned business. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
