Very poor customer service. Although our company did receive the product, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Communication was not that great. We would not recommend this company based on our experience.

I got a 50 gallon hot water heater from them. Whe i got there I paid about half of the Home Depot price and the guy was very helpful and very polite. I took it home and hooked it up and its working great. My family is happy we have hot water again thanks to them having this available.

I have been using Steve Kop's heating service for 3yrs. Recommended by a friend of mine. I always speak with owner Steve whenever I call. Never a voice-mail and prompt service. The company installed a steam boiler in 2019 and repaired an over head heating pipe in 2020 in my home. Very pleased with the service and technicians Steve, Devon and Mike.
