In business, you're only as good as your word. I trusted Chad and he's now trying to beat me for the money he owes us. I'm an excavator by trade and we teamed up on a job and everything worked out great. Then the second job came and Chad claimed he didn't get paid so then he couldn't pay me. I found out this was a lie and he held my money and he did get paid. I've been trying to call him and text him and now he's ghosting me. Its a shame because I hate leaving bad reviews because I know how important they are. I will gladly take this down once he contacts me and pays me what we rightfully worked for and earned.

I needed a sidewalk repair immediately and Chad at CP Concrete was able to help me out. The quality of the work is second to none. I would highly recommend him for your concrete job. He was on time and reliable.

Chad did an amazing job filling in a 3x3 hole on our sidewalk. He showed up right on time, knocked the projected out, and cleaned up after. Great price too.

Waste of my time and money! Gave Chad 2500.00 up front for a cemented driveway nothing was done right. He took the payment on July 1st and I never saw him after that until the 8th, the guys he hired broke my ground up and left the pile of rocks there for days with no call or show after. Finally on the 8th Chad and two other gentlemen started working but they didn't do what should have been done, i dont think any of them knew what the hell they were doing! Came to the house this morning to see it and it's a mess, unfinished and wrong. They also left debris everywhere! Told him his services are no longer needed! I also found out that his license is expired which means he has no insurance which he claimed he had before i paid him. Im in the process of suing him!

I’ve been a homeowner for 30 years and my experience with CP Concrete was the best I’ve had with a contractor from start to finish. I had damage to my home from a severe wind storm. I needed concrete sidewalks removed and replaced and the pointing on stone wall repaired. Chad responded to my call within 24 hours and was at my home the following day to assess the situation. He provided a detailed reasonably priced estimate that evening. The work started 8 days later and took 2 days to complete. Watching sidewalks being created is eye opening. It’s extremely difficult physically and involves science, attention to detail, and art. I’m thrilled with the end result. The color used for the stone pointing matches exactly and is beautifully done. Chad and his team were hard working, polite, and a pleasure to work with. These gentlemen take pride in their work. I’m so glad I selected CP Concrete rather than the other 3 contractors I contacted. If you want high quality at a fair price this is your contractor.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset with this company. I paid a $1000 deposit for concrete work, and they never did the job. I dealt directly with Chad, who initially seemed professional. However, once it became clear he didn’t understand the township’s coding requirements, instead of being honest or asking for help, he simply stopped answering my calls altogether.

It’s especially sad because this is a father and son business, and unfortunately, the son is running it into the ground with this kind of behavior. Taking people’s hard-earned money without doing any work is absolutely unacceptable. I’m currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them.

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company.

Chad was responsive and professional from our initial call, through to the end of the job. He and his workers replaced sidewalks and did extensive repair on concrete steps. The finished product is clean and solid. 10/10 would highly recommend for other jobs and I will be booking him again in the future.

This company is not one to hire. This guy called everyday to get the contract for the Aria Condos concrete work. He was paid half upfront and didn't show up to honor the contract. I highly recommend that people do not hire them because you will get screwed in the end. Stay away from CP concrete and sons . We are still waiting for the money to be returned and we will continue to post reviews until the money is returned. Now your ducking us for the money you stole. I gave you time to return the money and now we have to take it the next step to make sure you don't do this to anyone else ever again. Don't let this guy lie to you about being professional.

Father-son team replaced my basement door with good workmanship and did it in one day. Although they began a day later than scheduled and $250 was added to the initial estimate, the price charged was reasonable.

He seemed like a nice enough, hard-working guy at first, but What should have been a simple concrete job after he rather aggressively showed up at my door very quickly after I called, has dragged into an annoying, multi-week process that’s still unfinished. He overcharged me by $300, which I’ve been trying to get back for over a week. Despite repeated promises, excuses, and threats of legal action, he hasn’t refunded the money or finished the work.
Instead of completing the job, he left forms in place and removed soil from two slabs of sidewalk, creating a new trip hazard—the exact issue I was trying to fix in the first place. He’s wasted countless hours of my time with no-shows and ghosting. One morning he told me he was “on the way” at 8 a.m., I waited hours for him, only to completely disappear until 2 p.m., when he finally admitted he was “out of town.”

Massive waste of time, energy, and lost money. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the hassle.
