Absolutely incredible experience. The customer service is fantastic, and the prices are the lowest I’ve found. They not only filled my oil, but answered several of my questions about my heater and best practices for maintenance. They were extremely knowledgeable and I will never go anywhere else for oil!

I have bought heating oil from Family Fuel several times and I have always been very happy with them. Delivery is next day and they are always courteous and professional. Also usually the lowest prices that I have found.

I have read a lot of the reviews and find it hard to believe we are talking about the same company. I coach and play Volleyball and I was asking if anyone knew a place that were reliable and inexpensive. One of the women on the team suggested Family Fuel. She is related to the wife of the owner ( if I remember correctly). They have always been great on the phone and prompt with their deliveries. I live in Bristol and have never had a problem with them.

This is a great Professional family owned business. A company that is there for their clients. Even in most cases bests you to the punch with their top notch systems that estimates where your oil level should be at so you don’t go without oil for your heating needs! They also have a HVAC Company connection so it’s pretty much a one stop shop.

I have been in the HVAC trade for 20+ years. I never have met a business who truly has thier customers best interests at heart. This company always makes sure that they do everything they can for thier customers. They make sure that the customers have heat. They sacrifice their own personal time on several occasions to make emergency deliveries when nobody else will answer the phone. I’m totally impressed with how much they do for there customers. I never have seen any business do whatever it takes to deliver a service and ask for nothing in return. This is one of my favorite businesses I have ever encountered. Family fuel treats all their customers like family, from old to new.

I started using Family Fuel at the end of last year (2017). Their prices are competitive and I only had a delayed delivery once (but I was not out of oil), so it was fine. However, I actually ran out of oil on a 20 degree evening and called the office number around 7pm. They were out the next morning by 10am delivering oil and even called us when they were done so we could prime the tank. In addition to that, there were 2 times when I called late and was just about out of oil (surprised I didn't run out) and they showed up the next day also. I know all the oil companies get really busy when it's frigid like the weather we've been having and people post the same 1 star ratings on all of them. I just wanted to share my personal experience about Family Fuel, which happens to be positive. You guys have been great and thank you!

I did run into the issue with the credit card that the other customer was talking about. If you ask for a "Fill- Up", they will automatically charge your card for 275 gallons (the size of your tank). They then refund the difference once they determine how much oil was actually filled. So now when I call, I simply request a specific amount (150 gallons) and they charge for that amount only before the delivery. I'm guessing they do this because cards have been rejected and once they fill up your tank, they can't take it back out if the card doesn't go through!

I was calling local oil companies to see who had the best price for 50 gallons because I noticed the price/gal. had started to come down. Because I have used Family Fuel in the past and had good experiences with them, they were on my list. I was very surprised at how much their price was below the other companies I called and placed an order for the next day. Not only did they come the next morning, but had a wonderful surprise for me. THE BEST. I really wasn’t sure who to go through and luckily stumbled upon these guys through a good friend of mine.
Their work is impeccable and they have the best prices. I made the call to put my order in and the turn around was so fast I wasn’t expecting it to be so quick with how busy they are during the winter.
They were friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. Super polite and answered all of my questions.
I would definitely go through them again and recommend to friends and family.

I contacted Family Fuel late on a Saturday afternoon after realizing we were out of oil. My husband was in the hospital at the time and usually handled these things. So after receiving no answer to my calls to other oil companies, my neighbor recommended Family Fuel. I did call and the answering machine didn't just say to leave a number, it gave an emergency number to text. I texted the number and soon I received a text back from Joe. Long story short....he came out at 6:50 the following morning (sunday) to deliver oil to my empty tank. He also aassisted me in getting my oil burner to run again. He then texted a little later to make sure everything was working okay. I am so impressed and so thankful for Joe and Family Fuel. I would highly recommend this company. Affordable oil and caring people... a wonderful combination.

Amazing!! We accidentally ran out of oil during the night and after calling around to other companies no one was able to get to us for a few days due to the upcoming snow storm. A friend recommended Family Fuel so I called and the man I spoke to was very honest with me they were very busy due to storm and would probably not be able to get to me untill the next day. He also took the time to tell me what I could do in the mean time so I could have heat which was very much appreciated. I was Thankful enough for that in itself. Then a few hours later they were at my house delivering oil! I can not express my gratitude enough!! You guys definitely have a new customer and I will be telling everyone we know about you!

Jay went above and beyond with my mother today. Her heat was not working this morning, and she thought she was out of oil. He came out immediately to make that wasn’t the issue. He filled the oil, and just checked in tonight to make sure that someone came out to fix the part needed. We highly recommend this company. Thanks Jay!!! The best!
