Owes me 500 dollars and refuses to pay.
Have him start work before you pay him.
There is still a case open on this man.
He was paid before he started and he kept the money and didn't do the work.

CP rebuilt my block wall and did a good job. Fast work, good work. Good communication but usually showed up late.

Chad replaced two pieces of sidewalk. The work was fine. Did not get the required permits from lower merion township, resulting in me having to plead with the township for leniency and approval.

CP Concrete & Sons did an excellent job. The driveway was done very professionally. They took their time and did the job right. I would use them again and have already referred them to others.

CP Concrete did an outstanding job on my driveway, sidewalk and apron ramp. The job took a couple of extra days because of Mr Chad's cement mix supplier. I'm proud of the finished product. I would use CP Concrete again.

Submitted a $1200 deposit to have a driveway done in the South Philadelphia area. Despite reaching out three times on the day of service, there was no response. This has led to concerns that the company may be taking money without fulfilling their obligations. Exercise caution when dealing with unreliable companies like this.

The concrete masons did an outstanding and noteworthy job of replacing sidewalk that had been torn up by plumbers.

They had to " feather in " in several spots which had irregular abutting sides because the neighbors sidewalk was uneven and crumbling.

The contactor made special efforts to see that replacing blocks blended in height-wise with the rest of the sidewalk.

I would ask these masons to bid on any job of concrete in the future.
I would give their bid " favored" status regardless of their asking price.

I observed them while they worked and they were both careful and detail conscious.

They truly gave better than good value for the payment they received.

I wasn't going to write a review but finally the straw has broken the camels back after staring at CP's leftover trash heap that consists of used forms, concrete equipment, fifteen buckets filled w/ hard concrete, and a wheel barrel. My experience having Chad pour my basement / back driveway the past four months has been tiring and a waste of time/money. He's young, he cares (to a certain point), works hard on some of the days he shows up, but ultimately lacks experience, reliable employees and the means to rent equipment to accomplish what he originally specified in his proposal. My project has been various instances of CP trying to take shortcuts which ultimately led to him hurting himself and the project. For example, Chad ran over his own deck nails w/ his truck after he neglected to clean them up which led to me driving him to Autozone on my lunch break. He also didn't want to pay for inexpensive crushed stone as he specified in his invoice/proposal, which led to him having to pour twice as much concrete and spending more time then needed. The first day of pouring he didn't communicate w/ the delivery guy on how much they were going to pour so he didn't set a form leaving a 2-inch gap in the middle of my basement floor which I had to level (and pay $600) myself. Ironically, he didn't learn from his mistakes because he made the same error on my neighbors driveway and had to jackhammer/redo his side (which still isn't finished). I once rented him a machine tamp from Lowes w/ my own money and it sat there for two days unused. The list of mistakes/headaches can go on and on. I am willing to deal w/ mistakes and work towards a solution when things come up. What I am not willing to deal w/ is having to cleanup up a week's worth of dominoes pizza boxes, sodas, energy drinks that I paid for.

Chad and Will were outstanding. They replaced multiple concrete blocks in my sidewalk. Great response time, and quality work at a fair price. Definitely recommend.
