Johnny was the ultimate professional from start to finish with my bathroom remodeling. He was very transparent and timely on the work he promised he would give when we first met to the finished product. Highly recommended and will be using him for all future needs.

Johnny and his team remodeled our bathroom and I am more than satisfied with the end result. From when he first came to evaluate the work needed and negotiate a bid, through final payment and cleanup he and his team were awesome to work with. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. The work was immaculate, and I will be calling Johnny for my next home improvement project!

Johnny and his team are very good and they handle the unexpected very well. They did our kitchen and bathroom and because we enjoyed their work we decided to have our basement done with a fully built bathroom. Great service and fair prices. I interviewed 4 contractors and Johny came in the best price. He also took time to explain everything and was flexible through out the whole process. My kitchen was done in a little over two weeks and it came in beautiful. He also shared a lot of tips of how to put things together that helped us out. Highly recommend!!!

We hired SOF Company to repair the roof of our home in the Graduate Hospital section of Philly. Most Center City roofers didn't have access to a 40 ft ladder but SOF can the next day to do the repairs. Reached out to SOF Company for a quote / understanding of cost to build a roof deck in Philadelphia. They were the only company to provide a dollar amount idea without looking at the property. Very helpful knowledge when you are looking at buying a home and cannot arrange an in person consultation.

I was in the middle of a disastrous project with an incompetent contractor who caused extensive damage, was not following architectural plans, was using sub-par materials (or not using the required materials at all), and I had to terminate the contract and stop work altogether, costing me time, stress, and money. Enter SOF Company General Contractor, who was able to assess the situation immediately and assured me that the problem could be fixed. I could have been scarred by the first experience, but SOF put things back on track, and now the project is on the way to completion, the way the architect and engineer intended.
