Worst place of business. My total is $412.94 and over charged my card. When I called to question what the over charge is for, this rude man who was cursing on the the other line answered the phone. He was unable to explain the over charge and was cursing and yelling.
Stay away. Very unprofessional and dishonest place of a business.
Don't do business with these people. They are scammers..

Terrible service !!! They forgot to deliver to us twice and had us waiting Home all day. They were not concerned when they didn’t show up. The manager called and said go order from somewhere else . If you are relying on oil for your heat you should call a more responsible company

Family Fuel is the way to go! Not only because they have the best prices, but they are extremely professional and it’s a Family oriented company. I always recommend them! Tell them I sent you for a free smile.

I get my oil automatically delivered and have never had an issue. Everyone I have spoken with is friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier and prices are great!

THE BEST!!! I've been getting my oil from these gentlemen since I brought my house in '08. Great people =even better service. BIG stamp of approval if you need oil. SALUTE!

Frank is an unprofessional in the truest form. This company treats their customers beyond poorly. One of my customers used to use them but after the way she was mistreated I have referred her to another company. Frank didn't return her phone call, let her tank run completely empty (she was on auto fill), broke her fuel gauge, and denied any responsibility. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Family Fuel is a great service and a family run business. I been using them for years. They are reliable, fast , and very affordable, actually cheaper than what everyone else is charging.

Have been using them for years now in Levittown, PA and once my son bought his house in Levittown he uses them as well. Definitely recommend them. Always so pleasant to talk to and fast to come out.

Same day delivery and the guy came in to make sure everything was in working order. My gauge was broken so he sat with me while I ordered a new one on Amazon. Just really great service.

UNRELIABLE!!!!!! Waited all day yesterday for them to come out, and they finally got ahold of us to let us know the driver had a flat tire... promises he’ll get to us first thing next morning. OK understandable.... we are now running low on day 2 of waiting and hear nothing.. finally get ahold of owner and he apologizes saying he’s fixing a heater?!?!!! It’s now late afternoon....UNRELIABLE!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend using this company. Wish I read the reviews first. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Worst experience ever they dont call you back. Then told me they would be out that day never showed up. Then apologized and said owner told me to call him directly next time he would give me a deal for the inconvience, so tried to contact for 3 days to get more oil. That was a joke he could not even call me back then has someone else callback and said i have to wait 3 days for oil. So now i have to put even more money out cause supposedly my order slipped through cracks.

Placed an order yesterday was told delivery would be today between 7am-2pm. As of 5:33 pm, I have no oil nor have I received a call or message from them. I've called the office, left a message on the voicemail and still no response. No one has answered yet and I've been calling since 2:30 pm. This would have been my second time using this company. I have small children in my home and I have no heat. I informed them that I was out of oil when I ordered it. Finally called and got a live person at 6:03pm and was told the secretary never put the otder in...then was told the driver missed the delivery. Then he had the nerve to be rude about the whole situation! I quote him..." well I dont know what to tell you, I can deliver it tomorrow or you can get someone else...do you want me to deliver it? My response "NO THANK YOU" followed by a hang up! I'll spend my money elsewhere and I will never use this company ever again. Bad business!!!

Fast service!! Called and place order Friday afternoon. Oil was delivered by 9am Saturday the next day. They have a new customer. Would definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!. They take your order early in the morning and don't deliver oil till the next day. The guy who answers the phone is rude beyond belief. He stated that the driver was old and tried to deliver my oil to an address that didnt exist. Then stated that who ever wrote the driver ticket did not put a contact number on it to call and confirm the address. When I finally called at 8pm that night He said the driver was still out and He would call me back . But OF COURSE He did not write down my number correctly to call back. (no caller id??)The next morning He threatened not to deliver the oil when I stated that I was out, like I don't know how to prime my OWN heater. I did not request prime service I requested oil service. Countless mistakes made by this company. And no compensation for being put out for the day. Let's see if I get my oil today... and if it's the correct amount.....Nope... they shorted my oil. Put 100gl. On the receipt but my oil tank says different.

Was house sitting for a friend during a very cold weekend and noticed he was about to run out of oil. Family Fuel delivered oil very quickly and saved the day! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend them

Over 20 years ago I had no idea who to use for oil when I bought my house. I tried a few companies, but none have had the level of service, reliability, and value as Family. Great "family" business.

John is so professional, punctual, and personable. I feel best receiving my fuel from him knowing that he is giving me best value every time. I been using John services for years and plan to do so for many years to come!!!

Two weeks ago this company has forgotten to deliver my oil. Answering service called back again after waiting all day and said I‎t would be tomorrow . The owner called me and after I️ voiced my frustration told me to order from somewhere else . My brother and my friends use this company and will get everyone to switch . I️ informed them that I️ have a infant in the house and no heat and he says for the second time there’s no record of a order . Plenty of good places to get oil so careful if you’re going to use this place .

Great customer experience. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly. And they offer great customer service. They show up on the time they mention. Overall great experience.
