David, the technician who serviced our house this morning, was outstanding, standing out among the excellent technicians we've had over the years with Peters Associates. He was polite, asked relevant questions, demonstrated expertise in his craft, and was exceptionally thorough. We were thoroughly impressed.

I have been a long time customer of Peter's Associates. I have always been pleased with the service I've received. Not surprisingly, I was really impressed on my recent Fall maintenance visit. The technician, David, was extremely thorough, polite, and informative. The good communication and attention to detail that I've received from Peter's over the years is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had to call Peters to come out due to a fan issue. Turns out our new thermostat was not compatible with an older system we had. They had Dave come out the next day.

Then I had to call a second time finally to have them replace the thermostat as I failed in my attempt to do it on my own.. I am the opposite of handy. They had Dave here the SAME DAY to install the proper type of thermostat and trouble shoot some issues for us.

Dave was always on time. Cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, friendliness, and honesty in what was going on when explaining to me. Dave always took the time to explain everything to me as he was working through it and took the time to ensure everything was working properly. Very friendly and works efficiently. Will definitely be using Peters as long as I’m in Philadelphia.

Update: I recently had to call them out to my personal address and once again Dave, Kim and Mike were all super helpful. They were really concerned about my family not having heat in my home. Kim is super easy to work with, Dave is professional and timely, and Mike is super at follow up! Will continue to use them for my business!!!!!

It is such a blessing that they call me to remind me of my maintenance that is due and set up a date/time.

I had them out for a quote for a new boiler. They responded quickly as far as setting up the appointment. But, the price was significantly higher than it should be. I called my family member from another state who owns his own HVAC company and it was price gouging.

I called and they were so nice and understanding they explained everything up front went over the cost the service charge when the service guy came he was so pleasant and walked me through everything I would recommend them to anyone

They were awesome! Responded immediately to a heater issue. They diagnosed the problem, procured a new part, and installed right away. Very satisfied and couldn’t recommend more!

I contacted Peters Associates for general maintenance and inspection of my heater. I received great service and recommendations for general upkeep from their service representative Nate.

We have a difficult set up with two air-conditioning units and two heaters. Peter's handle them masterfully and are always available for emergencies. Excellent company

The men removed my old heater and installed my new unit in one day. They were courteous and respected my home. David and Nate were awesome. I am totally satisfied with their help. My heat is running great now with the coldest air of the season coming in.

I have been a customer of Peters Associates for nearly 25 years. They have been a consistently reliable, responsive and competent HVAC product and service provider. My recent winter service appointment was typical of their excellent work. David spent a good amount of time checking out both the unit in my condo and also on the roof before informing me that my HVAC system is working properly. I highly recommend Peters.

Charged for two capacitors and a new pump totaling about about $750 and then told the pump burned through the thermostat after which they tried to charge me another $500 to replace the thermostat. Also told that thermostat with WiFi capability was the culprit. Defies credibility when everything is WiFi and about optimizing efficiency. No WiFi, just think about that. This all started one day after getting a clean bill of health during routine maintenance visit. The system went down right after service visit. Next I was told we needed two capacitors for each of our 2 heating units to maximize efficiency. Did not solve the problem. Sent another technician who diagnosed a bad pump which shorted/ burned out the thermostat while being replaced. Then asked to pay for a new thermostat at which time we asked the technician to leave. Very amateur and no regard or respect for us. Now day 5 without heat. Avoid. Unconscionable mark up on every part. Moving on after losing trust. Shame on Peters. In this day and age, such blatant disservice.

So far they get 2 stars. They got my address wrong and pulled off with no intentions on returning... 🤷🏿‍♂️

Almost always the lowest price around. Very pleasant people, from the man and woman who call to schedule delivery and payment, to the man who delivers. A+ service.

This company is the worst oil company in Philadelphia! They are beyond rude treat customers very poorly. They said the would be out within 48hrs, they just called and said we have no idea when we’re be out. I’m completely out of oil they don’t care! This isn’t my first experience with them but, it’ll definitely be my last!

Jim at family fuel is such a polite and respectful person I will not use any other oil company their service and delivery are always timely and reliable thank you for such great customer service to everyone at family fuel I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very prosperous new year
