I have been calling t have a stump removed that was supposed to have been removed, I have called left messages, texted and I have email Mercado Landscaping but no one will respond tell me WHY.

We needed an estimate for a nuisance tree they came out the next day and Lewis was nothing but polite and professional I highly recommend this company

Cut down a 3 story dead tree in a small space and then trimmed another 3 story tree all while being verbally harassed by my unstable neighbor. They did a great job!

I will never ever use this company for the simple fact that there company van literally ran me off the road this morning while I was taking my daughter to school the driver had head phones on so he obviously couldnt here me honking to signal them. They are horrible reckless drivers and should not be on the road endangering peoples lives!

Paid them a large deposit for a large project. They have been unresponsive for two months and fail to show up when we make plans for them to come to our locations.

Mercado"s Landscaping & Tree Service Company is extremely kind & professional from the receptionist to the entire team that performed my service. The receptionist Zuri was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to answer all of my questions and set up an appt for an estimate and the work within a reasonable time. During my estimate Luis took time to explain the work that was going to be done and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. The team that came and did the work were excellent! They were prompt, efficient, professional with amazing energy. you could see they not only enjoy their job but they take pride in what they do. They did a great job cleaning up you couldn't even tell they were there! I am very pleased with their work. Thank you so much!

The guys at Mercado's are awesome. They were on time, professional and made sure they left everything nice and neat. Definitely will be using their services again in the future.

Stay away from Mercados, Willy and Louis dishonest job was done as we agreed. I have to hire another company to finish the stump’s roots cause they don’t want to come back.
Please read the contract carefully.

I would not recommend this company to anyone… I usually don’t write reviews however my experience with this company is horrible & devastating… I had a estimate done a year ago or less from this company & decided to give a call to see if they would honor said estimate … however they said they would come out & give & estimate I tried to see if they would come out Saturday the receptionist said they couldn’t do Saturday they would come out Monday … so I waited & then had to call them to see when they will show up they said between 3-5 pm that day … @5:25 I received a text they could come out that day… because me Mercado was busy on another job… 6-14-24 I called them & even text them to see if they was coming out no response nothing … so I think they are very unprofessional based on this interaction

The point of this post is the fact you had to keep calling them & I reached out several times it does matter when the estimate taken place the point is the communication sucks with this company I even gave them a chance before writing this review reached again yesterday no response .. excuse are monuments of nothingness tools of the incompetent people who often use them seldom succeed …

We are very happy with cutting down our tree and removal of the stump and roots. Also replacing the cement pavements the tree broke apart. We will be using Mercados Tree Service again.

Mercado is the best! They did such a great job removing two massive trees around our property. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

They did an awesome job of removing a huge (4 storey) mostly dead tree from our courtyard in Center City. Great price and they were done including clean up in less than an hour!

Mercado's Tree service did an AMAZING job removing all 15 tree stumps on my property. This is the second time I used this company and their work is exceptional.

So disappointed. Hired to remove a tree, they left so much mulch behind, which covered a piece of tree stub they missed. They broke my concrete and drain cover. Tried to get them to finish the job, they didn't show up twice the day before I was to get a fence installed. Had to hire another company. They did refund me the cost of hiring another company.
