Through no fault of their own the new furnace had a bad control board. They offered space heaters to help get through the snow storm. The board was installed and all is working great.

Esop was the technician who came out to service our AC unit. He did a great job of explaining the system to me and giving me tips on how to maintain the unit. He really went above my expectation and I would continue to use Peters in the future.

I called looking to switch from my current HVAC company to Peters. I wanted a service contract for my Central Air and Oil Burner. After the initial call with "Lyle" he asked me to send the make, model and serial numbers of my equipment (all very new) to see if their contract would cover me. After following through on my end, "Lyle" never called me back. I left multiple messages and he was always just gone out, on the phone, or at lunch. "Mike" took the calls...but no calls back from "Lyle". Piss poor professionalism. These guys are a joke. Don't waste your time.

We have a 5 month old baby and our heat suddenly went out. We called Peters who had serviced the HVAC system years before. Someone came out to our house immediately to diagnose the issue and less than 24 hours later we had a new heating system installed. It was truly unparalleled customer service that is very rare in this day and age. We cannot recommend them enough.

KIm and Mike were very knowledgeable and helpful in the description of the various new HVAC systems available, proposed 2 options to replace my 23 year old builder's system and in providing 0% 12 month financing option.

Once the financing was in place the company was very quick to obtain the system components and set up an installation date (early February). The installers arrived (with Mike to look at the site) on time, installed the heating portion of the system and had the heater running before the end of the day. They returned the following day and installed the humidifier and AC part of the system as well as going above and beyond to correct a builder defect in the duct system (what should have been a return was connected as an outlet which they corrected).

Recently got multiple estimates to replace our 18 year old gas furnace and outdoor compressor. From Mike the estimator, Kim the office person, and the three field techs who did the install, all performed beyond expectation. Their estimate was competitive, the installation reflected a very high degree of professionalism. The knowledge and skills of the field techs, especially John, was outstanding. Kim was superb at getting our questions answered and helping with rebates and financing. From my experience, we made the right choice with Peters Associates.

We have a service contract with them. They always come out in a timely fashion, are always very pleasant, and they do great work. We haven't had any issues with our system and are very pleased! They are also very knowledgeable with questions asked as well.

We called Peters for our non-working air conditioner. They were out to assess the problem the next day. They put a temporary fix on our 26 year old unit on a Friday, and scheduled a replacement for the following Tuesday. They were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Peters Associates.

We have used Peters Associates for at least two decades for maintenance of our heating and air conditioning units in our home. Within the last two years they have replaced both systems completely.

Our boiler heating system was at least 40 years old when they installed a new system for us last fall. The technicians David A. and Chris S. had their work cut out for them as they installed and adapted a modern boiler in our old Philly townhouse. New pipe had to be refitted accurately in a confined space. No small task for David was “bleeding” all our radiators in places I thought inaccessible. The results were a spectacular modern system that functioned perfectly this past winter.

Disaster strikes! On Christmas Day during a record cold a pipe burst in our basement crawl space. We were without heat and water for several days. Peters isolated the cause and the same crew, David and Chris, returned to replace the pipe. We didn’t want this to happen again, but I’m too old to get into that crawl space to turn off that pipe to the outside patio in the winter. Mike, Chris, and David planned and redirected the shut off valve so that I could reach it without going into the crawl space. New copper pipe was installed and a “frost proof” spigot where it leads outside. This was skilled technical work beyond our expectation. Both jobs were completed in one day. We are grateful to Peters for their skill and continued attention to our needs.

Been using Peters associates HVAC for years. Knowledgeable reliable service. David was excellent today. Explsined everything about our AC system and what to expect in future. I also like how the office keeps in touch to advise when tech will arrive.

Mike, Kim, David and Dave make a great team. Mike and Kim worked with me to help me find an affordable system that meets my home needs. And David and Dave had to work through some narrow walkways, small spaces and 3 dogs to install the new equipment. The entire team was always available to answer questions and explain how the systems work! They are a dedicated team and I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs. They are like family and Rock Stars all in one!
