Fernando and the other loader who may be named Joseph —they were both very professional, quick, and communicated promptly. Great service and easy process.

I used load up today to get rid of a couch that I could not seem to donate. It felt expensive, but I guess compared to other haul companies It was fair. The communications in terms of the pick up was excellent. And the movers were wonderful. My only Warning is that after you make your payment they tell you that there’s a significant charge to cancel or reschedule. So please be aware of that and read their cancellation and reschedule policies before you put in your money. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Excellent service, fair pricing, good employee. Can't ask for much more than that these days.

Fantastic and very reasonably priced service. They were extremely easy to communicate with, very responsive, extremely accommodating (I changed the type and quantity of furniture to be picked up 5 times) and I couldn’t believe how fair the price was. The team that came to pick up my stuff were incredibly professional and efficient. In 45 minutes all my furniture had been hauled away. I would definitely use them again.

Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Best communication around expectations I have had in a very long time from any other services.

The Load Up team did a great job picking up my box spring and mattress. They were accommodating, friendly, reliable, and on time. I recommend load up for all your needs, whether it is junk removal, mattress removal, and moving and item from one location to another location. They provide great service at a reasonable price!

These guys did great given it you was a pretty difficult job. I had a very large glass table and base that needed to be moved and it was cracked. They arrived on time, they did the move without issue. Highly recommend them.

Was quick and easy to schedule. Loaders arrived on time. Very friendly and conscientious. I would use them again.

My loader, Adam, was a professional, letting me know what time frame he was going to arrive and even adjusting his schedule to fit my needs. He picked up the items without any fanfare. I would recommend Adam and LoadUp to family and friends.

I asked for completion pictures never received them phone system is computerized crap to avoid talking directly to the client, I spent over $130.00 expected better service

I would not use this service again. After booking my service about a week + in advance, I received no other correspondence from this company—it wasn’t until I had established contact on the morning of my scheduled service that I received notifications. I was only getting a mattress and disassembled bed removed, and unfortunately couldn’t be flexible with my pick up window.

I scheduled my service for the 8A - 12P window because I had meetings for the rest of the afternoon and could not accommodate another time frame. I called and texted my loader around 8:30A for an update and ETA. No answer.

At 10:30A I finally received a text response that he was “at the doctor” with his daughter and would arrive after. I can totally understand if things come up, but since this is a PREPAID service, I assumed there would be better contingencies and communication in place. Also, LoadUp has a very strict cancellation policy that ends up costing the customer $$, but customers are out of luck when LoadUp causes inconveniences.

Around 11:30A I started getting nervous because my loader was NOT being responsive and I needed to be done by 12:30P. I kept checking my order status on their portal and it remained unchanged. I had to go through hoops and ladders to finally be connected to a customer service agent—LoadUp’s phone and text system are mostly automated.

The customer service agent was nice and said they would help me, but they were not having luck getting in touch with the loader, either. Lol. At this point I was annoyed. Around 12P I finally get a response that “there’s a boy going there to pick up” or if I prefer he could pick up another time. Huh?

They finally arrived around 12:30P to remove the items. Since then I have been receiving numerous texts and emails to leave a review…

I am leaving 3 stars based on the customer service experience and the fact that ultimately the task was completed. Otherwise, I would give 1 star. This company, which provides a PREPAID service, did not respect my time and has poor communication. For those who need quick, reliable service, I would go elsewhere.

Anthony sent a message and said he would be at my house around 2pm, and he showed around that time. Easy pickup maybe took 10 minutes. Was very happy with this service.

Small hiccup during booking and setting the appoint on such short notice. But the crew that arrived were professional and efficient. They loaded up all my “junk” and cleaned up the area before they left. Will definitely be booking for the next round of haul off

For over a year now I’ve been staring at this eye sore of a couch and finally decided to do something about it. It was SO EASY to book LoadUp for their removal service, took me all of 5 minutes! Napoleon and his crew were incredibly polite, efficient, and came by early to finally clear up my space. So grateful to them and the LoadUp team for making this a smooth experience. Will definitely use them for future needs and am recommending to others.

I was worried when a single man and woman arrived to take three heavy items from my home, but they did so in a timely, careful manner without damaging my walls or floors. I was impressed!

Loader showed up late, past the timeframe given. Frustratingly they also decided to dump a couch from a prior job into the dumpster and put our stuff on top of it. This filled the dumpster up quicker and we were unable to finish clearing out the office. Very disappointed. Will not use again.

Kemar and Nijee were great, courteous, and quick; great to my mom. I would use them again. Price was great too!

Tadrick and Josh were great to work with. They not only were in time they were early which they texted first to confirm that it was ok to be early.
They set up the new mattress and hauled away not just the old one but all the packaging from the new one. Very smooth!

From start to finish it was a very smooth process. Just sent photos of the items to be removed, got a quote within minutes, and scheduled pickup for the next morning. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very polite. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Great communication throughout the process and day of. David is truly a spacial engineer to fit everything in the truck to haul away. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Yuri & max got my whole moving container unloaded in less than an hour. Super kind and were super helpful, we couldn’t have done it without out them!
