Al Fillipone is by far the best electrician I’ve ever worked with. He was fast, responsive, honest (hard to come by) and very fair with his pricing. The work he did was great and i will be hiring him exclusively for all of my electrical work in The future. No need to shop around, this is the best.

Al is an electrician you can trust. His rates were the best I can find after calling several electricians and the work that he completed was extremely neat and clean. Very honest and reliable. Thanks to Al my house is up to code and I have no electrical issues. I also wanted to have other electrical things taken care of around the house and he was able to beat any quote that I had. I will definitely do business with this company again, hands-down no questions asked amazing customer service and someone who truly cares about their customers.

Al and Rich were prompt and informative. I needed a light installed in my closet and Mr. Filippone provided me with a quick run down of what could be done to fix it. I had a really nice experience with quick and respectful service especially since I have a little baby in the house that could get in the way. I really appreciated the work was quick and clean. Everything looked safe and perfect for my family.

I renovated my house in Graduate Hospital and needed a complete electrical rewiring. I got several offers and Al's was the best one. His worker (Douglas) came the day after and worked continuously until the work was done. Al himself was very good in communicating the work and suggesting any necessary changes while being honest about what things weren't truly mandatory as other contractors had misled us to believe. In addition, he gave me some good advice about the rest of the home renovations.
All together, I highly recommend Al Fillipone -he is honest, professional and a good person to work with.

Filippone Electric was great providing their services. Mark, the contractor, was there a total of two and a half days to complete the requested work (outlet swapping and wiring updating, light fixture installations, and repairing an electrical wall heater), which was done thoroughly. He also audited a few other items that I didn't request but were pretty dangerous which he redid more safely, some work a horrible contractor left on my hands. I am happy they caught the items to have them fixed later, which they came back for as well. They were very careful in terms of reducing any damage (holes in the wall, etc.) from the installation of lights. Filippone Electric was also upfront with the cost of the job and supplies, something I've found very difficult for some reason for contractors to do. It was surprisingly refreshing to get a direct answer and quote. They were so good, we used them to repair are walls also (another project another contractor left us with). I'd highly recommend this local contractor. Honest and you know what you're paying for, and why. Great folks and we'll be using again!

I called Filippone Electric for a small job, but one that really mattered to my wife and I. We needed an outlet replaced to get the dryer in our new house working and a broken switch fixed for our kitchen sink garbage disposal. Throughout my dealings with them I always felt like they really wanted my business and saw me as an important customer. Al Filippone was very responsive from the beginning and forthright about when someone would be available to do the work. As it turns out they were availability a day earlier than scheduled. The workers he sent were professional, friendly, and quick and the price was fair. As a recent first time homebuyer I really appreciated the extent to which I felt like my small job was being treated as a really important one. They will definitely be the first ones I call with any future electrical issues.

Recent service: repaired 110v feed line to the meter box. A corroded cap due to oxidation that shut down half the household. Called- Al Filippone his nephew Joe arrived a few hours later. Traced the problem right to its source. Work was done efficiently and got the power back on within the hour. I had Al Filippone's service and his team since 2008. They installed new service in both my homes. He always called back to see if everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the electricians service. I'm very happy with his work and his team Joe and Doug and the rest of his crew. I recommend Al Filippone electrical contractors to everyone and his top-notch service.

Mr. Filippone came recommended by a family friend who said they did good work. I was not disappointed. My elderly parents needed a new dedicated line for their washer and dryer and I hoped to have their electrical system looked over because I knew it was outdated. Mr. Filippone sent out a member from his team and conducted a thorough examination of the issue and the electrical panel. We ended up getting the dedicated line, an upgraded electrical panel and a few additional outlets in the house. His estimate for the scope of work was really reasonable and Al answered all my questions and explained what was needed throughout the entire process. His crew was always courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The best part is that it also did not take a long time to complete. My parents and I were really pleased with the work and I could breathe a sigh of relief knowing that my parents home was functioning with a safer electrical system. Al also followed up with me regularly to check on the quality of the work and I plan on using his services again for a few more projects in my parents' home. I would definitely recommend them.

I was in a difficult situation where I had moved out of state & was trying to sell my house from a distance when a home inspection report turned up some unwelcome news. Mr. Filippone (and Co) were able to give me lots of help, clear & understandable explanations of the work my house required, quick responses to every one of my many questions, and great pricing. I agreed immediately to his proposal and very reasonable estimate, and I'm thrilled to have found somebody I feel such confidence in purely through a lucky recommendation!
I will post a second recommendation once the work is completed but, after several conversations with Mr. Filippone, I feel great confidence that I was able to get the best crew for the job!

I called Al on the weekend after a new light fixture install shorted a circuit. He was able to fit me in on Monday morning! Joe was the electrician who came out, was very nice, and fixed my problem - even did a free electrical inspection of our house. Afterwards, Al even called to check in to make sure I was satisfied with his company’s service. Definitely recommend!

Al & his team were outstanding. I just purchased a home and quickly realized the electrical work was not done correctly by the previous owner. I called Al and he was able to have one of his electricians (Joey) come over to identify the problem (we needed a new breaker box since the one we had was overloaded). Al's team came the very next day & had everything fixed by 3pm. Al, Joey, and Doug were all extremely polite and respectful of our home. I am so happy I chose Filippone Electric; I would recommend their professional services to anyone - not to mention they gave us a great price!

We hired Filippone for electrical, plumbing, and contracting needs after purchasing our house. We had numerous items to address from the inspection report and the Filippone team completed them all in a very professional, high quality manner. Joe and Tommy did a fantastic job on the electrical work that needed to be done and uncovered more issues that were present and not found by the inspector. Vince and his team did a great job installing new plumbing lines from our basement to the second floor, and Mike and Steve were wonderful with a handful of contracting items that needed to be completed including structural repairs and fixing our deck. We couldn’t be happier with the contributions Al and his whole team made to our new home, and we will certainly be giving them our business in the future.

I had a great experience with Al and his guys! They installed 2 mini split units that have been working wonderfully since! Lowest price in the business. They’re very reliable, insured, and make sure the job is done well. Will be a returning customer in the future!

I contacted Al Fillipone to add some additional outlets in my basement on a separate line. To get the job done, I needed a new breaker box. He sent a technician who gave a very reasonable estimate. I booked him, he came back in a few days, was very professional and did a really good job. Several months later the electricity in my house was going off and on for no reason that I could see. I called him back and Mr Fillipone came himself to see what’s going on. He saw that the problem was corrosion on the contact point where the electrical line from the street meets the box that lets the power into the house; so when the wind blows, the connection breaks and the power goes out. He said the tech who did the work in my house probably never checked so he also fixed the new problem free of charge. Great service and great customer service!

Al was recommended to us by our realtor after buying our first home, and he and Joe were fantastic. They ripped out all the old knob-and-tube electricity and replaced it with a modern system. It was a big job but they handled it perfectly. They communicated everything super clearly, they got our whole house wired properly, and Joe was super conscientious of our belongings and our time. They did all the work in the timeline provided. Can’t recommend them enough!

I called him about an electrical issue at my home, and instead of immediately charging me for a service call, he took the time to assess the situation and advised me to contact the electric company first—just in case the problem was on their end. Thanks to his honest advice, I was able to resolve the issue without spending unnecessary money. It's rare to find someone so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely looking out for their customers. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician!

Amazing job. There were some issues with electric we knew with the home when we purchased. Al was quick in getting John, an electric tech, to our house within a day of communicating. Despite the sheer amount of work, Al kept the quote the same, and John delivered quality work. John also took the time to explain everything he was doing and checked in with us every step of the way. Al’s team, especially John, are probably the only ones I will be calling for any future electric work. Honest, quality work, and flexible.

This company came highly recommended so i called them up. Wasn't all that impresses with this company. They didn't wear gloves or maskes!!! That made.my wife really nervous! I told the electricians I wanted to install a dedicated 50 amp line to the breaker box for a pool heater This turned into a 10 minute conversation because they didn't understand that apparently. 2ndly they had to dig a trench to where i was installing the pool heater. I have no issue on that but I do have an issue on the execution. They tore up my back yard. They didn't know how to dig a trench properly. So I have a line of dirt in the middle of beautiful green grass. Also, if I hadn't noticed an issue with a pvc pipe that had a stress crack they wouldn't have pointed it out which leads me to believe that it was caused by the person digging the trench. Not to mention I almost broke my ankle since they didn't fill the trench back up properly. They also didn't put back a few stone steps they had removed. They ran an electronic wire under a garden stone so when I walk on it it will rub against the wires.i was told they will put everything back the way they round it. They did a half assessment job. I went to go turn my pool pump back on after they left and twisted my ankle on the improperly filled trench. It took 4 guys 3 and a half hours to run 1 wire. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with an electrician. They also left their trash is my yard. I have taken photos of the half asset job they did

Mentor and his team were terrific. I can’t say enough great things about them. As someone who owns multiple properties, deals with a lot of different contractors with different opionions on a daily basis, I can say 100% confidently they were the best to work with. Really listened to my problem, didn’t push their agenda and offered a fair and reasonable price. They were able to fit me in that week, very prompt, clean and respectful and did an awesome job. I can’t say enough great things. Good work, people and price are hard to come by these days and I was very happy to find and work with All Star Electrical.
