The movers were happy to provide live updates as to the actual arrival time which we found very helpful from a planning perspective. They were professional, efficient and respectful of the home they were entering. Would highly recommend!

Very simple process. Identified a couple of pieces of furniture we wanted to donate. Everything was arranged on line. Great communication. We were assured the chairs we had will be donated to Goodwill.

Joseph and his helper Trey were polite, efficient, and got the job done. The online process was pretty painless, and pricing was reasonable from what we saw. I'm glad there's an option for donating instead of just disposing. All in all, it was the best option for us under the circumstances, and they came through at the last minute, so I'm happy

I put in an order to have a uhaul loaded. There were suppose yo be two loaders sent. Only one person arrived and he was late. My 73 year old father who just had cancer surgery had to assist with loading the truck and call my son over to help. I paid for two loaders for 4 hours. We basically performed the service. The one loader sent was respectful and assisted as much as possible. Will not be using this service again.

Great transaction! They showed up when they said they would, came in and removed the old mattress and even helped me put the new mattress in place, which was not necessary, but much appreciated. Super easy and the communication was very helpful. I had to arrange my schedule to be home when they came, and they kept me posted all day as to them being on time, so I didn't have to sit around and wait. Would highly recommend them!

Booking was easy and fast even on a Sunday. The pick up window we selected for our large 3 piece sectional and area rug was 8a-12p. At 12:30p, we got a call saying they were in Galveston still and couldn’t leave the job unfinished and would be at our location around 3pm. No, not okay. We asked if someone else could come out since our new couch window was 12p-3p. He called us back saying someone would be there in 20 minutes. A plain unmarked box truck arrived at 12:20p, 20 minutes after the end of the quoted time. They got the items out quickly. Although they did solve the pick up problem, the timing issues left us stressed and rushed.

The team operated as a third party service to Helix, and were quick, courteous, and efficient! They had our old mattress out of the garage and onto a truck within minutes! Would definitely recommend!

We bought a new mattress from Winkbeds and added on the service removal of our old mattress, setup new mattress. Winkbed uses LoadUp to dispose of the old and setup the new. Super easy! Once you get the tracking information you setup LoadUp the following day and choose the window of time when you'll be available. They keep you well informed on eta. LiadUp walks you through everything. Everyone was pleasant to communicate with and Marcus did a great job removing and adding. I wasn't aware of this company but will tell anyone who needs removal of items to call them.
