These guys were the absolute best. The owner to workers were professional to the max. They came in on an emergency in one day on a roof that was an initial nightmare. They did an amazing job. The owner kept his promise with no more leaks and took the time for possible future problem. I would recommend this company to Anyone. Thank you so much!!!!

Reno and his team completed a full property rehab for me in under 60 days for my first investment property in Philly. The project included a full kitchen remodel, full bathroom remodel, new flooring and paint throughout the entire home, new HVAC system, exterior doors and roof repairs. In addition to cleanout of the basement and repairs to the plumbing found during the project. Reno and team worked fast, with high quality and stayed within the original budget.

RGD did an absolutely beautiful job with our bathroom renovation. We discovered days before hosting family that we had a water and mold issue in our bathroom from poor construction by a prior owner and we had to basically gut the bathroom and we took that opportunity to rearrange the bathroom a bit. RGD was always responsive, on-time, and did exactly what they promised when they promised (which is NOT the norm). We ended up re-tiling the floor and the walls and their attention to detail was a breath of fresh air, it came out so beautifully we want to start all our home tours in the master bath. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and in fact I have a long list of projects to send their way once I have the budget and time for another big project. Thanks guys!

Reno and his team do terrific work, regardless of the size of the job, ranging from simple repairs, wall patches and painting to kitchen and bath remodeling and interior and exterior construction. They add great value with Reno's eye for design and use of space. And they could not be more friendly, cooperative and attentive. We have worked with them for well over a decade in multiple residences and rental units and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended.

We had replacement windows installed at our 1920’s shore house and wanted windows that looked authentic while providing ease of operation. Reno, the owner, worked with me to make the right window choices and held my hand throughout the process to ensure I was 100% satisfied (and I am!). This is the type of contractor that works with both styles incredibly communicative, knows his craft and willing to share his perspective with an upbeat attitude. Having just completed my second project with Reno, I can say with confidence that I plan on working with him for many years to come. I would like to preface my review by saying that I am not a micro manager. I don't have the patience nor the personality for it. I'm a big picture and numbers guy. I prefer to invest like I'm running a business. For this reason, I put a lot of effort into screening team members carefully so i don't have to micro manage. I place a lot of stock on referrals and results. I expect people to be good at their job and do what they promised to do in a timely manner. And that's what I got with Reno. The entire process has been drama free and seamless. I pay him when I'm supposed to and he gets the job done. Simple. No headaches. Just how I like it. For example, I hate making a million decisions about design and materials. I just told Reno to model his work after another friend's project and he made it happen. The work was impeccable and within the budget we discussed. This management style may not be for everyone but it works for me. And so far his work speaks for itself.

RGD was recommended to me by a friend. I am new to Philly. Also, read some of the reviews. I did a quick rehab project with RGD. Everything was on point. Very hard to say that about a contractor. Delivered the property within the time frame we talked about. All the delays were on my side. I almost don't want to share this information. I don't want RGD to get too busy and not take my future projects. Again, once you have a good experience, you should share it.

MCG was professional, communicative, and transparent with their pricing and timeline. I would gladly hire them again.

These guys are not the cheapest. However, with structural work and contractors - you often get what you pay for. The on site crew was professional, fun, and helpful. They left things as clean as one could have hoped for. Hopefully I won’t need to anymore work done like this in the future, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to give these guys a call.

We hired MCG to replace a steel joist in our first home in ‘12 and wound up having Mark and team finish our basement later that year. MCG has now done structural as well as finish work on all three of our homes. Their work is timely and elite.
